Recently About 20-30 homeless people seemed to suddenly arrive into the downtown area of Winter Haven, Fl. They began assaulting, robbing and raping the regular homeless people in the area. Then they began causing problems with regular civilians of the city. Then they began harassing and causing problems with the business owners. Then they began throwing trash everywhere. Then they became a nuisance during city weekend events.
At which point suddenly as if planned the Florida State Attorney General was notified and got involved.
This seems to be more about political change in the local politics than about doing what is beneficial for the community.

Things of other notice is those who appear to be an Islamic man seem to be taking surveying pictures of roads which lead into downtown. I have seen a man pointing his blanket towards the east and then when confronted by a city worker. The city worker departed and the man also left. I think this was some kind of public test to see how the coffee shop and library people would react to a public display of prayer. Islamic public prayer are acts of psychological war by Islam as a form of humiliation. Even if some new homeless person is used as an Islamic tool.
I have seen Islamic looking men standing in place as if on some kind of guard duty. I even saw one black person dressed in all black and covering his identity standing in the way on sidewalks looking as intimidating as possible. All of this about the same time when the new homeless people came into the city.

There are still new homeless people in the city. These seem to be a second wave of new homeless. In which they are pooping in the primary park with the shut off water fountain. Public Pooping can be seen by regular civilians as a place not to return to or visit. Which means businesses will lose their individual income potential. Just as the library is beginning to see with the homeless not following the rules. Trash is still prevalent around the park and bus stop area. The big skate park is also seeing homeless problems as bathing in the lake is common. Which on the other side of the lake is the police department.

The city of Winter Haven seems to have very caring and diligent people. The police presence is far greater than before. Hopefully, the people will exercise their power and keep in the current people and not vote in Islamic people, socialist, communists who promise free stuff.
The people who demand free stuff are not the people whom you want in your community. They will become a great burden and your city will become a shell of what it once was.
