Forsaken Heart: (Unedited): 25 May 2020:

An embarrassing joke played on a sound mind leads to a forsaken heart.

This quote was preceded by a dream. An unfortunate dream in which participation in society becomes undesirable for truly good people with morals.
I was sitting in a smaller roomed movie theater near the top right from the door at the center of the room. Down much closer to the screen on the left hand side. The screen was blank but I do think the movie was going on and all of the theater lights were in full illumination.
A young group of people were filming in and participating in a sex act in nearly full view of all movie goers. The management were clearing out the people causing the disturbance. The police were not present nor was security. The male was celebrating his activity as he was being escorted out. The other people associated with that group were also making noise. The female directly involved was not seen by me or the *person whose eyes I was looking through.
Later I had blurry or faded audio of sex acts occurring in other movie theaters. As well as other unfortunate activities. I do not think it is any violence but it could be. Sex acts in public places becomes a thing. Just like sex acts in the presence of other teens in High Schools. Yea, that is a secret that schools fight to keep secret.
The outcome of these actions will cause people to remain home and not go out into the public to spend their money in support of small businesses and other entities.
To see this one female as a victim or being victimized may not be an accurate assessment.

Looking into search terms of these kinds of intimate activities. People are caught and are arrested. Apparently these intimate activities are sought after by people. So why is this one view or dream so relevant? Or is this a precursor to other activities. Because as it was in the days of Noah so to will it be in those end of days. Or is this to be a sign? Then what would it represent? Or is this a transition point? Or was the unknown outcome one in which no legal consequences happened? Which would be a sign that immorality laws of any kind would not be enforced.

Chinese Integrity Honor: (Unedited): 22 Oct 2018:

For the last few day I've been thinking about the corporate nature of China. More specifically how the Chinese will begin to fill more and more of their own trusted people in positions of all levels of management. There is an evident key reason why. Honor and integrity of the American worker or the lack of honor and integrity. This will be focused around those atheists who have no belief systems or morality than what they each define it as in relation to the self. A person who is only self governing cannot be trusted to speak the truth or act in an honorable manner in relation to anyone. For these people have become only self serving even at the corporate levels attained. Not even what is in the best interest of a specific corporation to them matters. What only matters is what they get for themselves no matter what. Even through legal deception these kinds of self serving people will find profit for themselves even if the entire corporation becomes bankrupt. For the self serving corporate people profiting from a caused corporate bankruptcy is still a big paycheck for them. Even though the traditionalist who regard honor with any kind of weight. Will easily see the corporate officers self serving actions as traitorous and dishonorable. What do you expect when the idea of the words honor and integrity are absent from these self serving people's daily thinking processes. It isn't just about how those good words are absent from the self serving persons mind it is absent from their heart.

This is prophecy. When will it occur and has it already occured? I know not. For that is not my world of the corporate life. Nor do I know any corporate officers. 2022 or the 2029 events are coming and maybe in the aftermath of the 2022 or 2029 events will cause China to take the necessary actions to preserve their corporate ownership in foreign entities in foreign lands such as the USA. The USA has fallen morally. When any great people abandon their morality compass. Integrity and honor will become those first traits to sink into the cold dark abyss to be forgotten. The American leaders of today have forgotten. Even though by their words they may speak the answer you want to hear. In their hearts and in their actions no evidence of importance can be seen.

China may also see the replacing of their American and European corporate officers as a huge cost saving measure. China may begin to set pay and benefit limits on corporate officers in order to bring disparity down to a perceived honorable level. As quick as the sword swings so to will the ouster of corporate officers as well as other high level management people. All to be replaced with already groomed, highly motivated and highly educated Chinese people. The coming Chinese professionals will even speak better english than most highly educated Americans.
Once corporate stability is seen at every level. All of that wealth gained will be perpetually transferred to mainland China. Which it should it is their money. The corporate officers may even manage from mainland China. Then only travel to the USA when something has become problematic or needs celebrating.

