US Ballistic Missile Defense 2023: (Unedited): 10-12 Feb 2023:

The great American neutralizer is the use of EMP weapons against the American civilian population.

11 Feb 2023: The US DHS has reported many years ago to the President of the USA, that the event of a single EMP weapon would kill about 90% of the total population inside of the continental USA(CONUS) within the first year alone. This is how you get rid of a American with a gun behind every blade of grass or tree. Thus, the gun remains without an American. Then every gun and every bullet as well as all accessories can be used by your own invading forces for your own purposes. This is a viable strategy to neutralize a very real threat to your invading forces. Think about it. How does a government contend with the emergency of this caliber? They do not as they cannot. Which means every civilian is on their own. For the government to keep this secret even as an open secret is disingenuous. The American civilians should be both enabled and empowered to take those necessary actions in the saving of their own families and not dwell on how the government is gonna come rushing in to save us all. That simply will not happen.

The defense of the American home land has reached a new level of concern. The US DOD has been stuck in defending this country for the last 70 years against Russia and it shows. This in light of new public evidence proves of the failures within the US DOD. The USA is still in a state of war with North Korea and now North Korea alone could overwhelm the US's ballistic missile defenses by Mobile Launcher numbers alone. Because of their apparent size of North Korea's mobile launchers. These can even be Mirv'ed though unlikely. China which is an enemy of the USA is quickly expanding their ballistic missile capacities very quickly and may have even upgraded their Ballistic missiles to MIRV's and MIRV decoys. The DOD, US Military and Congress must respond quickly in order to fully protect the Americans civilians from these two enemies of the USA. While at the same time the American civilian population must stop buying any products and services from China(PRC).

The American civilians can begin this process by believing that China is an enemy and begin refusing to buy any products and services from China. This must be done as soon as possible. If you are a regular reader I have been saying this for years and now you are beginning to see the realities of the threat which has been China. Every time you buy any product or service from any Chinese entity. You are buying missiles, warships which will be used to kill your family members.

The basics of military warfare is to be strong where your enemy is weak. Because, of agreements and treaties the ballistic missile defense of the USA is contained in Northern California and Alaska. These sites need to be heavily expanded, Not with just the numbers of missiles but with actual launch sites which surround the USA as well as sensors and RADAR's. To not do so will mean the USA will always be on the wrong side of the triangle as the USA will only be able to fully and completely watch their own nation burn from an enemy like North Korea, Iran, Russia and China. Either individually or collectively. What is worse is the American civilian population is completely oblivious to the threats and hatreds which they face as they joyfully buy their Made in China Products and services. To me this just blows my mind. No matter, I'm just an uneducated nobody. But, I do know the importance of some of you readers as my writings have preceded your own. This is not bragging. Ground Based Mid Course Defense:

There are ongoing failures which has led to Stop builds and de-funding as associated with GBMCD ever since President Obama. Yet, the failure which is the entire line of the LCS fair weather pleasure craft by the US Navy is still being built and will be retired very soon. I spoke of a stop build as soon as this civilian janitor discovered the seriousness in public reporting. How can you pay for one failure and stop build on another failure? On top of everything else I've written. 

The USA has less than 7-8 years to fix their GBMCD problems and expand their capabilities to the degree in which I have already written them. Or a nation like North Korea, Iran and China can easily cause the USA to no longer exist. As all of your COG plans fail. As all of your DUMB's become coffins. As all of the USA becomes depopulated. How can you have a government entity when 90% of your population is gone? Your only option is to become a nationalized citizen in another country. Which means within the next few years. You must move your family outside of the USA and cut all ties. I'm trying to save lives here. I've already written prophecies where the Latin/Hispanic community within the USA goes back to their own homeland. Which will initially be seen as a curse to their perspective homelands but in the medium term becomes a economic blessing.

Alaska must have several hundred missiles at the ready.

Washington State and Southern California must also have sites similar to Alaska. Along with missiles which will be capable of defending against Submarine based launches. 

The Atlantic East Coast must have no fewer with 10 GBMCD sites of equivalence to Alaska. Along with missiles to defend against submarine based missile launches. 

