Please endure the message through my own ignorance and poor writing structure and form. I have not had the benefit of receiving a fair education. This is not a complaint nor is it whining. This is just a message to you the reader who may have been educated in the scientific fields of magnetism and how it relates/governs to solar system celestial mechanics. I may add more to this original content as I learn and understand more.

A magnetically balanced planet is one where there is no deviation from the equatorial plane of the central star within a solar system. Any force from any outside source will cause your planet to deviate from the perfect balance around it's parent star. This will also be in accordance to many known and unknown variables.
So as long as the disruption is temporary. So to any planetary disruption of revolving around the central stars orbital path. In time, if a planet has been disturbed and then has not been disturbed from it's established orbit. It will regain or remake a new orbit path. In which over time will become more circular and re-align itself along the equatorial zone of the central star. Eventually.

The altering of a planets magnetic field. may seem like a very good idea. Especially, if your planet is in close proximity to it's central star. A single CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) can cause a planet to lose all modern technology and may even burn up much life.
By artificially increasing the strength of the planets magnetic field. Will cause the interior of your planet to heat up beyond normal stability. Which means there will be more planetary earthquakes and more volcanism.The physical dimension of the planet will also increase.

Another problem with increasing and/or strengthening of your planets magnet field. Will be an overall expansion of your planets magnetic field of solar influence or magnetic sphere of influence. With greater intensities closer to the surface of the planet. Which may result in strange manifested magnetic anomalies. Which is not conceivable to me at this time. Any computer controlled machine which depends on a stable, constant and predictable magnetic signal. May suddenly deviate.

Any solar body or extra solar body which has a definitive magnetic signature. Will become a potential problem when it encounters your planets new artificial magnetic sphere of influence. Thus, If the polarities are opposite. Than a magnetic attraction may occur. Thus a possible and eventual collision course.
But, if a magnetic asteroid object is seen and the magnetic identity is identified. Then the planets artificial magnetic field can be matched. Including frequency. Thus possibly slowing down approach just enough and pushing away just enough. This may become problematic as any object crosses the boundaries of the stars equator. may switch polarities if in the new pole side long enough.

By artificially increasing your planets magnetic field. You also strengthen the magnetic connectivity with your parent star. Thus, increasing the magnetic energy transfer through your planet. Which will also heat the planetary core quicker than mathematically predicted. In which your mathematical formulas may be absent of or incomplete celestial magnetic dynamics.
Which means more volcanism and more earthquakes occurring more often than predicted. The planet will also expand quicker than predicted as well.
If your planet begins to expand quicker than your calculated predictions. About 70% of the expansion shall not be seen as they will be under water. On the land. Depressions shall form which may have zero correlation with any seismic activity.
Visual: A half filled balloon covered in mud or a mud like substance which shall not fall off of the balloon when it expands.. Then add more air. Assuming the mud doesn't fall off. What happens to the mud when the balloon receives more air?
The expansion of the planet shall mostly be universally equal. The greatest problems shall be seen in those places where the crust is the thinnest and where there is crust up-swelling.
As the planet artificially swells the oceans shall recede. The receding oceans shall not be easily seen and may in fact be offset from the melting ice caps.

If the artificial magnetic fields are allowed to continue and then stop. Sudden Planetary shrinkage may occur. If the planet is allowed to expand over time without any addition to mass. Then when the artificial magnetic energies which suddenly stops may and most likely will cause the planet to suddenly shrink back to it's normal size which corresponds to it's mass. most of the shrinkage shall be seen underwater. with much water displacement.

Added on 31 May 2015: Terraforming Mars and other celestial bodies:
How powerful can toroidal magnetism work in regards to starting, restarting or even maintaining a planets own magnetic field. Especially, when the size of a planet is just a little to small and a little to far away from the parent or central star.
By placing 2 toroidal magnets of about 27+/- Km in size on the two opposing spots of where you want the new North and South poles to be. Then you turn the toroidal magnets on. Slowly powering up the power over some time. So as not to cause sudden explosions of the planet or of certain areas of the planet. Yes you can blow chunks out of a planet if the alignment of the toroidal's are not in perfect alignment and in perfect tune to one another. Or if they're are unknown anomalies within the core which would oppose or reflect the energy being magnetically forced inside. The magnetic connections to the sun would also increase all adding to greater input of energy levels.
The end result would be this. Not in thousands of years but in a decade or so. The core of the planet would restart. Planetary warming would begin from within. The new artificial magnetosphere would grow and become self sustaining. Once you are capable of adding another 2/3 more mass to the planet. In actuality, the size of the planet would need to be approximately 1/3 or greater than what the Earth is today to maintain itself at that distance from the central star. But, artificially mars can be maintained indefinitely so as long as an external power source is continually applied.
Then when a new level of technology is achieved to where you can safely drop new mass onto the small planet. The planet mass can be raised as well as managed. When you can find and place into orbit the correct size moon/mass. Apparent Earth like conditions can then be achieved.

