How do military preparedness and the concept of deterrence play a role in maintaining peace with aggressive neighbors?

Aggressive Neighbors Answer: As soon as you realize that you cannot reason or coexist with them. The brutality of war with personal hand to hand combat will be your future. If you cannot violently stand toe to toe with a person who profoundly hates you and thirsts for the joy of killing you. Then all of you will become extinct. They will even erase you from human history.

Disciplined Peace: In many places the only reason why you have peace in your country as it is continually filled with people who hate you, who want to destroy everything that you represent, who want to kill everyone of you is because their leaders have not put forth the decree for each of them to go forth and cause your genocide. Those who patiently wait for their joy of killing you is a level of discipline and obedience which has not been seen in human history of warfare since the Nineveh peoples or the ancient Syrians. The peace you think you have right now may not be a peace that you have administered. The peace you have may be because the wicked evildoers who are amongst you have not been told to torture and murder all of you yet with a great joy.

Human History Answer: There have always been cultures and religions who have caused their entire populations to be warlike, to profoundly hate another group of people and to thirst for the joy to kill another group of people. It is they who may have caused the erasure of other groups of people in which we will never know anything about. Be warned! You may be next to be erased.

Better Superior Ones Answer: There is also the teaching of pride, ego, arrogance as well as entitlements. Those cultures and religions who proudly stand up and declare themselves as superior and better than everyone else who is not like them has always been a precursor to wars and genocide. While at the same time vocally and outwardly planning your genocide is not just a threat but a promise of what they are going to do. Humanity has seen this too many times to mention here in all of human history.

Civilian Preparedness Answer: All military preparedness begins with the good, peaceful civilian population. Once any good, peaceful civilian begins to see evidence where cultures and religions have been teaching the youngest of their children to believe that you are a disgusting and subhuman. You as a civilian population are already at a disadvantage. Once any civilian begins to see evidence where cultures and religions are actively teaching the youngest of children how to be soldiers, warriors and fighters. You as a civilian population are already at a disadvantage. If the civilian population is incapable of personal self defense. Then any military preparedness will never achieve any kind of level of deterrence without the desperate need of functional technologies.

Civilian Responsibility Answer: It is your duty as a parent to raise up good, calm, reasoned, fearless, brave and caring children. This also means that you as a parent must teach your children to handle themselves appropriately in difficult situations where reasoned negotiations have ceased and there is no opportunity for retreat. This is not just for the boys but also for the girls. Humanity has entered the age more some time ago that a parent needs to not only rape proof their daughters but also their sons.

Civilian Refusal Answer: If you as a civilian refuse to train up your sons and daughters to defend themselves, protect their own families, safeguard their neighbors and communities. Then your future in the face of those who have been taught and bred for generations to torture, abuse and to horrifically murder all of you with a profound joy in their hearts will mean your genocide is evident.

Incapable Police Force Answer: The civilian population who raises their children to be defenseless and helpless will also see the ineffectiveness of their police forces. A people, A society, A culture who cannot personally protect and defend themselves. Cannot stand and fight anyone who has trained their entire lives to specifically kill you. Thus, the end of you shall be historically forgotten into the sands of time. This is human history.

There shall be no negotiation with those who have purely hated you for more than a thousand years. They have trained up their children to murder you. Their women's sole purpose is to bring forth into their world of darkness and death as many babies as possible.

There are no innocent souls in the forces of hate. Every man, woman, elder and child are enemy combatants in accordance to their culture and tradition. The mind set, heart set is genetically embedded within them to joyfully kill as many of you as possible.

The idea of being able to torture and kill anyone who has been defined as an innocent soul who is worthy of love, mercy, compassion is an alien concept of the good. While the forces of hate will have joy as all of your blood runs down the streets.

If the good people do not and will not have a mentality of killing them all, then the good people have already lost before the war had even started.

The idea of doing good things and deeds for any person is known to be a disgusting weakness of fools who must be killed and they shall.

The good people have become helpless and defenseless in the face of a disciplined force of pure hate who yearn for the day when their leaders give their permission for war.

