Actual visual observation: I have had these observations many times.

A pixel?
Symbols inside of these square clouds.
Dissipate quickly.
Multi spectral. Could be multi-dimensional. Could be all the same.

One Symbol can represent allot of meaning.
The symbols seems allot like but not the same as Chinese script.
Angelic, alien, Unknown seen thing seems to leave a doughnut like cloud when departing.

I think the government knows and purposefully make clouds to disrupt and to hide the cloud signs from whomever. Yes, I still see them.

This is just some kind of impression. I do not know if it is valid or not.
I get the feeling that this small rectangle like clouds are something similar to Mahjong tiles. Being viewed from underneath. Instead of from above. But, they could be for the viewers who are below.
