How would you keep track of which genetic altering vaccinations a person has received? In a population wide double blind. You would desire to make a easily visible harmless marker on a person. Lets say a spot of white hair on the back of someones head. Then other versions of the post birth genetic editing vaccine will show the white hair spot located elsewhere on the skull. Then over the lifetime of that person. Their health records are monitored. All without their knowledge or awareness. Just like that photo of the famous GMO corn. So to may be the mark of the beast.

Added on 09 Aug 2020: Parents may decide to do genetic testing on their own of their own new born babies. Nearly 20 years ago. I knew of a family with a intelligently gifted teenager. He was most likely the most intelligent kid in the entire Tampa Bay region. Then one day that kid broke a bone and the hospital refused to treat that child if he did not get all of his vaccines updated. Within 48 hour after receiving all of his vaccines he became a full blown autistic teenager. That family was highly active in their church community and then they suddenly became reclusive.
Parents of new born babies will want to know if their children will have future health care issues. With this testing of new born children. Genetic comparisons can be made at different stages in life including after each round of vaccines. Vaccines may begin to be used to do genetic editing of human beings. All without the parents ever knowing that their own children have become lab rats of the world. All in the name of being a good citizen.
The unfortunate other part is safety and missing children. Genetic testing will also help in the identifying in the recovery of found children.
