That which causes you pain and suffering must depart from you. Before your own natural healing can begin.

It does not matter what kind of pain you suffer from. Whether it be physical, mental or spiritual. You may even suffer from many pains and sufferings that involve many different parts of your whole being. 
Each and every thing which causes you pain must be removed from you before your natural healing can begin. Even if a body part has become to sick, to injured and to damaged. Then it must be removed so that you can return to good health.
That is key to good health. All that has ever harmed you or has caused you injury. Must be removed from you. This includes all mental and spiritual injuries. No matter how far back they occurred.All of those memories of your abuses and tortures must be released by you. You must let go of all of your old woes and ancient sufferings. Even if they only ended days, weeks or months ago.
For any of your mental and spiritual healing to begin. You must be in control of your own mind. You must not be intoxicated in any way. You must not be drugged up or medicated in any way. You must not even be medicated in any way with mind altering substances. This does include smoking. Smoking even cigarettes is an addictive mind altering substance.
In order for you to make any logical decision based in reason. You must be sober. Being better because of medications, cigarettes, smoking marijuana or having a few nightly drinks. Is not being completely healed or perfectly healthy. You must make that decision to be healed and to become healthy. This is what begins your journey to becoming mentally and spiritually healthy. It is the same with physical health. In order to be physically healthy. You must first remove that which is causing injury or sickness. Makes sense? yes.

This leads to the question, was I once connected to who or what? The simple answer is yes you were.
The rest is for you to discover on your own journey of discovery or re-discovery.
From the discovery of your own true nature will lead you to the re-discover your true identity and true beginnings. A pure journey into the amazement. Become like a child who discovers the miracle of a beautiful flower in bloom. Especially if it wasn't there yesterday. Reacquaint with your purest and most sacred innocence.

From this can pure healing begin within you and forever emanate out from you into others who are accepting of your gift of love.

Have you ever met some of those autistic persons who are incredibly quick to forgive and forget. Who just so easily show and express love to everything in the world. So, how is it that we so called healthy and normal people always think there is something wrong with THEM. When the truth of the matter is we are the blinded ones who are deficient and unable to even see what is right with THEM.

What is the harm and effect of purposefully healing people in secret? Without bringing any attention to yourself.
Is there any harm to a person's mind or spirit? I do not believe so. The person just begins to feel better in the time you do have together in person, assuming they are not actively blocking via their own negative thinking and negative emotions.
Does the action of secretly and purposefully healing people in your presence alter their belief systems in any way? In that moment if the person you are secretly healing feels something different, then you can take non-deceptive actions like stopping or continuing on the healing without bringing any attention to yourself, thus not boosting your pride or ego and not causing the person whom your are healing to falsely believe you're a special person, gifted person, another god or another messiah. (Note the use of lowercase letters).

A person who heals in stealth does not need to be concerned with attention, respect, reverence or righteous honors or wealth. Healing in stealth should cause no questionable feelings, thoughts or attitudes. The source of the healing power is absolutely intelligent and does not need for you to wave your hands waiting for you to discern where the malady is located before going to work. The source of the healing force is divinely intelligent and works by it's own choice, direction and intensity. You do not need to ask. Just be willing to do and allow the healing to begin or not. Either way energy is never wasted.

 With an Intelligence of this advanced and exacting knowing, the mathematical formula which governs it must  also incorporate a perfected emotional state like compassion, mercy, love, joy, satisfaction, passion and others in order for this healing to work the way it does.

There is no need to seek or find any living person for your healing to be done. All of the healing which can be done is all within you and easily accessible as it already is to other animals. Which seems to know what to eat and not eat.

Added on 15 Nov 2015: 
I just met Mr. Ed last night. Stage 4 Cancer. Zero hope for survival. Months to live and to wait for death to come. I walked with him for a short time as he told me his harrowing story of current cancer survival. Severe and ugly medical scars all over his body.  Some of the scars looked professional while others appeared to be hack jobs. Really. His thoughts were of his young teenager. He was just tired of all of the tests and very aggressive sessions of Chemo. Laser surgeries and the absolute nothingness of being put out. Tumors all over his body and in his brain. Can you imagine that sort of hell of knowing (Right NOW!) that your own ind is lost. That in the next few months you will become completely lost mentally. Incapable of being able to fight this terrible enemy. He has solace. Through his cremation he will have the last victory over this deadly enemy. I call that heroic.
But, throughout our walk at one point he questioned whether or not to get ice cream. I had to say "YEA!" He did feel guilty. To even enjoy ice cream. After all that he had been through. At this point it doesn't even really matter if he gets sick from it. Just to enjoy the ice cream in this moment. In this moment.
With stealth healing and with no communication as to what I was doing. The silent healing prayers were ongoing as they are all after he left to go his way and into this morning. The prayers continue. Sometimes mercy, compassion and love should just be silently expressed. No thanks or gratitude should ever be expected. There is no need. Let them express their gratitude to God. That is where the ultimate gratitude should always go to. After all, I or we are just willing and obedient servants of God. 
There are never coincidences when you are in tune to God. When you are willfully and by your own free choice obedient to God. So when any stranger to you and not to God comes into your presence. What do you do. Socially push them away because they are a stranger to you? Listen to the stranger tell of his life of medical horror as Ed was at first reluctant but I welcomed his words. He needed to be heard with a compassionate ear. Thus, begins the opportunity and time to pray for healing. 
There is no need for any expectancy as God is the only one who can do as he wills it. Will there be a healing? Not for me to know. Will I/you be credited and glorified with the healing? Just writing that question brings a shiver to me. Your/My answer should and better be "NO!!!!"
Even if I may never see Mr. Ed ever again. The journey is his and not mine. My only purpose in that moment was only to be a compassionate friend. Who conducted secret and stealthy healing. In the Name of my Heavenly Father. His Holy Son and the Holy Ghost. Give unto Mr. Ed mercy, compassion and healing.

