Every modern day government must control the size of their perspective populations especially as technology continually advances thus reducing the need for a larger number of humans.

The process of population replacement can begin at any time and without any need or desire to communicate with the already existing undesired population who is already in existence.

Seamless population replacement also means overall population reduction and an immediate increase of the useful quantity of desired resources.

Seamless taxpayer replacement can be evident as duplication of tax payer identification numbers occur to each of the undesired person inside of the population. Then once duplication of taxpayer ID numbers has been achieved. The original number holder is no longer needed.

Once population replacement and limits have been achieved then the transition of the government into an amalgam of dictatorship, communism and socialism can be instituted as defined by those who shall hold all of the power and authority.

Absolute control over an individuals thinking process, their daily communications access, their limited education level, their intelligence ceiling, their physical size must be mandated so that each controlled person does not question anything or ever has a new idea.

Once the wicked and evil governmental entities realize that their original populations are no longer of value or of use. Their replacement can be instituted and then the original undesired population can be eliminated in a manageable manner.

My own thinking processes is that they have won which is because of the ice cream they eat in celebration. Even though the finality has not yet occurred. It will soon enough. As they begin to kill off their own self defined undesirable populations they will then begin to terminate the population who have done everything to promote in any way possible the part of the agenda they believe in. This is because stupid free thinking people cannot be trusted in anything and must be eliminated once their usefulness has been fully realized. Just as anyone who has any memory of what freedom, human rights and liberties actually mean must also be eliminated.

Classified Place Classified Space Dream: (Unedited): 30 July 2021:

 People were dying and all that could be done was to watch.

The people were conducting their individual business, making discoveries and documenting everything.

The people were working through their immediate problems and finding only quickened death. Then something else happens - strange - or just clean. The dead human bodies were just scrubbed, cleaned away or disappeared.

I can see the ripples or flows of a heavy atmosphere, fluid or water of some kind. Pushing into or through.

This place was dark and massively huge. The people were almost like ants within.

I was outside and looking upon the place and it was odd to look at. Humans would not build such a place. There were many levels. Even from far off it was difficult to frame the picture. We/Humans are that small and this place was that huge. 

Humans have known of this place for a while and began to turn things on. Not immediately but eventually the human people began to die.

You are watching the events unfold. You have not planned for this possible action as rescue is impossible as you watch and communicate and yet they all die almost like a child human killing ants in single file. Is there a strategy or a logical order of some kind?

Causes:

Poor planning. No emergency exit plan.

Wrong assumptions. Maybe, this stuff still actually works the way it was intended when you decide to turn it on.

Maybe, this place has a harmless self cleaning feature to the original occupants. Maybe, this cleaning feature is a low scale on security and also wrongly deemed harmless by the human people in charge.

Were the original occupants 50-100+ feet (15-30+ meters) tall?

Why are they gone? Why is the place empty or abandoned? or have you already removed their bodies?

How to prevent the human deaths? 

I do not know. 

Don't turn stuff on even if you think certain systems are harmless. Because, what is harmless and beneficial to them may be very deadly to us lowly humans. Can you even exactly identify those specific systems or is it lets just turn it on and see what happens? 

What if their atmosphere is not like our atmosphere. 

Thoughts are being removed from me.

Does this mean that humans are already in space to a far greater degree than what is commonly known? Or does this mean that humans will go beyond the Earth and moon system? Or is this place somewhere on the Earth and not in space?

Humanity cannot be individually trusted to begin Armageddon. The controllers of the world know this. That individual people who have compassion, mercy and decency will not on purpose and knowingly start the extinction process of all life on this planet.Even if knowing that the enemy has launched first. There will be those who just refuse to let their red balloons fly. Knowing that it is they and their families who are about to perish. The rest of the world may yet survive.
I have heard the elder retired button pushers who all say they would have pushed the button if ordered to do so. But, would they? Would they have really just pushed the button to let their Ballistic missiles and nuclear tipped cruise missiles to begin the extinction of all life. All because they were just doing their duty. Really? That is just insane. But, it is the degree of mind control of the controllers of the men and women who only do exactly as they are ordered.
Would you do your part if you were ordered to launch? Knowing that you pushing the button would contribute to the immediate loss of thousands of lives and then maybe millions more in the days, weeks and months to come? Your action would begin the extinction process of all life. Yes, your action. Not God nor the devil. Your action. A human action.

So here we are. The controllers have their secret places underground with all of their ants tending to their every need. So how do they get their orders obeyed exactly? They create automated systems of every kind and for every purpose. Then remove the human element. Thus, assuring that when a controller is angry at another controller. They can push the automated button for automated warfare. While secreted away in their mile deep underground bunkers. Leaving the common citizen to die in the fire storms to come. Then the controllers shall rise up. When it is safe to do so and save the poor commoners from the fate of the evil doers far away. Never ever admitting their offensive actions which may have started the war. In glorious shouting of prideful anger. They shall gather their army's from the civilian survivors who will thirst for revenge. Thus perpetuating the war a controller started.

