Perfect Fig Tree: (Unedited): 22 June 2017:

The symbol of the fig tree was once a perfection of creation until the sin of man and the corruption which became from that sin was manifested. Eden was a place of absolute perfection even in thought of memory until man dirtied it with sin. So much so that when God in man form comes to one of His fig trees in creation and all it has is the leaves and no fruit. Could this be the origin of His uncharacteristic anger? What man had done to perfection created?

A good leader creates an expected positive work life which can be predicted by a good manager. C.J.MacKechnie

It is the responsibility of a good leader to create good life probabilities for all of those persons who are involved with his/her creations. A good manager is one who can see the creation of the good leader before it is manifested. Then the good manager can make it and continue it.

The good leader is not creating a new thing just so it becomes present. The creation become dimensional in its own existence. Even if the leader is abstractly blind to anything more than the creation. All that is created from the creation is livelihoods for all of those involved. It is the responsibility of the good leader and good manager to ensure that those involved have the ability to live a life as they define it. This is a part of freedom.

It is also the responsibility of the good leader and good manager to protect the livelihoods of those involved and must be a part of the negotiating process in any transference of responsibilities.  All the way down to the broom pushers.

Once arrogance is manifested by a prideful person. Only instant lessons in humility can become a hopeful cure. Sometimes repeated lessons are necessary. Until the persons arrogant pride is destroyed.

If the person or leadership has become completely infested with arrogant pride. All who look up to and/or follow will also endure the suffering of complete loss, death and destruction.

With arrogant pride also comes the self permission to do whatever it may will of itself. Including sin, torture, genocide and the choice of extinction of all life.

Making and creating your own fortunes in life is better than any feel good fortune cookie. That will be quickly digested and the slip of paper lost and forgotten.