It is not for me or you to know if someone or anyone is worthy of healing. This is where trust and faith in God comes in. It is not you letting God or even allowing God to do anything. Like you really have that kind of power. We are just servants and as servants. We do and just be in the present presence. God is gonna do what God is gonna do. With or without your permission, acceptance, approval or even denial. Then there is that time thing. Your and my concept of time or when something should happen. Is also not even a consideration to God. Are you getting this. Because, It is really hard for me. I'm really good at. OK God anytime now. Yo God, how about now or next week at 1530 Hours eastern daylight time. LOL. But, I'm serious. I do that even knowing what I write above. Sometimes, I think I was born to bring more humor into the observance of God. Really. 
Sometimes, I think God will get His Angel buddies together, sit in their Godly recliners, make some popcorn. Then just watch and laugh at me. I'm just my own comedy central. No cruelty or meanness in this is expressed by me. Maybe, I will learn something. Are you the reader getting this? 
Becoming a stealth Healer means no attention to you and all gratitude to where it is supposed to go.

It is fear some to stand before the divine and source of all. You are helpless as a single grain of sand in any ocean wave or caught in the flow of any mighty river. There is absolutely nothing you can do and you are already caught up in the ALL. Even if you are unaware or even asleep. Yet, You remain unharmed to the awesome majesty of it all. Even if you are just looking away. You are not nor have you ever been alone or invisible or insignificantly small to the whole of everything there is, was and ever will be. You are safe, You are loved, You are cared for. The true nature of you is safe and always have been. Even when you were caught up in the wars that were not of your choosing. Your brothers who were lost in the fight are still OK and always will be, even though their bones have become forgotten dust. Just as you are and will be OK. No matter what ever it is you are going through right now. You are OK. Even though you feel my words are contrary to your own self defined truth of sadness and misery. You are OK.
Just as I was OK when my adopted mother tried to kill me many times, When I had to sleep in a tree or under a rail road bridge or under Big Pier 60 as a child. I was OK just as you are. Even if your abuses and tortures were and are far more severe than mine ever was. Your OK.

I really hate when people say to those who are suffering from past trauma. To stop living in the past. When the result of everyday life is directly related to your past. You may not be able to do anything about your past but you can do something about your today and your tomorrow. By doing things that are positive and constructive in your life. Can you then begin the healing process. The healing process will truly begin when you begin to live clean. When you begin to live your life in accordance to old religious values. Just don't give up.

I'm a social misfit. I guess it is because I spent most of my childhood heavily medicated. Did not go to school much. I wasn't taught anything. Beside why should they. I had a tested IQ of 70. Then there was the closet. The belt. Other weapons of discipline. Being knocked out by various means. Mom proclaiming that we should not have adopted you. As a child of around 10. I have slept in a tree, under a railroad bridge. Inside of the big pier 60 on Clearwater beach, FL.

with no one she quietly enters. Love so pure within her softly beating heart. Dark sparks of invisible misfire emanates from her very real mind. She dutifully sits at a table and silently waits for her love to bring her a popeyes fried chicken meal. She never takes her eyes off of him. The crowd dissipates. Confusion and loss sets in as she pushes up her rectangle rimmed glasses. She hand combs her auburn hand cut hair. Without a sound she walks up to the popeyes counter and asks where the man went who was just standing here a minute ago. The popeyes woman reinforcing her realty of delusion. Says he left. She quickly leaves alone and into her pretty blue car rushes off. C.J.MacKechnie

I've discovered in life. That there are usually 3 choices to make on most problems or decisions to be made. Even in movies this is often true until the evile villain gives you only two choices and the hero saves the day or planet with the third option. I'm not big on horror movies. Probably because my chilhood was a continuous horror show. The current vampire/ werewolf/human movie. Is very similar with three choices in life that a young girl must make. I'm gonna call them the three important decisions in life that we all can make or have made and can still make. I think i'm running out of cell phone space so I will continue this in the comments. Forget about all of that girlie love and passion stuff in that sissy story lines. My observation is also lacking any testosterone manly manliness. So. Just open up your mind to the possibilities of the 4th choice. Forget the hormones. I heard you girls make those noises in the dark theater. Go to comments. Just breathe and cool down first. 