The forces of hate shall run through the good people who have no idea that they are even threatened. Look and watch as they continue to teach their own children and men nothing in regards to hand to hand combat. The good shall be tortured and killed.

While the forces of hate must each kill at least ten before they each fall, even while being outnumbered. The few good warriors must kill thousands before they can fall, even while having superior numbers.

The forces of hate collectively hold themselves back and wait patiently for their day of joy and blood letting. The reason why all of the forces of hate has not begun their war of death and destruction is because they have not been told to - yet.

When one of the forces of hate does conduct a singular attack it is not because he is a lone gunman. It is only because he was chosen in which he will be honored and respected. If he dies he will be given a most honored funeral.

Disciplined killers do not just go out to kill and murder whoever or whenever they wish.

While a disciplined killer who has been genetically raised to have a profound hatred for your continued existence. Will receive great joy and pleasure at your death by the hands of any of his forces of hate brethren.

Soon the forces of hate shall be treated to the glories of the killing of their sworn enemies whom they have treated as their beloved friend while have a great hatred the entire time.

The actual good souls shall know the stench of their own bloodshed fill the air as it begins to rise into the Heavens and into the nostrils of God. While the forces of hate shall respond to that stench as one would smelling a lovely rose.

Think about this. God destroyed this planet with a great flood. Every human baby was killed, every helpless person, every disabled person were also killed. This planet was close to being 100% habitable and now it is only about 5% habitable. There could have been up to or more than 1 billion intelligent life forms on this planet. Then the global flood came. Every beautiful baby bunny died. Every cute kitten died. Every pretty puppy perished. God is absolute righteousness and holiness and His actions were justified. So too when the remaining prophecies can no longer be debated. That time is coming sooner than later as there is still no valid evidence of any repentance.

Individual police officers of every kind will begin to be watched. In some locations this is already happening and in other places they have not even considered to do that as they do not as of yet have the trained military forces to conduct those activities. Who is a soldier in the forces of hate? Those who have had a genetic relationship for a thousand years. It is all, who are soldiers and who will sacrifice themselves without any after thought in the killing of you and your family. So make your own preparations especially, when the idea of laws and justice ends. 

Individual police officers must not hide in any one spot to do your own paperwork or whatever. You must randomize when and where you stop and at what times. You should reconsider taking your police cruiser home. You and your own family must have plans on how to handle your own defenses and self defense. The bottom line is this. There is not enough cops. Let alone former military people who are now cops. But, then again, there are allot of military people. Just what kind of military people were they or were you?

Consider how the forces of hate remain out of sight and out of mind. They are actively hiding their numbers and staying out of their enemies lives. Their enemy is everyone who is not exactly like them. Yes, That includes your own genetic racial heritage. Regardless if you have fully adopted their belief system through the sword.

Added on 09 June 2025: This is not an anti-Christian writing. Study your Biblical prophecy. 

What shall the true Christians do? The Christians are mandated to love one another and violence of any kind is not loving one another. Causing anyone any kind of suffering, harm or distress is not loving one another. So the Christians must suffer and die as their own Christ had died. Is this not prophecy? Isn't this some degree of prophecy and how much is that degree? How is it that the whole world shall come to celebrate the public murder of the two witnesses and then treat it like a Christmas event? 

So what does all of this mean in regards to self defense, hand to hand combat, having knowledge of warfare, strategy and tactics? Are these things justified? How can you justify when you are not God or a god? More than a decade ago, I had dreams of a Christian military force or forces. There were so few actual real Christians that there were not enough to refill their ranks as the entire world had come against them. The vast majority of professing Christians simply disappeared back into their human worlds and that is where they all hid saying the offensive words of Peter as he watched his Lord Jesus tortured.

The hard work done for another is not an endured hardship or sacrifice when all of the endured hard work originates from your love for one another.

