Positive change comes from within you first. The more you become righteous and holy as the Sacred/Holy Spirit is. The more effective and powerful your prayers become.

The more power you appear to have in the gifts. Know that it is not you but rather the spirit working through you. The power never is or was about you. The power which can flow through you is from a supremely intelligent source and choose whom it can flow through at any time and for any reason. Any decision and action of the Sacred/Holy Spirit is always a righteous and holy one. No matter how put off you may feel or how you may have judged an innocent soul which was condemned.

If you freely choose to become holy, righteous and wise as dictated by the holy texts. Then maybe the Sacred/Holy Spirit will decide to use you as it's outward expression for the benefit of those whom it chooses to benefit. This is a gift expressed and your the delivery vehicle. Sort of like USPS, FedEx or UPS. So as long as you do as is required and by also keeping your vehicle clean and in good working order. Then you shall have a direct and hopefully positive impact upon lives. But be warned, The Sacred/Holy Spirit can and will use you to deliver the unfortunate messages and powers of discipline. Which is why you who chooses to walk upon the sacred, righteous and holy path. Should freely decide to inspire and to teach the good ways of living all of the time. As more and more people freely choose to live righteously. The more and more righteous blessings and good gifts shall come for each of them.
For those who remain worldly and sinful. For those who live in accordance to their lustful and greedy desires. For those who love not and offer no kindness. Curses shall flow like a rampant river until there is no remnant of your specific gene pool. For water can be used to perpetuate life and be used to destroy life. The intention of every person will either magnify the blessings of how the water is life or water is death. It is within all of us and how we all freely choose to live our lives. For the benefit of all or for the benefit of self.

To Love one another.

To live in peace with everyone.

To exist in harmony with all.

To Cherish all life.

To be obedient to the Laws of God.

Effective Discipline: (Unedited): 29 May 2015:

Discipline is only effective when the wrong doing has been understood as wrong and wrong behavior has forever been corrected.

I know I'm the wrong person to be discussing discipline. But, maybe I'm the right person. I've never physically harmed my children. Not one time. I just could not get around or justify the harm which was done to me and to do it to these fragile little people. How can I hurt them just to teach them discipline? I just couldn't and neither has my wife. We used logic and the teaching of what is right and what is wrong. We taught why it is wrong to harm another person. We taught respect for others even when they may not respect themselves to much. This seems to have worked. 
Now hopefully, they will each pass this teaching down to their own children and every generation thereafter. 
Correcting bad behavior does not have to involve pain management. Pain management is what you do to animals. Maybe, not even to animals either. Even that sounds like animal cruelty. So why would you want to beat your own children? Are they just little animals or actual people who are more important than any animal? 
This logic and understanding is coming from a person who was beaten into unconsciousness many times by their adoptive mother and locked into small closets. She even tried to kill me on at least three occasions. 
Causing harm and fear into the eyes of my children is not something I ever want. As parents we are already all powerful giants to small children. Why would we want our children to ever fear us? I just can't see the love or compassion in that. It is for us to raise our children to supersede us in life in those areas of their own gifts and talents. Not to harbor any unrighteous fear or to know physical intimidation from their own parents. 
The logical explanation of a wrong doing at the level of the child's understanding is and can be effective. So as long as they do not see those same wrong doings within you. If you do not want your kids to smoke or drink. Then you shouldn't either.  If you don't want your boy children to disrespect your wife or any other female. Well you should not either. If you don't want your kids stealing or obtaining things which are questionable. You should not either. Lead by example by being the example. 
For me it has not been so easy as I had no one to teach me why a wrong is wrong in my youth. To get was OK so as long as you didn't get caught. A female was only for pleasure and were not actually worth knowing. You know the importance of body parts as opposed to the value of the whole person. Mind, body and soul. It is amazing how everything changes when you fall in love with your little girl. I immediately wanted her to always know that she is a whole person. I hope we have succeeded in that teaching. She is far more than just body parts. 
Yes, I'm still a deeply flawed human being who is evolving at a snails pace.

Question.
How can a district, regional or corporate managers become more effective and productive?
Especially when his/her personnel, teams, stores are hundreds or even thousands of miles a part. 
This is very simple. With the advent of internet based security camera systems. Any one with permissible access can view any camera anywhere at any time. So far security cameras are used to monitor sensitive ares or avenues of egress.
There will be a new added purpose for these cameras.
A). For productivity and performance monitoring.
       A manager who has received data from a well performing team and a poor performing team. Doesn't have to drive hundreds of miles to make a evaluation or inspection of either team. The drive is an instant loss in productivity as well as additional costs of vehicle use. A manager who can sit in their office and view a series of monitors of various teams and personnel is more effective and productive.
B). For safety checks.
       The security cameras can be used by the managers of the safety departments to actually view safety related apparatus out in the field or in stores all across the world.

The names of the cameras will have to be changed into something more positive.
Such as "Performance Cameras" or "Productivity Cameras".

To aid in the acceptance of these new spy cameras. One should create awards for those who have been viewed by a manger doing something awesome.
Then as the employees become accustomed to the new camera systems in place. They should feel more comfortable over time instead of a manager looking over their shoulder.

Cameras which are set and used for specific security purposes. Must remain as such. New cameras will need to be installed in those places. Which can be rotated and have zoom functions.

Upper levels of management and security managers will need to know who, when and which cameras were used and by whom. Date, time and etc.

The use of cameras is not to become the sole form of management from any executive. There will still need to be practiced (MBWA).

The psychological effects of playing against a better team with better players can be very tough to overcome. You must not accept absolute defeat before the game even starts. To do so, lessens you and your quality of play.
Instead do these things. Practice perfection more. Improve your skills at all levels. Manage the threats presented before you. Be smart and play with honor and respect.
Force your better opponent to earn their victory. By doing so gains you respect and honor.
Do not allow any bad decisions tarnish their victory. Let it be pure.

By you pushing your opponent to be better. Your opponent will be pulling you to be better. Thus, both of you will mutually benefit from the actions of one another. Though you may lose the game. The great challenge you have faced , is in itself your victory.

To simply enter the fray of any battle. May very well conclude with a victory for you. But arriving and waiting a brief moment to ascertain the situation, devising an effective battle strategy and then implementing it. May very well hasten victory and save more lives of your warriors.

Rushing into any fight or battle may seem emotionally right, while at the same time strategically unwise. Hold you emotions and watch the flow of battles blood. Know that in this moment there is no righteousness or Godliness. There is only the killing. Which is anti-life and thus anti-God.
You must watch and learn. The evil of men which ebbs and flows. From one side to the next. Those who are on the other side of the line and have been deemed to be your enemy by your rulers. Commit to their plans of destroying and killing your brothers as again defined by your rulers. You can then ascertain his purpose and position and then logically counter your defined enemies battle strategy. Then you do so quickly. In order to save the lives of your brothers. While knowing the truth. That no matter what side of the line the warriors stood. They to were your brothers. Whom you had to kill and destroy.
Honor your brother with a clean and quick death. When you see you have no other option.

Can you see the truth of my words? can you see that the ones who have been defined by those who are not you , to be your enemies, are in real life just another being just like you are. Who they themselves are being lied to just like you are. For his rulers are telling him that you are less than human or you are a savage or are evil. He knows not you and neither you know him. But, you both love your mothers and wives. You both love your sons and daughters. And yet you are ordered to kill one another by your rulers. Your rulers who will profit in some way. While you do not. While the man whom you will kill. Your actions will cause his mother to mourn deeply and greatly.