The Gulf of Mexico. The RADAR hole must go away. There must be another 7 GBMCD sites all around the Gulf of Mexico. Along with missiles to defend against submarine based missile launches which use Freedom of navigation. But, because of the expense of these systems. It will most likely be considered financially impractical.

Fighter Planes must have expanded capabilities to shoot down all incoming air threats which should include those from orbit and from submarines. But, fighter plane activities/capabilities seem to be like submarine activities/capabilities as you don't talk about fighters or subs.

Here we have some bad news. It looks like the American pilots are and have been suffering from the mRNA vaccines and may become to sick to fly. Read the link below. This is troubling as the fighter jets are Americas last line of defense against anything which flies into American airspace. It takes a long time to train up pilots and if pilots start having heart attacks while flying. The news will report the higher incidence of these plane accidents and will most likely only report all of them as mechanical failure.

09 Feb 2023: Chinese attack on the American civilian population. Visions of medicine and other consumable stuff to the American civilian population. The poisons which were detected in the pet foods many years ago has origins of this idea and plan. 

The Audible was in English to me but the original was in Chinese or what ever that is called. The math of inclusion was being decided as 1 in 10, 2 in 10, 3 in 10, 5 in 10 and 7 in 10 per individual item. I believe a lower number was decided to avoid obvious detection. If the number 3 in 10 is used. Then it would be three different diseases or cancer's or both combined in one individual product type. The question on how to keep the instant disease or instant cancer causing content from being detected or becoming obvious in transport and storage. A gel like substance would cover the contamination until digestion. An injection machine would be used in the final process and would operate in accordance to the percentage of the determined math. So in a bottle of thirty there would be up to 9 tablets which would be contaminated with up to three different disease or cancer's. How many Americans share their Chinese made pain killers with friends? and not even know they were made in China.

The Americans imports medicines from China. China has decided to inject the medicines with a variety of contamination's which would nearly instantly cause diseases and cancers upon digestion. Once digested the evidence of origin is gone. When a person uses up a single bottle of pill medicine no matter what it may be. That evidence would no longer present or evident within the bottle. It would take weeks and months after digestion before any signs of the disease or cancers would be felt or detected by any American medical professional. If successful many millions of healthy and already ill Americans would need cancer treatments and disease controls. How many Americans buy over the counter medications? How many Americans know if those over the counter medications come from China. There will be Americans who have not just one kind of cancer or disease but many different kinds all at once. All coming from a variety of digestible products imported by China.

The biggest military threats to both Russia and China are the civilian populations of the USA, Canada and Western Europe. That being said. The civilian populations must begin to learn how to live without any modern day technologies. This is because as a part of strategy it is OK to neutralize any technology which can be used in any war making effort by your enemy. Which means to eliminate all utilities is a part of this war effort. The use of nuclear EMP engineered weapons can be used multiple times over your enemies land mass. These delivery systems can be balloons and other commonly known orbital weapons systems. But, for you the citizen. Here is your to do list and don't do list.

1). Do not buy any products or services from Russia or China. 

2). Be aware of your location and all natural threats as well as all warfare threats.

3). Secure and prepare your home and property. You may have to move. 

4). Research on how to make the air in your home clean and sanitized. NBC, UV. Air leaks.

5). Research on how to have a clean water source from within your home. Filters, UV, water softening

     and etc. 

6). How do you feed yourselves, your neighbors, your church and your community forever? 

6A). You need to start planting all manner of food bearing bushes, plants and trees. If that means removing your beautiful ornamental plants and bushes then do so. Seek out cloned or already fruiting bushes, plants and trees. 

7). Develop functioning preindustrial skill sets. Begin research from your own local museums.

8). Become productive members of a like minded community physically in person. Which means if you have to do a do over then so shall it be.

9). This list is only the beginning and only a guide. Your own situations will define for itself your own specific details and necessary efforts.

Nuclear Weapons Decided Vision: (Unedited): 08 Dec 2022:

 Yesterday 07 Dec 2022 @ about 1400 hours my Florida time. 

