Nuclear weapons can be delivered by satellites, rockets, missiles, planes, trains, trucks and shipping. You need to come to terms with this. You also need to come to terms with how North Korea has or hasn’t sold one or more nuclear weapons to Iran. This was a big deal a few years ago when all of the western intelligence services went into some kind of panic mode for some unknown reason. The speculation was that North Korea sold one or more nuclear weapons to Iran and delivered them individually by various shipping methods. Then all went instantly silent for every to think the good guys won or they lost the trails and those nukes were delivered. No one knows as anything which is NBC is internationally classified since Fukushima, Japan event.
