It seems to me that all of those who want and need Data Centers built have made their individual decisions based on selfishness with great apathy in regards on not caring how many people they harm in the process. In some case lying and deceiving the cities, counties and people about paying for resources. These criminal human investors and corporate officers should be imprisoned for their built in infrastructure misdeeds once proven. Since these Data Centers require huge amounts of water for cooling. Massive desalination plants should be built.

The noise, vibration and heat dome can exceed 2-5 miles. This means that all of that land which surrounds the Data Centers must be devoid of humans and animals. This is because animals are already giving birth to still born/dead babies.
