The wise always seem to know which winds precede a severe storm. The wise always seem to make their final preparations to weather out the coming storm. The foolish begin their preparations once engulfed by the storm.

What is the definition of a storm? Is it only a natural weather formation which causes much death and destruction? Can a storm symbolize something more, like a serious illness or severe accident? Can a storm be your helplessness in regard to addictions, mental illness, joblessness, homelessness, or a combination of many different things?
The governments of the world are going to war and the civilian population isn't even aware. Wouldn't that be a surprise storm to be weathered. It wouldn't really matter who is the accused and guilty parties because it is you the civilian who will suffer the most while your politicians are safely tucked away in their COG (Continuation of Government) shelters being served by their pre-selected servants.
For the wise already know that no one is gonna provide for their needs in any emergency. While the foolish will angrily demand absolute support, help, medical care, housing and other aid.
The wise always seem to know ahead of time. They do as they do and are accused of being foolish by the worldly wise people. In the days of Noah when the flood waters rose and fell at the same time, the worldly wise were desperate in their sudden realization that they were wrong. In anger and hatred they all died but the 8 adults. This included every single ?human? child.

You doomsday preppers and survivalists, it is time to begin your final preparations or the completion of preps in the works. Look ahead at new preps which involve other like-minded persons, groups. Begin development with other outside groups. Create code words or signs which are similar to any other group. Code words or signs which indicate peace, danger, welcome, sickness, death, invasion and help, plus others. Then when travel becomes necessary after the storm, friends can read your signs or flags and know whether or not to come closer. After any serious storms a new date system should be established, like year 1 of 1000. But even the date may need to be altered, for after everything has been done no one can, nor will anyone have the will to, fight anymore.

Added on 21 June 2024: Yep, So here we are. What does this mean? 

Trying to remember that I had come to the realization all of these different data points were coming into some kind of never before seen confluence. Like both Russia and China had been preparing for war since prior to the year 2000. It was the USA and president Bill Clinton who gave them all of the NASA technologies along with very helpful NASA scientists. 

The major governments of the world are preparing for war and the entire global civilian population are completely unaware. Then in a few years we had COVID which basically means the flu. Look at the old medical journals which states this evidence. So in what year was COVID excised from medical journals and text books is most likely when the global COVID event was thought up. Today my one sentence may mean that the governments of the world are going to war against their own civilian populations in which it is evident. I changed the color of that sentence to RED. The only word I'm missing seems to "with". 

The surprise storm seems to originate with your own government. Weather modification has been public since around mid 2023.

There is allot of classified. There is a huge amount of  conspiracy theory. As someone who is trained in electronics and RF. I can see the theoretical aspects of what the new weather RADAR towers can do. They have the power and all seem to be now controlled by one centralized location.

 It will probably be true that you were not and are not directly responsible for the loss of any life. BUT, If your fore knowledge could have prevented much harm, much suffering and or many deaths. Then YES, you are responsible.
If you do not communicate prior to any disastrous event (Natural or man made) and you had the means to do so, even if it meant risking your own life. You will still be held accountable. You are responsible.

Think about this for a minute. Hurricanes and tornado's. A storm begins to form off of the west coast of Africa. Do we not as a society begin to watch that storm? Do we not as a society begin to make responsible preparations for any hurricane? So, why are hurricanes not kept secret when there is nothing we can do to stop it or prevent it?

Tornado's form in the central states of the USA. There is nothing we can do to stop them or prevent them. So, why aren't tornado's kept secret? People are going to get harmed either way. Some people will not hear or be aware of the tornado alarms. While others have already prepared by having their own tornado shelter and survival stuffs.

The same for lightning storms. The same for Earthquakes and a possible resulting tsunami.

Why is it OK to reveal those events and not possible and maybe very probable other events which will bring forth a great disaster?

Do we not tell our own children that it is OK to keep some secrets while it is not OK to keep other secrets. Despite promises made by your own child to keep those secrets prior to their revelation. Read the below information.

It is your religious duty to reveal the secrets if they can prevent or mitigate any great disaster.
Hurricane Katrina was a fore warned natural disaster. It could have been much worse if no one knew of it's approach and strength. 
Fore warning the innocent common people is the righteous thing to do. It is also, the honorable thing to do. It matters not where or who the people are. All must be revealed to the common people. Let them make their best decisions and take their best actions.
Will their be stupid people acting criminally? Yes, They should be dealt with/without compassion or mercy. Let GOD judge them directly.

Will the secrets Snowden may have stolen be to late for the whole population of this world or just in time for the whole of the world to become a singular righteous people? I still have great hopes for humanity and this world. We all must remain positively focused in case the truth of all of those secrets is fully realized as truth. By remaining positive and calm. All of humanity can effectively transform from a perpetually war like population into one which reveres peace. One human species. One human race. One human family. Is part of the real goal. A goal of mutual unity of everyone.
The transition may be very tough for many to swallow. Many may result to extreme violence after the realization that they all have been lied to for generations. You must not become violent in order to effect peaceful change.

The people who make up a pleasant work place are those who seem to want to be there and actually show up early to make unnecessary preparations, which creates a welcoming environment. Who want to always to the best job they can and enjoy doing so. Who are polite in the course of their day and want to be. Who always answers the call for assistance when there is a problem and is satisfied when the thing is all good to go.
This is a pleasant work place.

The ugly work place and space is where management always has to watch those dark hiding places where people like to get away. The management has to offer training on how to be nice under the guise of customer service. The break room becomes a disaster area. The employee conversation seems to joke about customer stupidity and meanness. The outside smoking area with butt containers. Still needs to be cleaned up. The employees do not seem to care about other employees and refuse to go out and help others when there is a need.  The back stabbing. The importance of social communication when work duties are needed to be completed. Not focused on the job is evidence that the job is of no importance.

If you have to train people to care. Then you are hiring people who do not care and will not care. Because, most people know how to spot a phony smile.
The mean customer is a reflection of your employees apathy.
An employee who is only there for the paycheck. is not concerned about the company, the customer or you.
An employee who only does the absolute minimum to keep their job. Is not concerned with your bottom line, Profit/Loss ratios or even thefts.
Just listen to your employees when they are unaware of your presence. From their words you will know the effectiveness of your management team and Human Resources Department.