A sacrifice seems to be something which has been stripped from your spirit, body, mind and heart, like a deep wound made from a whip with bone, metal and stone, always present for you to see and know - the raised scar which glows red hot with every thought.
All continuous hard work born out of your Christ-like love has no scars, wounds or stripes. These have already been received by The Christ who died for you out of His own love for you, even though in the here and now you are still dirty and filthy. Jesus did this thing just for you, even while you are still a wolf, snake or goat within the church for decades. Jesus still awaits you on the cross. Jesus knows you're still stealing. Jesus knows you're still lying. Jesus knows you're still accusing Him and still conspiring against Him. Jesus knows you will still deny and still curse Him thrice and before the cock crows. Jesus still knows how you will  still continuously sin every sin, even though you have been forewarned many times before each occurance. Yet he still loves you and awaits your free genuine choice.

Jesus even knows the self-proclaimed masters of prophecy and yet He waits for them to to become members of the holy family. For even those masters of prophecy will still endure the same judgement as if they were one of the unbelievers who rejected the truth.

Most likely all you got was a good hug, kiss on the cheek and a profound thank you. This is how we are supposed to be for every human being, especially those not only in need once in their lives but for those who are always profoundly and desperately in need. For when the works you do for others are founded from your Christ-like love for them all, you won't be thinking about how this is your righteous duty with your chest stuck out walking around with your own impression of a John Wayne swagger. When you're centered and balanced in The Holy Word, you may even experience how exhaustion and the stresses of the task at hand have been already taken by Christ. You may just experience the effects of true joy and happiness within that moment. However, you will lose much in this process - your filthiness, your dirtiness, your pride, your ego, your arrogance, your supremacy, your entitlements, your titles which makes you greater than a simple brother or sister.

I think I've written this story before. I worked for a local family owned office supply delivery company when I was younger. I worked hard. Cleaned up their warehouse. I was always on time even arrived before the boss. Made my deliveries without issue. While riding with the adult son of the owner we drove past the Alabama Baptist Children's home in Alabama. He made the proud comment of how his family donates to these people in order to keep those criminals off of the street. I was a little upset. I told him I was a former foster kid and would never steal from him or his family. That Friday I was fired. No reason. Yes, I knew I should have kept my mouth shut. Foster kids are taught this early on. Yes, even today there is still the master servant relationships. A servant is not supposed to speak out against the master or the Master's children in any way. Well, I did.
Where is the intentions of your heart? For what reason do you do good things? Out of fear or out of love? Do you do good things just to receive an accolade or respect? Just because a family has been in the church for generations. Does not mean they are actual Christians. Their church may just be their social club.

God will in his time pour out his spirit on all people or all flesh. For those who are either Christian or have been educated in the Christian faith. This may or may not be a good thing in the short term. But, afford many more opportunities for every non-Christian no matter how they profess or not profess in the faith.
Think about either being poured upon or being filled from within or both. Three options. The Holy Bible seems to always give us all three options very often or in everything we decide. Think about that alone. You can decide for a thing, you can decide against a thing and you can not decide.
Even if you are not a Christian as solely defined by God alone but are a professional Christian as defined by the world. You may not have the Holy Spirit within you but God will pour out his spirit upon you and everyone else. Almost a great equalizer to counter the effects of all evil in the world. Maybe, the pouring out is to give humanity a chance against those who fell from the Heavens to Earth. I do not know. But, the pouring out will be interesting and may have been interesting.
For all flesh will be poured upon. Which will include those who do not believe, those who are evil as well as those who are a Christian to some degree as they personally define their own Christianity. No matter how truthful they are.
No matter what. All flesh will be faced with something which has happened to them in which they may not understand, know, believe or even accept. Will that person begin to become more prideful and learn how to use the pouring out upon them as a new method to profit more? Will a person become a self ascribed prophet, Psychic, Mystic or a self defined god or the Jesus Christ? I do think the pouring out upon all flesh brings opportunity to each person to freely choose to look towards the true God of all or not to or to just go on with their atheistic lives revealing nothing or just rejecting it all.
Like I said this pouring out is an opportunity. An opportunity for those who are already filled with the Holy Spirit to become blessed even more when God pours upon them all with His Spirit. It is also an opportunity for those prideful and entitled professional Christians who have not been filled with the Holy Spirit to become filled with the Holy Spirit after knowing of their own evidence of the Spirit of God being poured upon them. Can you imagine social Christians, secret Christians, sinner Christians, unrepentant sinner Christians and professional Christians who have not been filled with the Holy Spirit freely decide to become devout, holy and righteous Christians as which is only recognized by God only when presented with the pouring upon from the Spirit of God. It would be like for each of them to be a Thomas. Some may even become embarrassed and emotional. When they are equated with Thomas especially after they have received all of their accolades and parchments of graduations.
For it is with grace that God giveth to all and it is all of us who continue to be unworthy and disobedient. It is all of us who are the prostitute given to a righteous man in order to only teach a lesson forever. (Hosea).

