Civilization can only occur when there is civility between the people. Civility can only happen when there is a mutual agreement to live in accordance to the foundations of the 10 Commandments.

Civilization does not grow out of the construction of industry, buildings, farms, intellectual concepts, war machines or political leaders. Civilization can only grow when the foundations of the 10 Commandments are a part of the fundamental belief system of the people.

Forced civility can only last for a short time. Forcing a people to live with the fear of the 10 commandments through the intimidating justice of man only builds hate and anger. Which will soon be followed by revolt.

To exist in harmony with all.
To Cherish all life.
To be obedient to the Laws of God.
