When you find this morning as you become re-awakened. Do you
automatically consider it to be a good day or a bad day? This is the

===========================================================Didn't you sleep well? If not remove the electronics. If not make sure you stop eating and drinking those things which stimulate. Look forward to your sleep and enjoy the playground of the spirit -mind connection. Have something which needs an answer to. Then give yourself permission to remember the answers in the morning as you go off into the Spirit school.
Are you still having troubles with sleeping. Then try living your day life with love, peace and harmony. This is how you will sleep well when you are rewarded with the silver hairs.
Wake up slowly and do not be startled. Cast away the alarm clock or put it in another room and still use it. Find a calm way to wake up.
Stop consuming all caffeinated products. Research for yourself why. Then you may have to take an entire weekend off to go through withdrawals. Which is evidence of a drug addiction. It matters not the legality or cultural acceptance.
