The Islamic soldiers who are in the area of Winter Haven have already established commercial rental properties inside of Downtown Winter Haven, Florida. These rental properties are in direct line of sight with the major egress points into down town and they may be on the top floors so that they can have easy roof access. In the homes which can be seen from Downtown? I have seen many men standing on street corners just looking from a down town park out towards the lake for hours.
