Hurricane Dorian is being directed by how many classified sites? 4 or 5 and their effects can be easily seen. So do you create a singular 4,000-5,000 mile wide bubble for the hurricane to reside and then add in four or five of steering signals to direct and prevent other unintentional affects?
I bet you would freak out if your own hurricane made a right hand turn.
Or is this Dorian event a sign for some kind of disaster in Greece? A created and planned disaster? Will Turkey pursue conflict with Greece? Or will the Americans in Greece completely neutralize Turkey? Will it be Greece attacked from the sea or the USA attacking from the sea?

Is the classified Cuban RF site east north east from Matanzas and just due east from Carbonera on the coast with direct access from an airport called Juan G. Gomez which is nearly due south from the RF site. Is that site what is currently making the rain in the Tampa region of Florida?
I would suppose the elements are directed at MacDill AFB. and is capable of making a sweeping pattern with an arc. all the way to Hotlanta Georgia. Really... wow. I can design one which will burn their toes.

Cuba has an active (DEW)Directed Energy Weapons site: This has been up and running since around 19 May 2016. So between February 2016 and May 2016 this site was built. In which no satellite data is available for free. There seems to be evidence that the ground and grasses have been burned or irradiated. I wonder what the American people will think when they realize that Cuba has been attacking MacDill AFB by an RF weapon powerful enough that it causes weather anomalies in the entire Tampa region and all the way up to Atlanta Georgia. Most likely via a tunneling or bouncing effect by the radio waves, The very narrow sweeping arc cannot be seen in real time as the sweep can take many hours to complete it's own repeating narrow path. This is why you cannot see it until you speed up the visual snap shots into a video format.
I wonder how many more of these DEW sites Cuba has?

Can this Carbonera Cuba DEW site also have a capability of transmitting multiple signals on multiple frequencies at the same time? Yes, I think at least three with multiple sweeping patterns or single directions for long term effects.
Many images (about one year prior to the building of the DEW site) from Google Earth pro have already been deleted. I expect the rest of the images to also disappear.
