Russia's new shiny chess pieces are threatening Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico region. Russia is threatening Ukraine as well as other western allies. Russia has converted the Turkey Chess piece as one of their own. Russia and China may also turn the India Chess piece into one of their own. China's new shiny chess pieces are threatening Americas friends in South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand as well as others. Thus, inviting the Americans into a futuristic South China Seas bloodbath.
The Americans know not their nation is and has been in check by many different chess board pieces of the world for many years now. Yet, the pride and ego of the American for their most powerful military in the world have been blinded by that very same pride and ego. For their war machine is now old and tired. Just like how it was in America prior to WWII. So too has America become again militarily speaking post 2018. The cold war military technology has been generationally leapfrogged by both Russia and China and probably by more than two iterations in certain areas. Both Russia and China will use all agreements for their benefit and use those inherent weaknesses which has become the US military force. These weaknesses can be seen in every iteration of Patriot Missile system and THAAD as well as every other weapons platform. A variety of Missiles must be added to Patriot MIM-104. Including an Extended Range (ER) which must exceed 250 miles and achieve Low Earth Orbit (LEO) altitudes. Missiles which can uplink with GPS 3 as well as other RADAR networked sources. Patriot Missile Systems must be able to add up to three additional RADAR trailers of various kinds integrated frequency bands. Patriot MIM-104 must also greatly improve of the ability to crunch the new incoming streams of data on a much improved time scale. This should be relatively easy as pairing many CPU's together has been done for over a decade in the civilian world. A new CIWS JR. like Centurion C-RAM in the 7.62mm should be developed for the Patriot MIM-104. Multiples of these new CIWS JR should be able to be added to the Patriot system as simply as any plug and play device. This will save cost on missile expenditures when firing on drone swarms designed to deplete the missiles on the ready. This can also be coupled with the actual Centurion CIWS C-RAM.
A weaponized RADAR trailer for Patriot MIM-104. This weaponized RADAR trailer will host a more powerful RADAR transmitter. This can be used as an intelligent electronic countermeasures DEW or it can just sit on one target burning radiation through it and the enemy pilot. These ideas must be engineered into Patriot ASAP. Then all American only Patriot systems must also be upgraded ASAP. Every military base and post in Alaska, California, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Puerto Rico and Alabama must receive the necessary units ASAP or T minus 6 years. Figure on more than 6 billion dollars and 1000 newly built Patriot MIM-104. Just for the USA and Puerto Rico. The costs does not end there. It is just the beginning.

Added on 02 Jan 2018: The Chinese are not making threats in regards to Taiwan. They are making promises and what they intend. Taiwan must be obedient to the will of China in every way. China is claiming this is a family matter and that China and Taiwan are brothers. It does not matter what Taiwan wants. It will not matter what the USA wants. This will happen with certainty. When China decides to invade Taiwan in order to get their sibling back into the family fold. They will do so. It is really worse than what you in the American government will expect. The disciples of Jesus also suffered and died horribly. So who are you to think that you won't suffer any horrific fate? Lot's Wife was once saved and then she wasn't. Israel was saved out of bondage and were going to the promised land. Only to die in the desert as their children walked into the promised land. The opportunity to save the world from Biblical prophecy is over. The opportunity to save souls before this next door closes is now paramount. A time is coming when people will not have the opportunity nor desire or will to repent and to be saved. While there is people alive right now who are already incapable of repenting and being saved. Remove yourself from denominations and churches which has accepted and tolerated sins. When you see any congregation celebrating and applauding any sin. China has become "All In" in their military buildups. No nation can keep up with the Chinese buildups. China is preparing for war. I think the Patriot RADAR Trailer is a good system. Is it getting aged even with modernization? YES. But can Ratheon engineer a fix? Yes, with added capability and expense. To coincide with this one idea. "One System, One function". The politicians must also get it into their thick skulls that Russia departed MAD in action but not in words and China will not ever negotiate a nuclear deal or any kind of mutual suicide deal. You have to express these and other classified concerns with Ratheon engineers. Then those very good Ratheon Engineers will begin to build a new Patriot One System. Which will be customize-able in accordance to each Nations environmental/threat needs and what they already possess. Think about an Amalgam Patriot which is all plug and play.
How many effective RADAR bands are there? How many different kinds of sensors are there? What is each of there capabilities and weaknesses? Then Ratheon can add each RADAR band suite and each sensor suite to each Nations owns specific environmental needs as a plug and play function. There are many different kinds of missiles and each has their own specific capabilities. Each of these should be able to be added to the Patriot One system as a plug and play. This should also includes self defense capabilities like the CIWS land based Phalanx as well as new drone air defense systems like a smaller caliber CIWS land based Phalanx type of system. It should also be OK for each individual missile system to have its own RADAR and Sensor set up. Those data links should be able to be added to the Patriot network in order to enhance over all system efficiencies.
Back to the trailer-ed patriot RADAR Trailer. Ratheon should be able to add multiple RADAR trailers to one Patriot system/battery or network. Ratheon should also develop a new RADAR DEW/EW trailer. A trailer with much higher output power from the RADAR set. The front leading face should be the only thing which is different than from other RADAR sets. This should also be plug and play. Just because the RADAR DEW/EW set can be used as an offensive weapon in and of itself. It can still function as a longer range RADAR set with the ability to focus it's energy on one specific target. All RADAR sets no matter the bandwidth should be able to focus all of their perspective energies at one single target as which is commanded by the OIC.
Because of all of this added DATA the Patriot Computer will most likely have to be a brand new set up. Which can handle all of the new incoming Data sources including those which has not been mentioned in this little posting.===================

After all the US is about 20 years behind in development and expanded capabilities in the air defense realm. No one wants to address how Russia has been out of MAD for a very long time or how China may have weaponized elephant cages for use against stealth and everything else not stealth. Both nations have and are expanding their networking capabilities of all of their military equipment. This is how an S300 can see tracks over western Europe while positioned in Syria. That news is about 2 years old , I think. So what can the US do right now? Expand the capabilities of both Patriot and THAAD. With additional and optional RADAR sets and an additional new generation of ER and higher altitude missiles. Both Patriot and THAAD should be able to seamlessly work together. All existing short ranged air defense weapons should also be networked into the Patriot/THAAD system. The Centurion Phalanx should be networked as well as creating a lower caliber trailer-ed Phalanx with sensor and RADAR packages which will aid in drone defenses. Bullets are cheaper than missiles.
The networking should not be limited to what I've just written. Satellite networking, OTH RADAR networking as well as networking with the US Navy, the US Air Force, Now the US Space Force as well as friendly nations that is not Turkey.
