======================New energy seems to come in with the incoming tides as all of those old energies goes out with the outgoing tides. Peaceful new energies comes in and releasing old negative energies goes out which leaves you with a feeling of peace.
Sit yourself by one of the oak trees close to the water and feel it for yourself.
Food is pretty good and the help is equally good if not better.
