Many people who want to stop and end bullying. 
They want everyone to report the bully to any authority figure. In which nothing will happen until after the fact. Teachers and administrator will do nothing for fear of their own lives. The police can do nothing if they do not witness the actual crimes.
Often only want to talk the bully to death.
They want to form support groups which only perpetuate victim-hood or the fearful possibility of victimization.
The only sure fire way to end and stop bullying of you or your children. Is two things.

1). The continual practice of a martial arts which suits your physicality. Including weapons.
2). Responsible use and skill development of firearms.

You can remain a victim or remain a helpless person who flirts with the probability of a future  victimization. Which may lead to your rape and/or death.

3). When in any establishment. If you leave your drink or food. For any amount of time. Even for a split second. Your done eating or drinking that food or drink. Get new drinks. EVERY TIME.
4). Never ever leave with any stranger or give out your numbers. EVER.
5). Never ever leave any establishment with any new person or regular bar, club person. EVER.
6). Only go to bars, clubs and honk-tonks with a team of friends. Do not leave your friends or allow any of your friends to leave with any unknown person. EVER.
7). Park your car in a lighted and very public parking place or use valet. Valet is preferred if available. If the parking is not well lighted and security is not present and visible. Do not go there at all. EVER. No matter how popular the place is.

For some, Life seems to have dragged down the young parent into a sense of drudgery and despair. All of this despite of living in a beautiful city like Clearwater Florida. These parents seem not to be even aware of the negativity and hopelessness of life they teach through their action to their own children. They are also not even aware of the perpetual beauty that exists all around them.

Now matter how miserable and sad your life may be. All of the beauty of the entire universe is continually existing in a constant state of awesomeness, even right now. All you have to do is just look outside of yourself and into the world you reside in.

People pay thousands of dollars just to travel to Clearwater Beach, Florida and see the sunsets. All of these seemingly happy people are content with the very unique sunset they will see on a day of their choosing. That sunset will never be exactly the same ever again.

Life may not be exactly what you want it to be. It is usually like that for everyone to a certain degree. If you begin to see right now the misery, sadness, drudgery, despair that you are teaching through your words and actions. You are raising your children to be like you. An uncivilized animal trapped in an undesirable life. You can change and alter your children's life today. Simply by just identifying the beautiful world around them and the undesirable. You have the power to encourage your children not to repeat the sad woes of your own life. Encourage and push your children to escape from the gnawing teeth of cultures lies and deceptions. Teach your children anything positive and teach your children that everything positive is possible. By doing these things, you cease being an unfit parent and become that strong hurricane force of nature which moves your children into a better life. Which you may not had the opportunity to have.
Think about it.
Think about the hurricane.
If you keep your children within your eye. They will always be safe from harm. Then when your children become of age. They will see the best and safest way to out of the calm eye of you. Out of the darkness and into the horizon. The young adult child of yours sees only storm clouds. In every direction. Then when they look up and see the beauty in the center of their stillness. The wise adult child will see the best path is up and out. For many who have not been taught that everything is possible. Will not see their freedom in the stars of the heavens. If you begin to teach your children right now the positive things in life are possible. They will see the truth in your words. Even though those positive things may not be a current opportunity for you right now. They will see that your positive opportunity will be in the witnessing of the children you have raised. You are the sole positive force for your children to live a life worth living. They do not have to be trapped in misery like you are now. Push them up and out. Become the wind upon their wings which gives your children flight of true freedom.

Wal-Mart parking lot and the shopping center parking lot across the street. Parking spots adjacent to bushes/trees. Near the middle and not along the perimeter Underneath clutter/trash. Walmart parking lot has many cameras. The shopping center across the street may be a target selection. A target selection is not a final decision on any terrorist act. Maybe, not the primary site. Law enforcement in this area has used large parking lots to set up temporary command centers. So if a certain public event is a selected target. Law enforcement, rescue workers and hospital tents would be set up in a safe place defined as a safe zone. Thus, secondary attacks could be pre planned before the initial target is attacked. Make sense? Not to me. But, I'm noticing patterns. It isn't enough to bomb people. They bomb symbols as well. They bomb dates to.

Explosion Vision. Trying to re-see a singular moment in probable time. The following is only observations for those who know way more than me. Hopefully they will find the important keys to ascertain the true meaning.
Tarpon Springs, Florida.
SW corner of Tarpon rd and U.S. Hwy 19.
Close proximity to ATT and Bank of America. Mattress Firm.
No visible security cameras.
Trash cans at ATT.
Water Hydrant.
The area appears to be parking for Bank of America employees and ATM customers.
Employee parking for retail employees.
Empty school bus parking spot. Bus driver get coffee.
Two Homeless men hiding personal items behind large green trash can.
Staging point for cyclist.
Between Wendy's and Mattress Firm is Green trash cans.
2nd empty school bus pull up(0749). Driver gets coffee.

28 April 2013: The date given "06 Jan", Is just one date. There are other dates and other localities. The intention and plans of the individual terrorist groups plan and implement their own unique style of attack.  By however they each define it. So in effect they are each working alone, but they are not, They are controlled and commanded., which is the false premise put forth by the government and media outlets. Which may be necessary as you would not want your civilian population shooting everyone who simply appeared middle-eastern or Arab. No one should go out and begin shooting anyone.
For those who see possible future events. You must be aware that during their site/target selection phase. You may see various sites in which death and destruction is widely seen. It is easy to assume that what you see is another TET style offensive. You must understand that what you are seeing is just a collection of intentional targets and imagined as reality by the person or persons. All of which have been planned and implemented from within the minds of the individual terrorist or groups.

As the site/target selection is decided into one, two or three target sites. The vision of multiple and varied chaos will be fine tuned into a clearer singular picture. This will occur when the individual terrorist person or group, decides that the selected place is the actual target site. Then your vision becomes much more clearer. But, only after they have made that specific decision of that specific location. In prophecy. Revelation can change everything and anything. This should be hoped for. Especially if the prophecy is undesirable.  I always refer to the Bible story of Joseph and The Pharaoh. The Pharaoh had an absolutely true dream. Until revelation and implemented plans put into place. During their time. They did not have the technology to avert a natural weather disaster. But, Joseph mitigated and managed the Natural weather disaster. Thus changing the aspect of the Pharaohs dream of they are all going to die. That would really suck for a god to have all of his people die, with no one to rule over.  Thus, survival was made possible from an impossibility. Created by a simple human slave imprisoned.
