This will be the same for farm life. The robot AI systems will get themselves into trouble and will require people to come save them from their unperceived hazards. 

Technical schools will have to develop new curriculum's which will encompass up to 4 years or more of work study in a variety of fields all of which must qualify with official nationally recognized certifications.

The debt of the USA is looming very large. To slow down debt. The federal government as well as each individual state will reevaluate their gas, oil and energy taxation rates. Then conclude to either covert a taxation rate on a per gallon rate or by percentage of price. Either way the conversion will mean higher taxes over all. How much so over all? Anywhere from 50 cents per retail gallon to 1 dollar per retail gallon. Give or take a bit.

When will this take place. Probably 2015. 2016 is a voting year, so not then. 

This will be dependent on how successful the politicians can keep all of these new gas taxes secret from the people and press. Well, You can't really count on the America press any more. They are no longer a free or truthful press.

So what does this mean. If the fuel cells have superseded fuel, oil and fossil fuel energy sources. Then our entire world is about to change. Which means the entire stock market is about to turn on it's heels in a very ugly way. As in an absolute reset of all wealth.
When you couple these fuel cells with water into hydrogen machines. You won't need anymore gas stations, power plants except for commercial infrastructure.
Each individual person will be able to have limitless energy. Especially, If you live near a water source/ocean.

Added on 15 Jan 2015 @ 30 seconds later. I just did a Google search on this " New gasoline taxes".
guess what I found? Yep. and here you go.
 It seems all over the USA and in D.C. are press calls for a raising of the gasoline taxes. I have thoughts of deleting this. But, I'm not. I'm also leaving in the prophecy word. I'm just not as plugged into the media and all this internet as most of you are. I only got three for you guys to copy/paste. You have the search term I used and I only went back one week.
This does seem like a coordinated effort of the unfree press for the public to welcome new federal and state gasoline taxes. Just add them together. I even see a possible equalization of retail gasoline prices. What this means is that some states will have huge gas taxes while others only some. This is to level out the retail gasoline prices regionally, Maybe, even throughout the entire lower 48 USA. There will still be a few states who just do there own things and may not even care about a single unit price for gasoline for everyone.
What they are not telling you is when the oil prices go back up over $120 per barrel and it will. Especially when Irving Texas decides to have a severe earthquake. Or Oklahoma or the Mississippi river goes the wrong way. When fracking becomes outlawed.