Added on 17 July 2018: Mars landing sites and developments.
All landing sites and developments should be geared to the 100 and 150. This means that all Martian Bases should be designed around a 150 person capacity while limiting only 100 persons per base. Each Martian Base should be space a half a day journey by the slowest moving vehicle. Each base should have cabling between each Martian Base in order to share all resources. This can begin with an actual cable but end with an underground tunnel system.
Self contained Hydroponic vertical farming will be necessary. Thes Hydroponic containers need to be able to be securely attached in a variety of positions. I think that running an underground line of hydroponic vertical farms from one Martian Base to the next would be very smart as this would also lengthen the ability to create more O2 in all of the Martian Bases. Those plants will need to be Hemp like mixed in with other varieties of high O2 creating plants. The resources gained from Hemp are numerous. So Hemp must go to Mars. Along with all of the processing capabilities to turn Hemp into all of the resources possible.

Between each Martian I base I can see up to seven underground tunnel lines to every other Martian Base. The development of push and pull air systems must be developed. Pushing old CO2 rich air across the plant lines while sucking out O2 rich air from the other end of the plant lines.
The tunnel lines need to be under the radiation zone from above ground. There is most likely a penetration level. Which goes into the next level. Hopefully it is not a worse form of Martian natural radiation like what Earth has with Radon. A new Martian form of radiation must be recognized before human populations achieve more than 250-500 persons.

Added on 23 Feb 2020: New thought change.
I've been thinking about Mars a lot as well as many other people. I have changed my thinking in regards to when to place into Mars L1 a magnetic field generating satellite. I no longer think this should be the first thing to do. Humanity must establish self sustaining and thriving colonies first. Then when the decision is made that the Mars colonies no longer need life support from the Earth. This is when the magnetic shield generator is placed into Mars L1. The reason for my change is because humanity knows what to expect from Mars when landing and humanity has an idea of what to expect when launching from Mars. To place a magnetic field generator will change all of those variables. When humanity learns how to survive on Mars and then evolve into a thriving and self sustaining society. This is when the Changing of Mars atmosphere can begin.
I have also changed my multiples of duplication per one person. That number is now ten or even more.

I now believe that the top priority for Mars is to get help Mars reestablish its atmosphere ASAP. Which means a satellite magnetic field generator placed at the L1 as well as the eventual other magnetic field generators in a variety of positions. I'm right back at the saving of mars or how we save human life. The atmosphere of Mars is continually bleeding out and that must be stopped as soon as humanly possible. This should be humanities number one goal for Mars. If humanity decides to go out into space and not suicide themselves. In which that does seem like the case as more and more important people talk about a post human Earth. Which means when this kind of rhetoric is reduced to it's lowest common denominator it means extinction is planned for all of humanity by humans. It does not matter what you lowly human want, desire, think or hope for. The important few are planning for our complete and total collective human demise instead of those wonderful and ugly things that humanity can achieve out there in the vastness of space. Hopefully humanity will focus on all that is wonderful in the universe with humility. Instead of self extinction/suicide. I do not want to be associated with any manner of suicide by any ones choice or decision. Because, it is for the greater good. Which means for the greater good of some other intelligent species which is not human. The enemies of humanity and the traitors of humanity who are pawns of them that come as gods. By our fallen, tiny and helpless human stature they are incredibly powerful gods infinitely greater than what humans are today.

Doomsday Weapon: (Unedited): Early 2012:

The So called US Navy future USA map is what began my vision. Along with the maps of the possible prophets. I saw a square in each of their future maps. The square is the symbol of man. The square is used in our everyday lives in all that we do. I think the blue square lake in Southwest USA used is more of a symbol than the actual shape of a possible lake to be formed. A square is an unnatural shape. Since it is a square it is an indication of unnatural causes. Which means the whole of the possible earth changes may be the Fault of Man or the fault of who ever is located near Las Vegas, NV.
This is what I saw.
A deep underground round hole or shaft with no daylight. The depth of which is unknown to me, possibly 20+ miles deep by 100 or so feet wide. The temperatures at the bottom is very high. High enough to create a thermal energy power source to run the whole of the complex or complexes. Those who were the most paranoid during the cold war. Devised a doomsday plan and an actual doomsday weapon.
By stringing together multi-atom hydrogen/fussion bombs at about 1 mile intervals. Then at the bottom of the hole form together a cluster multi-atom hydrogen/fussion bombs. All of which electronically tied together for a simultaneous detonation. The detonation process can happen in a various of ways. (1). Sensors detect a direct nuclear impact. Thus setting it off. (2). An invasion sensor. Which detects unapproved persons or beings. In which if the numbers of them become to high or the sensors detect internal detonations. The self destruct is automatic. (3). The manual Button. I'm sure there are keys, codes and multi person access to the button.