The old names and families associated with wealth they to will become empty shadows of once they once were. Even new wealth like Bill Gates will lose 90% of his income. New operating systems and technologies are coming. They will be ground up builds designed and modularized for the new generations of processors coming. Each new computer will have its own AI identity, AI security identity and other things which is beyond my conceptionality. Each home computer, laptop, TV and tablet will have their own AI identities and belong to the home hierarchy of authority and the home systems will belong to  a greater hierarchy. I think this is already true but it is beyond this janitor to understand them. A level of elegance is achieved. Sort of like seeing mandelbrots growing in the trees. It is beautiful and logical all at once. The logic of life.

The 2022 and 2029 events may just focus on the Chinese economy. The Chinese leadership will want to assign blame for the losses. They will not understand but will look across the sea and blame the USA and Europe. The Chinese leadership will then make decisions to protect themselves and their wholly owned assets. By putting into place their own people who will oversee those assets which was entrusted to the local experts. This will be quietly and quickly done. In a few cases apparent suicides will only appear to be suicides. Especially when their sins or dishonor to their own family is revealed. Those sins and dishonors of every corporate officer will be nationally televised. Thus, those in China who have actually decided for a murder to appear to be a simple suicide will have zero blame come their way.
Always remember once a prophecy is revealed everything can change, everything can be mitigated and everything can be prevented. Especially when associated with the decisions made by human beings.
It does need to be noted that truly self serving people who are only governed by their own hearts and minds. Who have no belief system and no moral compass. These people only see their actions as getting caught or not and then plan on how not to get caught again. While lying and deceiving their living family members into thinking and believing the lies they hear. The self serving people may not seek suicide as it is not self serving. For they are their own gods who make up their own rules and if they lose their families they will start new ones. As has been happening in the USA for many decades now.

Be warned of those within your organization who always accuse others. For their attitude only pretends to be a caring employee when in fact they are just a devil spirit who finds power and thrills in others torments.

It is interesting how only one can make it into an organization. Gain the trust of the leadership and/or managing team. Then become the eyes and ears of them. The vast majority of these are very beneficial. It is the few whom I'm talking about. It is those who only accuse others of wrong while offering zero benefit to the company by any other means. These devil spirits spend so much time spying and accusing others that their productivity is very low. But, everyone in management/leadership likes him/her. The management and leadership teams have all been blinded by this one person. This one person is or can be the sole cause of a demoralized workforce.
It would be better off to fire this person outright and even pay for their unemployment benefits. In doing so. Your entire corporate structure will breathe and feel the pleasant atmosphere you once had. All aspects of your business will improve. Virtually over night. there will be a positive shock that your employees will feel and this may cause sluggishness in your recovery. But, once your workforce gets your train steaming and heading with a decisively forward momentum. They will smile and wont be stopped. Until you the leadership and management team screws up again.

Working to only do a good job is so much less stressful. Than working to work for pay raises, management positions and promotions.

This is a simple one. I was caught up in all of that. Working for the pay raises and promotions as well as being selected for positions. Becoming good enough. I just forgot about the part of just doing a good job. Because, some how it wasn't good enough for a guy like me.
Once I decided that all of those bigger, better, higher and more important things were not in truth beneficial to me as a person. I could see through the illusion and how all of those things just fed my pride, ego and arrogance.

Corporate Family: (Unedited): 26 July 2014:

The flaws of leadership and of management can be accounted by 4 perceptions. Remember it is the rare person who can be both a leader and a manager. It seems in this modern world no one really wants a leader. Because, a leader can break out of the box he/she was confined to by the rest of the officers or corporate officers. Either way a person who can do both lead and manage can and will profit you most in the long term. A leader/manager who is also personable and a teacher is a gift. Because, this very rare type of person will cause an effect upon everyone to work towards their goals from an outpouring of emotion.

Reactionary

A person, group or organization who become purely reactionary in how they manage and lead. may very be the ultimate in selfishness. Their intentions may very well be to pass the buck. Because, in the medium or long term. The consequences of any of their decisions will fall upon the person or persons who follow them. Pure reactionary decisions will gain you the most monies possible in your promised bonuses but at what long term cost? Loss of life? Loss of equipment and property? The negative things which may happen will fall upon others shoulders and the blame will be not placed upon this person(s). Assuming they ever even cared.