Audio vision with a graphic image.

Audible."It has been decided that we will use nuclear weapons" 

Visual. An image of a darkened mushroom cloud devoid of any light or internal illumination. There was only one. The colors were a variety of grays. The mushroom cloud did not seem to evolve or move. The mushroom cloud seemed stagnant. The entire sky appeared like day time but it too was all darkened and gray's.

End of vision.

My assumptions in red are not to be associated with the audio and visual vision. The audio visual vision should stand separate from my interpretation and your own. Interpretations should always be considered as plausible and possible assumptions

I do not know who the "we" are. My assumption is first Russia, then China and North Korea or Iran.

I do not know which class or which nuclear weapons will be used. I suspect that Russia will use tactical nuclear weapons against hardened military sites inside of Ukraine or even outside of Ukraine which directly involve Ukraine, NATO and the USA.

"Decided" does not mean to actually use a nuclear weapon or many. 

"weapons" Yes, Plural. Not an assumption. 

Who would form a comment in this manner? It suggests after a meeting in which a group of people have agreed with a conclusion of some kind. An official leader of some body.

What would all of the gray colors mean? Psychological and spiritual meanings???.

I think there is a big difference in "The showing of force" and the decision of using maximum force. If you keep up with military things. You can see much showing of force. You also know that about many months ago the USA sent nukes to Europe, maybe?, possible? or reasonable?. All aspects of NBC is classified. So how would a civilian janitor know and is now reported as such in the present time? The point is this. The bad kids on the block are bringing all of their marbles with the intention of throwing hands. That decision has been made. While at the same time not telling anyone in their own civilian populations or families. The bad kids only care for themselves and do not care about the coming ramifications to their own families and to their own good neighbors. Guess what, None of them are the good guys. Just like WWI, WWII, and in every other war. All sides believed they were the good guys.

So who will suffer? You!, your loved ones!, your family!, your friends!, your church!, your community!. So take care of those who are important to you. If you cannot, then during this holiday and vacation cycles. Tell them your love, their importance to you, seek forgiveness, admit your own idiocy, where ever you can. Offer forgiveness even if it is in the secret places of your own mind and heart.

Before any war. The government must make sure they have fuel, food, and other typical necessities. When the actual shortages begin. The shelves shall become empty. To avoid warnings. The grocery store shelves will be absent of this and that one week and then that and this another. There will be a rotation in empty shelves. This all to avoid awareness of the civilian populations. 

And by the way. The rich and wealthy already know and have made their own safe places. The political elites have already spent the many generations of tax monies to save themselves and their own supporting people groups. While at the same time dismantling the needed safe places and supplies for the civilian populations (Americans).

A hopeful vision which is private. I saw a kitchen with 3 SS commercial ovens in an unseen home or place of a young woman. Here is the thing. What happens if a nuke is used? what are the probabilities and possibilities of this young woman who may begin to make a cooking business in which she currently has no concept of. AND no can't tell her because it could/would take away from her own self discovery process and could prevent it from happening. It is like freeing a beautiful butterfly out of your love, mercy and compassion. USA Dimensional Attack Vision: (Unedited): 01 Sept 2018:

To take over the USA without inflicting much physical damage. This was on my mind and how would it happen?

I see many places in the desert and in mountain areas. I see oceans and beaches. I see cities and towns.
I can see from Earth orbit and all I see is the earth. I can see the sea right at the surface of the water. All unknown locations.
I feel a waiting and more waiting and more waiting has occurred. I sense many people know as in a lot of people. The number of people in the field are in the hundreds and involve many nations in a planned coordination.
These persons who are being who they are not. Suddenly not go to work. Suddenly may mean days or even a week apart and may be dependant on how much time it would take for each of them to get to their target site. For each of them it is sniper time.
For many their targets are out their windows out in the distance is the RADAR tower and/or generators. (NEW NOTE: RADAR can mean any kind of technological sensor equipment.)
Some even live very close to military installations. In which their target is close by or out their window. A few may have a prepared sniper positions as in being employed at their sniper position.
At least one in each target area is only for the strong distraction in order to draw away all law enforcement and Federal agents to the fake attack area. The fake attack area will be very real and very serious. But, there will be a time element in the fake attack area. The fake attack area may be a stagnant location involving much time to conclude. So as the federal agents and local police can converge on that location and set of their command centers/trucks and get established. Which will be far away from the actual target location. The actual target will be a RADAR tower, possible or probable emergency power generators. I think yes on emergency power generators attacks. Doesn't make sense yet. There will most likely be other Infrastructure attacks on the power grid. (Commonly Known).