I have been thinking about those who are psychic and make declarations of having any of the super natural gifts or powers. If a person does not know God in any way. That person may consider the pouring upon them their powers or gifts which only came from their own being. While others may seek out clubs, organizations or other religions in order to develop their own spiritual skill sets. Thus, a person can be led into one of the many forms of witchcraft and sorcery. Some may join satanist groups and believe that it was satan who gives them their powers. satan will admit anything in order to fool. A similar lie was used against Jesus when satan promised to give Jesus something which does not belong to him.

The conversion of psychics, witches, sorcerers, magicians and warlocks can been seen in this way. Most of them have very deep emotional scars and have suffered from mental illnesses. For some reason the powers, gifts and abilities they have and feel like they cover over their deep anguish. While at the same time they are never aware that their life is and has been stolen from them. Causing them to think and believe that the more they suckle from this power source the more life and powers they will have. This is the lie and deception. The truth is all of these powers, gifts and abilities is all from the pouring upon from God. It seems they that more than many believe that these angels, demons and familiar spirits serve them. Which is that blinding falsehood which is used to take their life from them. Some even know that they are going to a very real place called hell and they are satisfied with that. Always, remember that those who have no intention, thought or consideration for any manor of change. In which they all can change. Unless, they actually cannot change. Then each of those souls may already have been judged. It is for you to know. that there is nothing you can do for them except to pray. That is all. But, bare in mind that if they have already been judged. They are already in hell outside of our human senses, reasoning and understanding. Even if it is only a hell of their own creation. Because, think about it hell is one place but, just as there are many places in the heavens and on earth. there are many places in hell. Just as there are many streets and neighborhoods here on Earth. there are also many streets and neighborhoods in Hell. Even though there will be many souls beyond my ability to count. They all will be alone. There will be no parties, no joys, no pleasures, no fun, no powers, no gifts, and no abilities. All of those things were used by the fallen to deceive you into choosing for yourself to be judged to hell forever. All of the fallen have pretended to be your servants, your familiars, your protectors and your saviors. Just so that they can have your soul/spirit. The fallen are willing to put away their hatred for you and they are willing to put away their superior pride over you. In order to have your soul. Your soul is worth that much to the fallen. A being which it knows is a god in comparison to you who are less than a worm. The bottom line is all of the fallen want you, me and all of humanity to be extinct. Making you believe that your gifts, powers and abilities are not from the pouring out from God. Even though they are. The fallen have used this outpouring from God to steer you away from that which truly loves you and cares for you. Jehovah.