Being temporarily reactionary can be a good thing as the person or persons can effectively engage all unforeseen problems which may and will arise. A management/leadership team who also engages their employees or enlisted personnel for advice, input, insight and ideas. Brings all of the wholeness of gifts and talents to bear into hopefully all unforeseen situations.  This is team work. This is family in which everyone is supposed to have a say. This is the corporate home in which everyone is responsible for doing their part. Caring people is what makes an awesome home even if it is within the corporate structure, military structure or which ever organized structure.

Being forced into a reactionary situation will mean you have to mitigate the problem quickly. Then once the new threat is managed and dispersed.  You go into a proactive stance for a time. proactive is this sense means how to put into place those new policies which will prevent any other occurrences from happening again.

This is where all of the corporate officers and investors absolutely starve the corporation to near death. This is done by withholding the vast majority of funds for any kind of improvement and or maintenance.
Renegotiating worker benefit and pay packages to lower over all costs to the corporation while at the same time inform all of the employees just how much better the plans are. The corporate officers may even add new benefits which become better over the duration of employment. Then every few years renegotiate all of the benefits so that everyone must start back at day 1 with the new packages.
All the while the corporate officers base pay, benefits packages and bonus programs are all corporately classified. 
There can also be a cycle of where the stocks crest and then fall. The corporate officers can manipulate the stocks rise and fall so as to profit the most out of it. Sell when the planned stock prices are high and buy when the planned stock prices are at their lowest. Repeat the process over and over again. I've seen it being done in the trucking industry. Even though the process can take a couple of years between troughs. It's all how to see the patterns.
The worker turnover is also planned out. By promoting consistent worker turnover. You never have any long term benefit pay outs or retirement payments. Payroll always stay nearly the same. Pay raises never become so high that wages become a problem. By maintain employees at all levels for 4-6 years. Then push them out as in cause them to leave willingly and rehire that position at a lower starting wage.
The corporate officers who actively this form of corporate starvation has no emotional connection to the corporation and is doing what they are doing in order to make them their desired income potentials and windfalls. While at the same time ruining any opportunities for any worker to have any sort of future.
Usually the corporate officers who starve the corporation are also only managing in a reactionary style. It is all about the corporate officers, the investors and nothing else.

The professional person who takes the quality and quantity of their work personally is not one to be avoided. These types of  persons within your leadership and management teams is necessary for the common worker to be around. The common worker does not have the training or even the mentality to be leaders or management (not intended to be insulting). (I'm not leadership or management material).
The common person who comes into contact with a passionate leader/manager shares in their enthusiasm for the job. To such a degree that the entire team of common workers begin to work at a higher level of quality and production. (Even if it is at the expense of your cultural happy food like Pappa Johns Pizza in New Port Richey or Marcos Pizza in Trinity). The cultural happy food can only be given when the mission has been accomplished, period.

By feeling you the corporate person may become a more complete leader/manager or even a human being.

Ships of immensity roam throughout the galaxy. These ships are larger than the planet Earth. They are surrounded by powerful magnetic fields. These huge ships have the power to move planets to specific locations within a solar system or to move planets to another solar system. They can alter spin rates and orientations of planets.
These huge ships have the ability to create small stars and to manage them. Thus, these ships can create solar systems. So, any alteration and management to any object inside of a targeted solar system can be managed, even stars.
These solar system creators. Travel throughout the beginning of life zone creating new solar systems for their defined means. Placements of technology are planted within the planets to monitor that planets development. If the planet develops outside of the range of predictability. Then their world ships will return to bring back the planet to their defined set of normalcy. Their technology is dimensional based. Which means the structures can be present and yet not within our own perceptions of dimension. Some may even call them spiritual structures.

If genetic manipulation has occurred and has deviated beyond their specific norms. Then all life would be managed. If genetic alteration has gone beyond manageable limits. Then planetary purification will begin. There would be a possibility of those who are genetically pure or within defined genetic limits. They shall be saved. They being plant and animal life.

These world ships have the ability to change and alter matter at their most basic levels.
These world ships have the ability to change and alter energies or energy conversion.

These world ships were designed to create place for life to develop, grow and to evolve.

These world sized ships can also be weapons of warfare. Any object which comes in close proximity or is deemed a threat to the ship or to the solar system. The world ship can re-integrate all of it's energy and matter into anything it wants. Thus any energy based weapon fired upon it. All of that energy will be absorbed. Any projectile based weapon fired upon it. Will also be converted into useable energy by the world ship.