A massive coordinated power grid and infrastructure cyber attack begins once the federal agents and local police realize of secondary attacks with military base/post involvement and civilian airports involvement. There will be a line of RADAR darkness which emerges.
There may be both a physical effort and a cyber effort to shut down all nuclear power plants and engage maximum cooling effect on each nuclear power plant. I feel this is uncertain or yet to be decided. If these nations plan to take over the USA. This had better be a part of their planning. Because if those nuclear power plants go critical. You might as well stay home. It's over. You wasted everything and lost as only an incompetent loser can. The USA will know who you are and your ballistic missile defenses and air defenses will be wiped out and you won't know what or how it happened. As I write this it is all changing already.

Not sure why this: I see obvious Islamic peoples and family groups going into unclean retail establishments right now and have been for at least one week. This is also a coordinated effort to gauge American civilian response to their physical presence.  There is a reason why this is occuring right now all over America. Could airsoft shooting sport games be a key training suite for civilians gaining the skills necessary to defend an attack against ... .
I met a guy today. He was one of those who knew too much and didn't really want to know anything more. Do you know what I mean? When a person has been in classified stuff for a long period of time, unto honorable retirement. They usually have this automated response, which I will not share and no I cannot explain it. Because, just explaining it reveals. It is one of my little cues when I hear it from people. I know that they knew stuff because it was a part of their job. This guy may have known things which he really did not want to know and now he has to endure life holding onto that memory. At least he has a young asian wife to care for him as he journeys into EOL. When he said his words. He said them with a saddened emotion. Almost like he can't take anymore. I will have to be careful around him.
That got me to thinking about all of those old classified guys who are now mostly dead and gone. Except one that I know of. They all seemed to resorted to drinking too much alcohol. But, what else can a human being do when they actually know that all of humanity is actually less than maggots compared to ... . Can you handle the actual thought and the actual believing/knowing in that you and all of humanity is less than a maggot? No really, I mean this. How is your pride now and that position in the food chain. In the grand universal scheme of things. What is our true and real value and worth as human beings? Are we really deserving and entitled to life as a species? What about justified? What about we have the right? Who gives that right? Does a big fat squirmy worm have the right not to be impaled upon a jagged hook many times and then not to be drowned and then not to be ripped apart by ravenous fish? Not even those tree hugging environmental freaks cry for the saving of worms or maggots. Doomsday Preppers have recipes for cooking worms and maggots.
So let's just think about this some more. Unless you're already too depressed to go further. So these men whom I have met and who all thought of me as something stupid/retarded with an IQ of about 70. These men who all could act normally with their IQ's north of 200-really. None of them were the withdrawn savant types. Whom could not be trusted to cross the road alone. Were all made to believe that they each are less than maggots and worms. By continuous interactions. Kind of humbling. But, they never seemed to be humbled as they returned to their humankind more superior than before.

That is just before they got bored and exterminated all of humanity. Besides, how many of you would honor your promises to a living being which is less than a maggot and worm? Then if the deals you made with those living beings who are less than maggots and worms went south. How many of you would feel sad if you ordered their extinction? Really. You government military types need to develop a gun which can kill a being who can be taller than 12 feet/3.65 meters tall or taller and weighing up to and more than 3,000 lbs/1587 kg's. While it is wearing advanced armor and can be killed at a greater distance than its awareness of an individual. This weapon must also be used effectively by a small frame civilian female with minimal training.