It is popular today to be a prophet. Everyone seem to want to go forth and express their understanding of prophecy. (Even I do that). Prophecy seems to always be about the negative aspect of humanity. Repent or be destroyed. Yet, today we have prophecies everywhere. Even those things people call probabilities and possibilities. (Even I do that).
Prophecies seem to be aimed at those who have not been listening or have not been taking the correct moral or righteous actions. Yes, there are a few prophecies in which humanity is warned of some kind of impending calamity. In which those who are targeted for survival were to plan their escape or plan the mitigation of the certain coming calamity.
Today in our modern era. Self proclaimed prophets are everywhere. I'm not one of those. God does not speak directly to me and nor do I receive Emails from God either. I think that is the line between those who are prophets and those who are not. What is the point in a prophecy if there is no hope and only fear? Can a person actually become holy and righteous based on a foundation of fear and hopelessness? I have spoken with Christians in which they became Christians after a fearful lesson in prophecy and the rapture. Did they become Christian in order to save their own physical skins. Or was there something deeper? But, once you get deeper into the possibility that the rapture may not be real and I really hope the rapture happens before any real tribulations. More than a few have gotten upset and will just get mad at God or worse. So where is your faith based in God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, Righteousness and Holiness? Or is all of your belief stuck on John 3:15-20 and on the rapture.
There has to be something more than John 3:15-20 is just the starting point. You cannot just say John 3:16 because if it were entirely complete. Then satan, the demons and the fallen angels will also be saved. After all, do they not also believe in Jesus? Is your mind already closed up? From John 3:15-20 begins your righteous and holy walk with Jesus without fear or worry. It is satan and those who follow satan who need you to be always be in a state of hopeless fear. Your righteous and holy walk with Jesus is what separates you from satan and the fallen angels. satan and the fallen angels believe in and have faith in or actually know that their end is coming. satan and the fallen believe in God, The son and the Holy Ghost. Yet satan and the fallen angels continue to do evil without any repentance or a desire to repent from their wicked ways. Nor are they apologetic. So you see John 3:16 also applies to satan and yet we all know it doesn't. That difference is righteousness and holiness as only accepted by God only. So Christian make that decision to know longer be only religious and become righteous and holy as only accepted by your heavenly Father. Then when and if the rapture happens. It won't really matter will it? For eternity shall be your reward with a new body 
When you became a Christian even if your decision was based in fear. Jesus healed you from death and as Jesus healed those as written in the Holy Bible. Jesus spoke these loving commands to them. "Go and sin no more".

We should have a world full of mentors. Those who always speak words of hope. This world needs hope. From this hope will come a specific purpose and meaning for each of us to pursue in this life. The freedom to love one another. The freedom to live in peace with everyone else. The freedom to exist in harmony with all of creation. The freedom to cherish all life. The freedom to choose to be obedient to the laws of God.
Mentors have always been those forgotten to history men and women. Who said if you just work hard, be smart and never give up. You can achieve the desires of your heart. Where are the mentors of this world. Who express hope for everyone and not just for those of a particular sex, skin tone or region on this planet? or has God already silenced the mentors. Because He knows no one will listen or even follow through with what the truth of the mentors have to say. Did you read John 3:15-20 yet? What about John 3:21?
Can you imagine a whole planet of 7+billion human beings suddenly believing the truth of the Human Genome project and suddenly realizing that the men and women over there who have been their enemies for generations are actually their brothers and sisters. How can any professed good person desire to cause any harm to their own brother and sister? Even if they have been their enemies for generations.
Then this one simple truth which was once a perpetually taught deception. Changes the face of all of humanity to the point that each human being can justify their refusal to go to war against their own brothers and sisters. World peace begins in that moment. Because, who will fight for the selfish and greedy world leaders? Are they not the ones who profit the most and are protected the most from all harm. While the so called common everyday average human being fights and dies for all of them. All of humanity can freely look up into the heavens and realize our place can be up there. All we have to do is give up. Give up all of our hatreds, angers, sins, ego, pride, arrogance and other negative words. Then we all can go into the Heavens.

Blind obedience gains a person virtually no wisdom or understanding. Except for the saving or profiting for the benefit of the self.

While a person who freely decides to do good has done so based on their wisdom and understanding. Even though they may lose their own life and/or lose their wealth.

A robot blindly obeys all of it's instructions or programming code. A robot does not know good or evil. It just obeys. Their is no wisdom or understanding neither is there a need to want wisdom or understanding.
Human beings and even of animals. Learn and Know wisdom and understanding. I understand if I place my hand on a hot stove. Serious pain will result.
To force a person to obey or to die. Causes that person to learn nothing except how to save their own life. A person who is forced to obey becomes an instant mindless slave or robot. Absolutely dependent on those who tell it what and when to do it.
With the exercise of free will and free choice. That person learns much knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Even if it will cost that person their wealth or life.
All of the quality, meaning and purpose in life a slave will ever have is what comes from those who rule over the slave.

