The vast majority of good people are going to realize that they can no longer trust any government or any official system in the world and of the world. As the common peoples pensions, 401K and other retirement plans, accumulated assets becomes like vapor. The good people will realize that this was all planned by the entire world governmental body and they told the common people ahead of time what they were going to do. The good common people will begin to refuse to participate. The good common people will begin to reform into their own little groups in accordance to their own belief systems.
The things which will begin their thinking process is the losses by percentage of retirement pensions, stocks, assets and other funds by huge percentages for the fourth time in 22 years. The continual threat of no fuel for the winter. The continual threat of food shortages. The common people will begin to see that all of their dutiful efforts as a national citizen was all for nothing. Especially, if they can see that their suffering was from their own leaders who planned it all ahead of time and they did and they advertised it. "You will own nothing and you will be happy". The arrogance of such a statement. The planned Great reset is for all of the common people. For those who have wealth and power they will not suffer. Think about the pure communist state and the lies they tell to their own people. The communist state owns everything. In a pure Utopia all people must be of one common mind set and of one common thinking process. There cannot be any dissent in a utopia, even in thought, even in belief, even in faith, even in desires.

So the good people who will refuse to participate will form up into their own self sustaining communities of their own common belief systems and faith systems. If you want equality. Then everything and everyone must be equal. No one can be believed to be above or below anyone else or greater or less than anyone else.
1). As a community they will pool their monies together and purchase lands. There shall be no debts on the property. They each must come to a legal agreement that if for whatever reason that they choose to leave that they are willing to forfeit all of their claims and rights upon the purchased land. They shall not be paid their believed fair share no matter the percentage.
2). They must continually and fully share all of their wealth made while on the property and outside of the property. 100% must go towards the community and the benefit of the community.
3). Once established they must seek out legal protections if possible.
4). All persons shall live equally. Which means an outsider cannot immediately tell who the leader is as they are all leaders and managers in accordance to their own fundamental skill sets. The leadership shall not have anything more than what the trash collector, gardener or janitor has. The engineer and doctor shall not live better than the trash collector, gardener or janitor.

My little list is a suggestion as each of these new communities will create their own by laws and guidelines.

There will be many more developing survival communities and all of them will not use or omit the use of the word survival in any degree. These new emerging communities will have their own core beliefs, religions and systems of faith. Some will be the hippy types, the save the Earth types, the religious types, the militant types, the racists types and every other type.

These new emerging communities will most likely use already established laws which already govern exclusive resort clubs, country clubs, bars/pubs like the Eagles and others, Shopping places like Sam's club and Costco, Gyms for certain people types and etc. There are even laws which protect the exclusivity of religions, their rights and freedoms. National laws and international laws of protections should be sought out and used for the benefit of the newly established community. These laws must be known and used beforehand and before the establishment of any community and then properly used for the overall benefit of that community. Each member persons history must be known. Which includes legal and criminal history in the world. The threat of a serial bad person must be dealt with and community laws must be written in order to protect the community. Even if it means surrendering the discovered bad person openly to the local or federal authorities in public.

Community education must also be considered for the young ones. Educational requirements should meet and or exceed governmental laws and customs.