The world ship can even attract all forms of matter to rest upon it's surface. Thus, creating an exterior shell of planetary life.

The appearance of the world ships can look like anything from a ignited small star to a dark star. It can look like a planet of any sorts. It can even mask itself with all manor of energies. It can even hide itself in a dark shell.

There are many world sized ships. Only very few have such power and capabilities.

Set Wage Prophecy: (Unedited): 06 Dec 2013:

In time the Corporations and Government will set and make into law a standard pay scale for every type of job. What this means is if you work at the lower end of retail, janitorial, fast food. The expected wage you receive will also be the same wage every where else in the land. Also, That wage is all you will ever get. The end of quarterly or annual pay raises is what I see in the future.

This is to protect people from those workers who retire from jobs who have earned decades worth of pay raises. It will be seen as unfair for everyone else. How one person can earn more than enough monies which is seen as taking from others ability to work.
The argument may be  that a person who is paid to much. Is actually taking away from another person who is unemployed. because, that corporation of government entity cannot pay for more people when they are a paying so much for a few. The math and logic works for their argument.
What actually will happen if this happens. Is every worker will no longer be able to save or to retire at the government defined age standard. This will not be spoken of as it will be a valid argument against what will happen if job specific pay scales are enacted.
It no longer matters how long you work for a particular corporation or a government agency.  The end of free benefits will also be eliminated in favor of accessible benefits in which the worker pays for in full. The benefit of opportunity will be seen as a freedom. Every benefit will be given a monetary value and tied to that wage. Once a worker selects a job in which a set wage is guaranteed by law. All of the benefits plus actual cash wage cannot exceed the limit of the law. Thus, if an employer pays the limit of the law in cash it will be exactly the same as the employer who pays a lower amount in cash plus vacation pay plus sick pay plus personal pay and plus, plus, plus. It all will be the same once all of the variables are added up. All of those extras will be used to entice workers from other places. These will be deceptions.

The only way a worker classed person can achieve greater wages or promotions is to obtain continual education. The level of education will be forever tied to wages and promotions.
The development of worker class education programs. In which those workers may be forced into a specific level of debt for that particular level of worker class education. Through the technical and trade schools.
Just as entry level management will be tied to a 4 year Bachelor's degree.
Intermediate levels of management will be tied to multiple 4 year Bachelor's degrees.
Mid level management will be tied to 6  year Master's degrees.
higher mid level management will be tied to those who have a variety of 6 year Master's degrees
High levels of management will be tied to those who have PHD's.

All of which will cause that management person to achieve a specific level of debt for the job they want to qualify for. Over time. When any person has stayed at a particular position for to long and has minimized their education debt load. That management or worker may be seen as undesirable or defective in some way. Thus, losing their job because of trumped up issues. The laws and rights of the corporation will greatly favor the corporation over the rights of the manager or worker.

Being a prophet of doom and gloom is not about being right or mostly right. It is about creating a realization and appropriate actions which will avert a upcoming disaster. If the disaster cannot be averted. Then plans for mitigation and management must be enacted.
Was the Prophet Jonah correct in his prophecy to Nineveh? No. The people saved themselves. They mitigated and managed how GOD was going to respond. It is the same with any other prophecy written or foretold.

This is the essential school of prophecy understanding and the action which must be taken to prevent, mitigate and manage the event or events. This is something which apparently NO CHRISTIAN, Islamic or any other religious person understands. All of the bad and sad prophecies are only probable and not absolute. When an emergency is localized and non-overwhelming to the persons senses. Those emergency management persons will revert to their training. But, When a thing happens which is beyond the scope of possibility of/in their training. All of that training may breakdown into a simple need to save themselves or to save only those they care about. 
The safety of all family members within the entire emergency management community must be relocated to designated safe zones. This preparation must be practiced and implemented.  A general level of personal secrecy, will aid in their safe transportation to those pee-designated safe zones. All persons must be pre-approved.  
By implementing this plan. Desertion and abandonment rates will go down dramatically. Thus, saving innocent lives throughout the entire emergency event or events.