The great misery you endure in life comes from those who rule over you. Do you not think that if they wanted for you to have any sort of life with any kind of satisfaction or joy. Then could give it to you or allow you to experience. Instead those who rule over you pass the blame to them and those in that far away land. Those who are less than us and who are less than dogs. They are the barbarians who have caused all of your misery. While at the same time those who rule over you only offer one way for any kind of joy, satisfaction and happiness. That is through the joy of holy Martyrdom. Have you not seen in the eyes of those who were selected for the great honor of Martyrdom, joy and satisfaction of being selected? While hoping that they will be self worthy enough to go through with the holy mission of righteous martyrdom. This is the only way for an Islamic person to ever know peace. For all of their joy, satisfaction shall end when their blood flows into the streets. While what meaning and purpose they had in that brief period of time has been transferred to those who rule and profit over all of your deaths.

The misery, sadness and pain you desire to free yourself from. Can come through escape from the enslavement of your spirit, mind and body. You have worth and importance in this life. Purpose and meaning does not have to come through hatred, anger, violence, destruction and death. These are anti God. God wants for all of us to express life with love, peace, harmony. God wants for all of us to cherish life as something of great value.

1). What is good? Only God. We can only learn good from God.
We all can emulate good to the best of our own unique abilities.
2). What is good? Love, Peace, Harmony and life. The laws of God assists us into seeing and maintaining good through our own abilities for self control and self discipline.
Yes, the laws of God are absolute. But, they reflect the gift of our free will. This is why when we each fracture any of the laws of God we are not instantly dead. This is why I do not believe that God wants slaves. Slaves do not learn on their own. Slaves do not grow up to become responsible and dependable human beings. Slaves do not become self sufficient to a degree as defined by only God. Only those who have a free spirit, free mind and a free body can become the most it can be as only God can define it.

Only those who have a love, peace and harmony within them can see far more beauty then they have ever known. To the degree of recognition beauty in everything and everywhere. The more apathy, hate and anger you have within you. The less beauty you will ever see and know. 
The reward of knowing beauty fills you with the sweetness of joy. Thus, causing you to want to love more. Even unto the point of regaining your innocence back. That you may have lost because of the ugly realities of worldly life.

Just go and listen to those who always hate and anger. Ask them Where beauty is? They will be confused and they will think of you as foolish or of wanting to partake of whatever drug they think you are on.

 When you stand back and watch any scene from a distance, which includes an emotional distance. You can see the train crash coming. While some people will sit by becoming excited at their entertained experience which is about to happen. Others will begin to panic and freeze. Some will run like they have never been there. Kind of like the great Peter who witnessed the torture and death of Jesus from a distance. Except for Peter, Jesus was everything to him and Peter failed Jesus just as Jesus had Prophesied exactly.
Many church goers are just religious. Many church goers are just Christians in their own social circles. Many are just trying to figure things out. A few in any given church seem to have transcended the religion and have become righteous and holy in the eyes of God. These are the ones who live daily fighting their own sinful mind and the sinful influences of the world.

There is a big difference between being religious and becoming righteous in the eyes of God. Being religious takes everything from you in the name of the pastor, theologian, Pope or Imam that you have chosen to follow. You are willing to give everything to him. Your heart, your soul, your mind and your body. So why do you feel like your drowning or feel like you have this incredible heavy weight of great burden holding you down? Why do you feel so weary and exhausted? is it because you have made your church, your religious leader or religion into the god of your worship? All of your outward and external efforts does not make you righteous. It is from all of your internal efforts which makes your righteous in the eyes of God. It is from your freely chosen life absent of sin that you become righteous from God. Becoming righteous is freeing and not burden some. Becoming Righteous is enlightening and not heavy with dutiful responsibility. Becoming Righteous means that everything will just be OK.

Why do you think you would give your life freely for any such human being who commands it? Why would you go to war with any other human being who is truly your brother? Especially when deep within your own Holy Texts Love and peace is prevalent? How can you love one another or be at peace when you war constantly? In the days of the coming great ones. It is foretold of the coming liars, false teachers and false prophets. Any man or person who causes you to Hate, cause chaos, to kill and to destroy, to do evil deeds anytime and anywhere. they are all liars and false teachers. It matters not how high they stand above you or how special their clothing is.