What all of this means is that not only do you have false powerful gods by the perceptions of human beings all who pretend to be friendly and helpful. There is no wealth for you. There is no upper class society. There is no power and authority. There will be no servants or slaves for you to command and or enjoy. Only a physical death and the judgement of the second death. Which is your spiritual death and the real you. But, there may still be hope for you. Leave behind all that you know. Give all you have unto the poor and follow Jesus Christ. Give your life to Jesus Christ. Go and find a small Bible Believing church and repent continually of every sin remembered. Flee from all sins and remain clean. Seek and remain on the path of becoming righteous and holy in the accepting eyes of God only. Learn how to love the human beings. Take care of everyone who is weak and sickly. Protect the defenseless and helpless.
Even if you already know that within you you cannot change and become a Christian. For you may have already been judged. Use your free will for any good that you can do for others. Maybe just maybe God will take a second look into your heart and maybe... Though unlikely but God did withheld judgement against Nineveh for a while. Maybe God knowing that you knew you have already been judged because of the impossibility within you to become a Christian. Maybe just maybe you can have the slightest bit of hope. While you go forth saving and rescuing all of the good people who you can without any expectancy of a promise, reward or even a reprieve. Or you can be like them who only swear, curse, rape and murder all that is actually good with a putrid joy of celebration. You can end your life on a good note or you can end your life on their note of putrid joy at seeing you die-twice.

I remember about 27 years ago. I was in a jail in north Florida. The metal doors opening and closing. Still makes me tremble and I was just a guest. I was shown a glass or hard clear plastic isolation room. A man was completely uncontrollable and insane. Screaming and accusing, Threatening and swearing. Full of hate and anger. I could not hear his words. He was not really paying any attention to anyone passing by. Except when I was suddenly in his eyesight and then he paid me all manner of attention. I knew that he knew that I knew the power within him was demonic and that his thinking processes was being rewritten. I saw images of him flying a fighter jet and he was in pursuit of something. That I was not shown. Then he decided or had the intention of shooting. This is all prior to the taken of action of doing. That is when they attacked his mind. Up until that point all he knew in his life was family, duty, honor, education, fun times, hard work. Just normal everyday stuff. He never knew of anything other worldly or spiritual or angelic or anything weird. He had no clue and then. I was then taken by the officer and told that he was an airforce pilot. Apparently, I stopped walking. I knew the officer was intimidated by his affect on him. Even though he was under control . There was still no control. I looked over to the control booth. Which was shaded and saw the other men paying attention to their duties which did not include me, the officer or the former pilot. Apparently the pilot was contained, safe and well watched. End. This is a clue. But, remember your still less than a maggot and they are vastly superior beings and they want all of us dead. No matter what they have given or done for us. Your only hope is with the one true God. The God of the Holy Bible.

Added on 29 Dec 2018: This news came out on or around 11 Dec 2018: Russia is to build a bomber base on a Venezuela Island named ISLE LE ORCHILA. Russia has been flying bombers on very extended and long missions. Google Earth verifies very long runway activity but does blur and shade over anything recent. You can tell new runway is being resurfaced and still much of the runway is aged. You can tell new buildings have been recently been built or painted or reconditioned. But, is difficult to tell as Google does not allow you to zoom in those areas. You can also see the outline for a naval port.
Here is the  issue of what may come in the future. Bombers are basically helpless for their size. So they require fighter escort. This lesson was learned in WWII. So in the near future a wing of fighters will need to be placed there. No you have a helpless airfield which needs to be defended from the evil Americans. So you will need to develop a networked and layered air defense and ballistic missile defense capability for your new Russian military airbase. A naval force will also been needed to protect the island from any American threats. So placing the new Russian corvettes and the number one rated frigates in the world on the island will also be necessary. You need to know the new Russian Corvette has the capability to sink an American LCS warship and also a Burke destroyer. The new Russian Frigates are said to be near equal to the Burke Destroyers in certain capabilities. What has been written before. There is a big RADAR hole in the western side of the Gulf of Mexico. A Russian bomber can utilize freedom of navigation in the Gulf of Mexico and there is nothing the USA can do to legally stop the Russians. The USA does not currently have the ships or the airpower to defend itself from this new Russian activity. I also see that some time in the near future that Cuba will ask the Americans to leave Guantanamo Bay Cuba. In favor of placing Russia back on the Cuban Island. Where long range bomber refueling flights can begin as well as a new fighter base and a new signet base.
The USA will and must expand their military base in Puerto Rico and other places in the Caribbean. The USA must modernize their south Florida bases. The USA must put into place new generation of OTHR systems and RADAR installations from Texas to Florida to Puerto Rico. The USA needs new Fighter planes built and stop moving planes around to fill critical needs. The USA needs full combat ready planes on each aircraft carrier. Yea, we don't have those. The USA needs to stop building the LCS warship and begin building a more modernized and updated Burkes. The USA needs to build a new Cruiser.

