You get what you give. The difference between last place and first place can be measured in the effort of your commitment from your heart, mind, body and spirit. There is a formula which merges all of these into a singular output. If your mind is divided, then so to your output. If you deny your spirit, Then that incorporates a zero into the math of you. If your heart is not in it then that brings a negative integer into your output.

Find and grow your entire output into the oneness of you. Find the positive inspiration and direction of my words to you. Motivate yourself and look for the wisdom which surrounds you always. Paid protestors will never send a message like those persons who freely and of their own choosing sacrifice their own money, time and effort for  a cause which inspires great passion. Paid protestors can only send their message through any media network who wishes to show the protestors off and without informing their own viewers of the paid and staged truth. Any network which does not reveal the whole truth involving any kind of protestor group. Is perpetuating lies and deceptions.

A man/woman who is to be a leader. Shall be constantly tested. By GOD and by those who choose to follow. The leaders morals, honor, integrity, compassion, commitment, self control and self discipline shall be tested. The leaders ability to teach, inspire and motivate shall also be tested. NOTE: A true and good leader must have more than the education from the best acceptable schools, be born into the family with the good or proclaimed holy or royal blood line, They must have more than a pretty face or perfect hair. A person who only looks good when they speak. Is not enough evidence of a leader.

Added on 23 Oct 2015: A good leader is one who takes care of their own, supports their own and leads their own through being the example.
When any kind of unfortunate disaster happens they seem to always assume total blame. Unlike politicians where torture, death, destruction and embarrassment has occurred.  Those politicians seem to always assign blame else where or try to lessen the importance of those unfortunate events.
