Tigers Importance: (Unedited): 18 Dec 2011:

The average and feeble minded person will always value the paper tigers importance over the actual tiger. C.J.MacKechnie
====================
 The average and feeble minded person seems to always support the paper tigers in life. Because, Think about it. Who do you want to face toe to toe? A paper tiger or a actual tiger? Of course you say the paper tiger as do I. It is the case in all aspects of life. Go to any sporting event. The actual tigers are the ones playing the game. While the paper tigers are the ones who proclaim how badly the real tigers played the game.
Psychologically speaking, your less likely to approach the boss who you some how internally fear than the one whom you see yourself as an equal to or superior to. In the business world, You should not fear anyone, unless your a lousy employee. The fear you have about your boss who is actually smarter, wiser and stronger than you is without merit or logic. That person is in that position because they are a leader and is seen as such. Unless, of course the boss/leader is a paper tiger. Then there is a possibility that they lied and deceived those who hired them. The paper tiger whom you approach may be more fearful of the actual tiger than you are. Thus, creating more of a useless situation for you. Especially, if you are having a problem or a grand idea. In which the grand idea will become the idea of the paper tiger and your problem will go no where.
The paper tiger can be and often is very damaging to any company/corporation. This is not discovered until, after the paper tiger moves on. Which is what paper tigers need to do is move on. Because, any discovery that they are a paper tiger may prevent them from getting that better job with more money and more responsibility.