Kim Jong-Un shall become the greatest leader the world has seen in many centuries. If he can bring about peace and reunification to the peoples of Korea.
Kim Jong-Un is already labeled a great man in comparison to the most evil men to have ever lived. Such as Mao Zedong, Hitler, Stalin, Pol pot, Idi Amin, Nero and his Father and Grandfather. The degree of his greatest will only be a member of the list of evil men the world has ever seen.
Kim Jong-Un will die a young man. Kim Jong-Un youthful death can be averted. Just as how he wants history to remember him and his own people of a whole Korea. It is Kim Jong-Un's choice. Added on 23 July 2020: Much drama has occurred in North Korea. Peace seems to be more distant now than it was in 2019: The Chess game is getting serious and the Russian Chess piece has moved. The Chinese chess piece is prepped or has it also moved to protect Russian Arctic interests? A knew piece is on the board with a dual purpose. The nuclear power plant ship which will power the new weapon which could negate Alaska technology, flights, navy. North Korea shall do its part in the Russian and Chinese long march plan. Russian missiles being made in North Korea of course all of those missiles have American guidance in them.
China and Russia both will need North Korea. The North Korean missile defenses must be advanced. To contend with South Korea, Japan and the American advance. Everyone knows that half of South Korea will be lost in a week. An American kill box is being created and led by China. The Philippine Sea shall become the place where American Naval forces shall be sunk. Russia will establish their military picket in the Sea of Okhotsk. Russia will be able to launch missiles at American ships more than a thousand miles away. Japan shall also be attacked by China, Russia and North Korea. How can any leader rule when their population is dead. Can a ruler rule over no one alive? Is suicide of the whole and of the self for the simple taste of victory enough? Is a taste of a moment of victory satisfying for the leadership who shall all die. Can a dying fist shake as it becomes known that their leadership killed the Americans? The taste of victorious blood shall be pleasant enough even if it is your own blood that you shall taste. You will think it is good enough. Recently, unknown things have happened between Russia, China against the USA. Guess what? it is all a secret to the civilian population of the United States and Europe. The decision has been made.
War is going to happen and I'm not so certain the USA are the good guys. What I mean is, the politicians which control this nation for the benefit of the civilian population have stirred the pot for war with China, Russia, North Korea and Iran.

The use of directed EMP energy type of weapons will be often used in the next hot war. My use of "EMP" may be inaccurate. I see these weapons becoming a spearhead for every attack. Which seems to have been functional since public revelation around 2008. Assuming they are real. Because, there is news of the weapons system known as the "Rods of God". Improvements in regards to reliability and modernization should be expected. To what degree? Unknown.  Except that they might be being used to launch test missiles recently. Research the news. Especially in regards to the three launches in one day.
What does this mean in the light of NK missile launches in the direction of Japan? Well, ask any doomsday prepper and they will tell you. DUH.
Anyway, they have to traverse a half of a world or more. Ships will have to be in place to service and fuel the subs. Then they will have to make it into the Gulf of Mexico and possible hide close to the shelf corners of Pensacola or Brownsville or anywhere else. Big shelf. That is what I call it. My terminology may not be correct. As long as those submarines are on the right side of the ballistics vertical launch geometry. Nothing USA has can shoot it down. Although, The USA will see an unknown target go vertical. Then lights out and all modern technology dead for 1500 mile approximate radius. Then the two remaining nukes can be used to target desired enemy assets. Assuming the subs survive their own EMP attack. It is that really easy but not really easy. Possible yes and as the years go by possible becomes probable.
There is even another way to the USA. By following the coast north around by Russia to Alaska. One can park in the Gulf of Alaska, Another can go south towards Washington state and then one parking close to Northern California. The USA will probably see it coming but so as long as they remain in international waters. You can't do nothing legally.