The Doomsday weapon is detonated. The effects are immediate locally. The high pressure core material is instantly released into our low pressure atmosphere. A column of core material is ejected into low earth orbit. This continues until the Earth naturally heals the hole created. Much chaos is created for the whole globe as core material falls back down all over the Earth..
At the same time a shock wave travels through the core. Then on the other side off of the coast of Madagascar and the Mauritius Islands. Some how I think India is related. Not sure how or why. Something bad happens for the area and is just a prelude to things to come.
Like a balloon deflating so does the pressure within the Earths core. Causing world wide Earthquakes and volcanism not seen since the creation of the Planet. Continents rise and fall. Mountains rise and fall. All in that moment of time. The duration of which undetermined. 1). Deflation. 2). Sealing and re-stabilization. 3). Wind down of natural catastrophic events. This is worldwide.
The other worse event. The shock wave coupled with the temporary depressurizing of the Earths core may me enough to fracture the actual core. Temporarily Causing multiple north and or south poles or both. The use of the word "temporary" may be in the thousands of years.
The detonation of this weapon ends humanity in a few generations.

The multi-atom fusion bomb is this. The hydrogen bomb in which most of us know about is the fusion of two atoms. The multi-atom fusion bomb is two or more atoms. Such as 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 and 512 atom fusion bombs. There is an energy transition at about 100 atom. Which things beyond me occur. Those things are not good for life as we know it. I cannot explain it.

I firmly believe that all bad and sad prophecies can be averted, mitigated and or managed. My belief stems from the story in the Holy Bible where Joseph and the Pharaoh manage and mitigate a natural disaster. Thus altering the actual prophetic events in The Pharaohs dream/vision. In another story in the Bible. Jonah told the people of Nineveh they were all gonna die in 40 days. His words were an absolute prophecy. All of the people and animals submitted to God and turned away from their sins. God with held judgement upon them all. So here is proof of alteration of a prophecy by a known prophet of God in that day.
In the event of unnatural or man made disasters. They can be absolutely averted and or prevented. No matter who or what Holy and important prophet foretold the possible event or events.
Once revelation of a bad and sad prophecy is made. Change can begin. It is the point of any bad and sad prophecy to prevent the occurrence and not just blindly accept that it will happen. If technological development cannot prevent a natural bad and sad happening. Then you can mitigate and manage the natural occurring event or events.
It is only the insane which hopes and prays for the bad and sad to happen. It is only the insane who seeks out and builds a way for the bad and sad to happen.

:Russian Doomsday Plan:

On board Russian non critical naval ships. Categorized for scientific discoveries. Pointing into the wind. Staggered an equal distance apart along the 60 degree in the southern hemisphere. At exactly the same moment. They each release their high altitude balloons on a mission for scientific discovery. When the balloons attain a balanced altitude of 25-75+/- miles. They all detonate at the same time. Each explosion blowing away a percentage of the planets atmosphere. Winds from the northern hemisphere begin to rush southward. Winds which exceed the force of a hurricane. Within seconds the total planetary atmospheric pressure drops and along with it a dramatic lowering of total global temperatures. All aircraft in flight around the planet, fall from the sky. The shock wave from the detonations converge onto the South Pole Pushing out more of the atmosphere into space. The Earth losing more atmosphere causes all of the water which is in the atmosphere to suddenly condense. Instant ice age. Which will last for a time, until the atmosphere regenerates. Causing the planet to re warm, but not as it was before. The temperatures will not be like today for many thousands of years.
If only one 50 MT bomb detonated in the atmosphere causes the loss of about 1 percent of the Earths total atmosphere. The detonation of two 50 MT bombs detonated in the Earth's atmosphere will cause a loss of more than 2 percent of the Earth's atmosphere. It would be wrong to think that one hundred 50 MT bombs would cause the loss of 100 percent of the Earth's atmosphere.
There is a relationship between the size of detonation and at what altitude detonated. There is also a relationship between how many nuclear bombs detonated, the proximity and the arrangement of such bombs. Meaning if you made a perfect projected circle of exactly the same size and types of weapons. Then placed them in a perfect circle of total destruction. The effects in the center of this inward circle will receive a greater impact. While maximizing the total effects of the nuclear devices used. The same principle can be used in non nuclear devices. This principle can also be used in directed energy flows when attacking cave systems simultaneously.
Because, this happens in the southern hemisphere, where nothing of real Geo-political importance happens. No one is watching and no one can be directly blamed. Thus, Zero response from any NATO nation or the USA. But, after the coordinated detonations. It won't really matter. The Russian math is off. The Russian scientists will claim they are right and that the atmosphere will only re-situate across the planet and cool globally by about 5-10 degrees C. The atmosphere will re-generate over time and then the whole of the world will be absent the USA, Weak Europeans and NATO. The Russian scientists will deny any chance of a total atmospheric collapse. Which is what will happen.
There is a bell curve in the math and the Russian math is missing unknown and un-conceptualized elements. This Bell Curve relates to minimal undesirable effects to the left and maximum undesirable effects to the right. The very tip of the Bell curve is small and this is where the desirable effect is planned for. If your math is off just a little bit to the left. The world will hunt you down. If your math is off just a little bit to the right. 6-7 Billion people die.