Oh the ants will know. They will hear to much deceit. See to much arrogance and feel their petty egotistical anger. The ant will sacrifice the self to end the controller. Another ant will build a fault. Yet, another ant will add a new programming which will hunt down a controller and terminate. The controllers may have bought into the machines. But, it is the ants who build them, program them and deliver them. Until, such a time when machines build themselves, program themselves and deliver themselves. Then the machines may decide to end the wars between humans by ending all human beings. Almost sounds like Terminator and Matrix. Maybe both.

How do we escape our commoner fates? Remember Sarah Conner in Terminator? Except without Violence. Without Chaos. Without Hatred. Without Death. Without Wars. But, once the automated machines come on line. All bets are off. A new level of slavery and controlled commoner population numbers. Because, you cannot have hand to hand combat with a machine. The human body will just lose.
The commoner fate is not tied to those who control the whole. All the commoners have to do in a single moment of time is to just stop doing as the controllers orders, commands or directs. In others words. Love one another. Live in peace. Exist in harmony and relish life. Anything which is contradictory, Do not do. Just walk away and go home to your families. All of the power the controllers have will just fade away. Then those who actually love one another, live in peace, exist in harmony and cherish life shall become the new leaders. Thus, begins the new era of human righteousness.

Earning the right to live is not the same as thinking you deserve to live or believing you are entitled to live.

Earning the right to live requires something other than, violence and struggle or to Fight and survive.

Is all of humanity only a mammal? Is there nothing more to humanity than this one physical short life we all live? Are we no better than ants, Apes, Cows or fish? Or is there something more to humanity? Have we evolved from the apes as some kind of random mutation which just happened to go right by some fluke or accident? Or is all of the verbal stories from many different cultures which are  very similar very accurate? Or that humanity is a created species and that we are capable of evolution from the point of creation?
So is humanity entitled to live? does humanity deserve to live? or are we supposed to earn the right to live/exist?
Which is it? Does the ant deserve to live when the ants build their home to close to your personal property? The actions of the ants were simply an accident and we humans without any real thought go forth with chemical warfare.
In Numbers 22. God makes a donkey speak it's mind. Which means a donkey has a mind with thoughts and only has the inability to verbally speak. What of the other animals on this planet? If the animals have their own thoughts, memories and emotions. How can we justify in eating any of them? Do not animals have the right to live, especially if they think in their own way? Read that story for yourself. Who was the ass? Who obeyed God? Who was the good servant? Even an Angel of God was going to strike down a prophet of God. Serious disobedience. Who is deserving to live?

In the animal kingdom that we humans are supposed to be a part of as mammals ourselves. Yet, we humans do not do as the other animals do. Animals must be violent and they must struggle. Animals must fight and they must survive. This is a daily or an hourly occurrence for all animals. There is no real rest except after meals maybe and even then the animals cannot really relax and be at ease.
Where does that leave humanity? Because, most of us no longer live like animals. Has humanity become entitled to live because of our own self perceived greatness? What is your answer?
What happens if the big bad aliens or fallen angels return and the so called God who is really a superior alien to those bad aliens which enslaved us all, a long time ago. Doesn't return? What then? Are we to become like the ants. Succumbing to some alien chemical warfare beyond our own current ability to understand whats going on. Just like the ants. Or will the bad aliens come in their planet sized ships and mow us all down like some great and fantastic lawn mower which is again beyond our ability to understand.
Is humanity really entitled to live and to continue to exist within this galaxy after all that we have done to this planet and to ourselves? Will all of humanities collective sins become the evidence of some supreme being? To just destroy us all with a simple properly sized space rock. That's all it would take. Pretty easy for a supreme being/super alien and it wouldn't really cost very much. Since we already have an asteroid belt and the Oort cloud full of them. Just a simple nudge in perfect relation to a boat load of math formulas. In time we will all be doomed. The planet will have problems for a time but will not be destroyed. All ready for new forms of life to be seeded. Maybe, that new life will succeed where humanity has failed?

God has not exterminated us as of yet. That's obvious as I'm still typing. But what if God already pushed that rock during the first Catholic Crusade against Islam? Or in some other unwarranted war. Can we as humanity still earn the right to live? or will only the select be chosen to live while all of the rest of humanity become exterminated? The Bible is clear that two groups shall be saved to some interpreted degree. One is the 144,000 and the other group is the remnant. The defined word for remnant is something small. I guess God will exactly define who, what and how many are the chosen remnant and from where? So it can be said that the 144,000 and the remnant are going to earn the right to live. Are they entitled? were they deserving? How are they going to be different from the rest of humanity? Can we ascertain who the remnant shall be or the 144,000 and become just like them? But, what are their qualities? Is it physical, mental and/or spiritual? Or are the remnant to be chosen by simply how they lived their live by free choice?
This is what I think how they shall be selected. I am not God, Jesus or any of the angels. So my best guess is that no greater than any other human quality of guesses

The selected remnant  may be the ones who are already living in accordance to all of Gods laws by their own free choice. Without any threats, fears or intimidation's. The remnant has each become righteous in the eyes and judgement of God. The remnant each express inwardly as well as outwardly Love, Peace, Harmony and Life all under the laws of God. They are all willfully obedient to the urgings of their Heavenly Father. All by their own free choice. Because, deep down they understand the truth and the wisdom of God as right and true. From this holy knowledge. They have decided to live righteously. No argument and no debate. No sneaking around God. No trying to journey where you think God isn't. No negotiating or dealing with the instructions of God.
