Who can positively inspire more than someone who has survived a horrible/horrific life story?
Who can teach the truth behind confronting and conquering your own inner demons than someone who has already done it?
Who can better teach about adapting and overcoming all of life's trials and tribulations than someone who has already done it?

Can you and will you begin a new life of teaching those who are suffering through their own life. That they to can find it through to the other side of perpetual misery and sadness. The only difference between you and those who are enduring or even just barely holding onto sanity. Is that you have done it and so can they. Go forth and reveal your cold dark and lonely secrets. inspire others to motivate themselves. Find and search for them are are lost in the valley of the shadow of death. Point the way towards the exit sign for hell.

Isn't this a reason why your insignificant self has survived and even thrived after your own harrowing tails of woes? This is very important. You should be just a little upset at my word use of calling you insignificant. You are not insignificant. You are a genuine teacher for meaning and purpose. Your training and education was from within the blast furnace of hell itself.

 You are a teacher/leader. Teach and lead those out of the hells fire. The gates have already been broken. The only thing holding them down is them. The only thing holding them inside of their hell is them. Encourage, Inspire and point the way out.

 Mentoring one another is the same as a prophet who positively speaks words of a wonderful world to come. If and when each of us can purge from ourselves the apathy which contaminates our sickened hearts. We will discovered a sudden healing and a restoration of our full humanity. The ability to care and love one another no matter their position, the family name or status in life. To lift up your fellow human being without any expectation of any accolade or reward.
 Just think about this.
To positively inspire your brother and sister no matter their parentage. Uplifts and improves all of humanity. To teach why it is important to do the right things in life, without fear or intimidation. Improves all of humanity and not just yourself.
To care for all children, even if those children were unfortunate to be born to bad parents. By taking up the mantle to instruct, raise up and to love these unfortunate children. Not only do you improve one life but you improve all of humanity. To push away and reject one unfortunate child only seems like you are affecting only one person. But, in truth you are affecting every human life with the spread of the apathy within you. Just look at the mentally ill, homeless and crime which seems to surround you and is everywhere. Who do you think is a contributor to all of the evil you witness in some manor? You are and all of the people who think of themselves as being good without doing any actual good works. A good person will do actual good works is truly a good person. While a person who deceptively believes they are good will do nothing except maybe write a minimal check for some cause from time to time. A bad person is not so dis-illusion-ed as the self deceptive good person who does nothing. The bad person knows they are a snake and cares not for whom ever they may choose to inject their venom into. Why do I use the word venom. Because unlike a simple bite which has a beginning and an end. The venom continues to work it's poison long after the bite is gone. Apathy is a poison. 
Will your gift today to your brother and sister be joyful or one of venom? It is always one of those choices which must be made continuously and often.

Professional discipline will never alter or change a persons character. Only GOD can do that or a willingness of the person to respond positively to their own guilt if they have any. C.J.MacKechnie

Professional discipline includes suspension, fines and mandated apologies, They only work and only benefit the organization.  If the individual who has publicly offended people has no guilt or remorse. Then the action will be repeated. You cannot discipline a person into good character. A person must see the difference between right and wrong. Then that person must have an urging to do the right thing because it is good. Any outside influence which involves fear, threats, intimidation only has an affect on the individual in an opposite manor. The person may only do the right thing as defined and mandated by the organization. But, in private they think badly and act wrongly. The fundamental change is only an illusion made for the cameras and viewers.
The disciplined person who has been given a short suspension will consider it a mini vacation. This works for the benefit of both the organization and the person. Especially if the person is an asset which makes the organization a great deal of revenue. Then the governing entity and the organization can publicly claim, that justice has been served. This is all instantly defeated when the person who has been disciplined, publicly claims that he learned nothing of value and enjoyed his needed 2 day rest in Mexico. The lie and deception is revealed by the player. The lie and deception is only a marketing tool used by the governing body and organization to deceive the paying viewer, that something is being done. Which the truth of the matter is nothing has actually been done. Even if the player changes his name to World Peace or love One Another, It doesn't change the essence of the man. Even a name change is a deception for the paying viewer.
It is all about the money. There is no actual discipline or a change of heart.  That's all...

The passively helpless mind will always allow negativity to seep through, like a mismanaged dam. While the positively proactive mind will always fortify their mental defenses.  Having authority over all aspects of your own mind means having absolute control over every thought and emotion. In order, Logical thought first, Emotional response next. This order of thinking is necessary, especially when identifying if an emotion or thought is actually your own. Usually the empathic or one who has been gifted with discernment as defined by the Christian Religion. May not even be aware they have such a gift. The genuine Christian may even reject the gift as some sort of occult action or witch craft. Especially since a large portion of the Christian authority nearly reject all works in the gifts from GOD. This is why the Christian of today sees virtually no Miracles in action. The fear of the spooky even if the origin is from the HOLY FATHER.
The empathic gift of discernment often begins small and insignificant. meaning the person feels something which is not easily known via the standard 5 human physical senses.  Then as the gifted person begins to exercise the emotional gifts and develops a better control over their own mind. The second part of the gift begins to manifest. This second part is the intellectual information tied directly to the person who is the source.
Hint: Study the woman at the well with Jesus. Or just study Jesus. Jesus exercised in all of the gifts.