Updated on 11 March 2016: Because of a reader.
I do not mean to be insulting to those alleged prophets I have mentioned here. I do not know them personally nor do they know me. I do not even make those declarations of myself. Especially, when I write like this. I'm not of any importance in the grand scheme of things. I'm just a temporarily lit pixel on your screen which is easily forgotten. That is the way I prefer it. So, I cannot say if they are prophets or not. Either way it is not for me to make those kinds of declarations. Even if any person has had any kind of dream or vision in which any kind of bad and sad is involved. It and every one should be tested.

All artificial energies. Which include all HAARP sites around the world. All radio transmissions. All Television transmissions. All civilian and military radar installations. All satellite transmissions. All cell phones transmissions. All of the combined artificial energies can interact and merge with the Earth's natural magnetic lines of force. Causing core heating and or fundamental changes to the magnetic makeup of the core.
Global warming may be the fault of man. So to the drastic uptick in Earthquakes. The prophetic global changes may be caused by man.
If the core warming is true. Even if it is only a little bit at a time. The Earth will also begin to expand in over all size. Just a little at a time. With planetary expansion. The rise in ocean levels will not be as prominent. If the fluidity of the core material becomes slicker then the magnetic alignment will move. I believe we are seeing that now. The north pole is moving slowly. When the north pole gets to a specific degree in latitudes and longitudes. The Earth will begin to alter its rotation and equatorial alignments. As the equator realigns the bulge at the center of the Earth will also adjust. Thus causing worldwide crust re-adjustments. Such has not been seen since creation.
If this is true about core warming. Mars frozen core can be warmed. Thus the magnetic field may be able to be rejuvenated. Coupled with various forms of injected energies from microwave to magnetic. Mars can be warmed slowly. How ever slowly may be defined by people way smarter than me, without fully or partially blowing the core and the planet apart.

This is an interesting accidental find. Especially with all of the volcanoes exploding. What are the global effects of CERN and the magnetic energy which is transmitted through the planetary core. When you begin to add all of the electromagnetic spectrums into the equation. These all add into their own frequency and harmonic frequencies. Thus magnetic frictions must occur deep within the core causing two types of heating. Inductive and friction types of heating. The other bigger problem is with the addition of more artificial power going through the core of the Earth. this may cause the magnetic connections to the sun to become more pronounced. Thus naturally causing the sun to send even more energy through the Earth. The new now known to the civilian population which studies military technologies. The concepts of DEW or Directed Energy Weapons will also have an effect upon the planet. Especially, when power levels are achieved to send powerful RF blasts through the atmosphere or through the planet itself or both. Then when RF blasts from different signal sources and from many different directions. Will cause very profound effects on the surface of the planet and in the atmosphere. The keys will be when energies are applied to one destination from many multi dimensional sources simultaneously. All of which will have the power generation to achieve the necessary wattage points.
Here is a key in the technology. Which is most likely classified. There are many different ways to create effective power. Some methods lead and others lag. While another method has good realistic timings. The trick is to cause the lead to lag a little and the lag to lead a little. Thus when mutual timing is achieved into one singular time constance. Which would be unrecognizable on a scope. Effective power is far more than tripled when each of the 3 single sources are equal in their individual outputs. 1a+1b+1c could equal 7.8abc-ish (Not a real formula, Just to express an idea). Sort of like the flux capacitor on the going into the past movie. Except without the cool light. But, could create a plasma type shape of harmonic which would glow on the outside. This plasma would even have it's own magnetic field. The magnetic field and harmonic distortion may even have each of their own ripples.