Dark Life: (Edited): 09 Nov 2015:

There is no joy or happiness in the life of darkness. There is however the perpetual state of loneliness and the feeling that no one really cares.

There is a lot in the life lived in darkness. You can do whatever you want and no one will ever really ever know who you are. But, they all will see what you are becoming and they will not care. You shall become as apathetic as they all are.  It is all your free choice of endless sin in the life of darkness.
So as long as you're a part of the party of loners, you will always be accepted. But, once you decide to stop living in darkness, they all will angrily hate you and accuse you of trying to be better than they are. But, if and when you ever return into the life of darkness, you will have to endure ridicule and then their apathetic acceptance.
Then when you die amongst them they will drink a toast to you, tell a few stories and maybe make a few jokes. Then they will all forget you were ever there as someone else sits in your seat.

There is a cost to all of this life of darkness. No one who is living a life in darkness even cares what the costs are or will be. This is the apathy taking a hold over your mind. So as long as you get what you want in that moment you want it, who cares what the future bill will be? Those who live in the darkness don't even want to hear about the light. They will even get angry if you come to them with how wonderful it is in the light. There can even be forgiveness from the light.
They know the truth. Those who freely choose to live in darkness know that if they reach out for the light, go forth into the light, all of their sins, crimes, mistakes and misdeeds shall be known and remembered. They will all know that they decided to live in the darkness in favor over their own family and the good friends who could not  go into the darkness to live their lives.
For those who already live and remain in darkness, many have already judged themselves and have been found deserving the solace of the final judgement to come from God.
These who freely choose to live and remain in darkness have already been judged by God. This is evidenced by their apathy, selfish desires and anger toward you who are good. For it is solely your goodness which reminds them just how bad and evil they were, are and have become.
Is there any hope for those who live in darkness? Sure there is and only God will know for certain.

For you who are in the light who have family members who have chosen to live and remain in darkness, continue to pray for them. Continue to love them. Continue to express compassion and mercy for them when needed, even if that mercy is in their own homelessness, hunger, medical care and burial.
For myself, it was with my adoptive father, his medical care and cremation/burial. His so-called girlfriend wanted to take care of him and use his money to fix a hot water heater, roof, car. Set up her children in a rented house. I denied all of it and banned her from any contact. After his bills were paid. There was no burial and I could only afford for him a cremation. At least he is with his own family by blood. After years and decades of total rejection of me and mine, I was the only one who he could trust in the end. At least his sister saw him take his last breath. Roll Tide.

There are many stories of people who have come out of the darkness and into the light. But those numbers are rare. Sometimes a person has to get so low and hit bottom without dying. Then for some reason, they either seek help or continue down the gutter's drain until they finally find death. In the end, no matter how it happens, you must find your comfort that you did not abandon them or walk away. It is always those who have chosen to live within the darkness who had walked away from you.

Note: Historically, I was not considered a good person by anyone who ever knew me. I brought embarrassment to my adopted father and to his family in many different ways. At least in his end. I could honor him.

The return to your innocence isn't lost in your forever. You are who you were and can become so again. We each can be all of who we were and once were all at the same time. No matter the difficulties we had ever faced. No matter the abuses and tortures of our youth. Innocence is merely lost and not gone. Waiting to be seeked for and found within the deep recesses of your own mind. It is close to where your child like joy was once prevalent. Finding one will reveal the other.

Many adults have lost their innocence. Even lost the capacity of their own humanity. It doesn't matter how or why these things were lost. They just were. Typically, It is not just the two things it is also true deep and meaningful joy. If you can imagine that joy can be meaningful. Which it is and joy can be yours all over again or be a brand new concept which has become a part of you.
The return to your innocence will require you to take that purposeful journey into the deep dangers of your own mind. Where you will be required to fight for your own sanity and for the right of your authority over your own thoughts and feelings. No  matter how displaced it all seems to be. Can you muster the courage and become brave enough to go into your own dangerous mind and tame all that is within? because, once you have conquered all that is within yourself. Can you then begin to know the joy of loving other struggling souls. The happiness of peacefully living with other dangerous spirits. The intimate harmony of being directly connected with all of the wonders of life. This is where the deep and most profound of joys resides.