When will WW3 start?  I believe it has already started. It is a slow burn fuse. No country is ready for a global conflict. Except maybe the USA with their force projection capabilities in which every other nation combined could not compare. I do not think that is boasting. As I stated above. Something unknown happened which has caused Russia and China to decide to go through with their team up plans. In which North Korea, Iran and certain South American countries will most likely be involved in. So when will this war go hot. I would think no sooner than about 2025. This is the approximate year for both Russia and China to complete their modernization's and military build-ups.
But, what does that mean for the USA? Will the USA be the first to be eliminated. In which the USA is easy to eliminate and North Korea could realistically do it alone. Assuming they can get their modernized Golf II Ballistic Missile Submarines to North America. Without detection.
I do think the end of the USA or New Israel is imminent. While the end of the world systems of control and authority will cease sometime around 2045-2050. Human extinction will follow. Then all life when the Earth will be purified and then reborn clean. How will it happen? It doesn't matter the how. It just does. The when won't matter either as Humanity will be gone.

It looks like all eyes on North Korea. Russian is massing at their North Korea/Russian border. China is said to have amassed 150,000 men all along their own border with North Korea. Russia is also massing troops in the Arctic region and in close proximity to Alaska. So will North Korea be used to begin humanities extinction process? I have read the Art of War. When you know your enemy will be prepared for war on a certain date. You should attack sooner. That date is 2025+/- a little bit for both Russia and China. Is this a ploy created by the Americans to start a war. Because not even any of the European Nations are ready for any kind of defense or attack from Russia. Israel may be the only Nation ready for war with anyone. Yet, Israel is small.
Up above. I stated we could use the word immanent very soon. Can it be used now? Because, you need to know this. When the nukes and EMP devices are loosed.  Those nuclear power plants in close proximity to the weapons used and close proximity may mean 1500 miles. There will be melt downs from many of them and a release of continuous radiation. Worse than a single nuclear weapons detonation. Russia, those threats you have made against Europe. How many Nuclear power plants do they each have and are you down wind? So do you really want to nuke anywhere in Europe? One of which I'm still trying to muddle through. There are many definitions and they are all correct. The ones which are not explained are the most accurate ones. The message has been sent and on Mothers Day.
The keys to understanding the truth of this message is in the trajectory and altitude. The message is for Russia, China, South Korea and the USA. The message is in remembrance, support and a warning for each specific Nation or global organization. Primarily the message is directed at the Military and political persons of the USA.
Biblically speaking This may be more evidence to define the USA as modern day Babylon. A very powerful nation that is at the same time very nearly defenseless. I still do not think that was the intention of this particular launch by North Korea. I still think the message was primarily for the US Military, The CIA and the NSA. North Korea plans to launch new satellites for the benefit of the people. It shall become know that what is the benefit of the people s the death of up to 90% of the American population in the first year. As well as a percentage of the Canadian and Mexican populations. Due to the inaccuracies of predicting how far and how powerful an EMP burst in Low Earth orbit will be. Because of this uncertainty. North Korea will need many EMP satellites called science packages or communications devices. It may be very true that these devices will be on board but can they also hide one of those Russian EMP devices on board? YES, they can. Well it is now Iran's turn to fan the flames of war with the USA. Iran may have use of an Islamic weapon which can be used around the world by simply giving permission. In Islam they have a planned "Day of Jihad". I have called it an American or Western nation Tet offensive. The people in Islam are incredibly obedient to their religious leaders. To the point that if their local religious leader ordered them to sacrifice themselves. They would and if they are not given permission to sacrifice then they would not. In Islam there is no lone wolf attack. Especially if the Islamic person is given a full Islamic funeral. An Iranian military leader Major-General Qassem Soleimani has communicated to President Donald Trump in a threatening way. If Iran does have the power to give permission and to order every Islamic person to wage war however they see fit . Then a very large majority will do so. The end of the western world begins as there is no defense against millions of people going in millions of directions killing and destroying. 
But, it is still to early as both Russia and China are not ready to do their parts in a war against the USA. So I would expect that both Russia and China cause Iran to understand that they need to calm down. North Korea if they do launch their new Bright Star Satellite this year may actually contain a secondary device known as a nuclear EMP bomb. This cannot be allowed. Without any open and verifiable inspections with constant and reliable security.

Answer: Yes, most nations use small tactical nuclear weapons. These will be used for tactical advantage in the sea, land, air and in space. This is considered very survivable. Even though most civilians think the whole planet is going to explode. So far more than 2,000 nuclear weapons have been tested in or on the world. This include an approximate half power Tsar Bomba by Russia. Which blew out about 1% of the Earth's atmosphere into space. Yep, that happened. Also, if a nation is losing it can be expected that the losing nation will use their own “Dead Hand” plan. Which will include all aspects of classified NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical. These are usually very classified and have evolved and or changed or have been added to, over the last 50–70 years. Yes, The USA had/have their own and called it something else. Each or some European nation(s) most likely had their own as well.
Yes, Nuclear weapons will be used and Russia is said to be building their *TSAR Bomba (many?) in full capacity or a very modernized greater capacity. Including weapons worse than nuclear like biological and chemical. The biological and chemical that the common person has seen in the media in the last 30 -40 years. Were just chemical weapons used by amateurs or elementary school children(symbolic) in comparison to what the USA, Russia, Europe and China has and will evolve in their own creations. The other worse weapons and their after effects is DEW (Directed Energy Weapons). DEW is not just LASER (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation). DEW is the full range of any frequency within the radio spectrum and in some classified cases outside of the radio spectrum. All frequencies can be weaponized and it seems that Russia has weaponized some or much of the radio spectrum to cause particular effects upon different things and flesh. These are very concerning when you apply a lot of power into a very small stream and then aiming it at things or people. In typically known protections in warfare are no longer suitable with DEW, which is not LASER only. Think about your microwave oven. What happens when you put something cold inside? What happens when you put metal inside? Think about other questions without actually doing them? Like causing living human beings inside of a ship to begin to cook from the inside out and cause any metal object to begin to react to the DEW causing fires, explosions and circuitry to burn out. Think about weaponized medical MRI devices and how MRI can even react to medical radioactive isotopes purposefully put into the human body to see other specific effect illnesses. These can be weaponized for warfare. So if a plane is carrying (a) or many nuclear weapons and a microwave type of DEW is used against the offending plane. Will the nuclear material react to the DEW and how? Can you make a nuclear material detonate from a distance with a DEW? Can you cook and kill all living persons inside of a military or civilian compound/building without causing damage to the compound/building? Can you capture warships with these devices? Can you disable and cook entire invasion forces upon the sea, land, air or space?
Lets not forget the EMP weapons. A nuclear EMP weapon can be launched in some classified LEO(Low Earth Orbit) and detonated. In which all modern day electronics everywhere on a land mass approximate the size of the USA 48 states would permanently go dead. This means all electronics everywhere becomes unrepairable. To the degree that not electronic parts can be salvageable or cannibalized for future uses. But, a nation which conducts such an attack is gonna use a variety of devices at a variety of altitudes and in a variety of places to coincide with the using of other DEW and already embedded special forces units. Then comes the MIRVed (multiple independently targetable reentry vehicle) Nuclear missiles.

Notes: * The remaking of the Russian Tsar Bomba for underwater use is most likely thought of as a better use where collateral effects will be minimized against themselves. That is because that the single tested use of the approximate half power TSAR Bomba blew away about 1% of the Earth's atmosphere(Repeat on purpose).