1st. Choice. The human choice. Which is very boring and your stuck in a week body that is always getting sick. Then you die. Very negative.  

2nd. Choice. The werewolf option. The emotionally primal and physically powerful werewolf is always the fun choice. That we can all choose to become. when we choose to de-evolve from our current human state.

3rd. Choice. The ultra cool and mysteriously dark vampires is always the sensible and chic/civilized/modern choice. That we can all choose to become when we deny our humanity and our ties to what it means to be human.  

The 4th. Choice. We can all choose to evolve and become the possible next step. Energetic light beings or enlightenment. This may also seem as boring as the basic human decision. There shouldn't be any drama and trauma as always associated with the werewolf and vampire decisions. Besides, when the vampires, werewolves and anything dark comes into your presence. They will become like fading smoke and Ashe. The end. C.J.MacKechnie

When your a slave to anyone, any group or any political thought. You will never have to concern yourself with anything that is important or complicated as defined by your master owner. Being a slave, you will never have to worry your pretty little head about thinking or planning, success or failure, profit or loss, efficiencies or waste, ideas or improvements. As a slave you will never become anxious about housing, education, food, water and health care. All of these things will be provided. So as long as you are of use and worth to your master owner. If you are not a slave to the master owner. Then you will not be allowed access to anything. Until you choose to become a slave and receive your mark. C.J.MacKechnie

You have been warned by those who are in the know. You set your sails and turned your rudder into the oddly beautiful sunset. For a short time the gentle breeze was fun. Then the winds became thrilling. The lightning and the waves as exciting as you have ever known. A new dawn approaches with it daylight you will not see. Your rudder damaged. Your mast is snapped and your boat is taking on water. The thrill and excitement you felt some time ago is now turned into a desperate weariness to helplessly stay alive. You call for help but all you get is unwanted verbal static. Suddenly like a blessing from GOD your underneath a beautiful sun and clear sky. Except all around you is dark foreboding clouds. You scream and cry for help. No response on your radio. All is hopeless in your cries for help. The ocean is unforgiving and it seems you will become one of the nameless many who have gone to the bottom. Not yet, for you. Your still alive this day. You can still be alive tomorrow if you you just continue to struggle.

There is always those that we encounter in our daily lives whom we admire for their strength and courage. Especially when they have been tested and purified by fire. We see them as heroes set above us common people. While us common people seem to always be less than or lacking in some way in comparison to these admired heroes. The truth will always be seen when you dirt bag of a common low life human bug discover. That these heroes in life are no different than you are. The only real difference is not so real. The hero decided to step up and stood alone in the face of the monster and conquered it. That single decision based purely in emotion is the only real difference between you and the hero. When the hero completes his heroic deed. He/she is still the same dirt bag low life human bug. With the same problems as you. Maybe even more problems. Decide to stand and be a hero that only can be defined by you. Face and confront the monster before you and inspire people that they to can do the same as you and better

I remember a story about a WW2 medal of honor winner. He was the loser among losers. Then one day something happened. He saved his brothers lives by rushing a German fortified pill box. A time passed and a general arrived with the media and no one could find him. He was peeling potatoes. He didn't even have a proper uniform. Your regular Forest Gump or Gomer Pyle i suppose. The point of my unedited write. Is to cause each of you to believe in yourselves. That you to can be that hero and at least save your own selves from the whatever monster that afflicts and torments you. You the unknown and forgotten are equal to or better than any known and famous hero. All you have to do is decide not to give up and quit ever. Period... An emotional decisions. That is the only difference between you and a claimed hero. A fireman will always find those he cannot save. A cop will always recover the body of an unsaved victim. Their failure they will always remember.

We as children often become exactly what our parents and society expect us to become. I figure that is why so many of my foster brothers and sisters end up in jail, homeless, mentally ill or a combination of all three. What happens when you realize that you are better, stronger, smarter? Than what your parents and all of society expected of you. What do you do now? Do you remain a turkey after tasting daily that your truly an eagle? But, always returning to the comfortable familiar life of being a turkey. Being a turkey is like being just average. You don't have to do anything very hard. Maybe society has expected you to be a farm animal. Everything is provided for the farm animal. Food, water, medical care, housing and the education needed to remain a farm animal. Just remember turkeys and farm animals always become food product for the farmer who is in complete control of your life. C.J.MacKechnie

You die a thousand times everyday and yet you continue to believe that GOD ALMIGHTY has forsaken you. Deep within the valley of death all you know is the cold steel blade that pierces deep into your soul and burns you from the inside out. Your wails and cries hauntingly echoes from the canyon walls causing you to become more paranoid and more fearfull. You look into the shimmering shadows of the canyon walls only to discover. There not walls of rock. They are walls made up of a billion billion souls. All singing their same insane song of miserys lament. Your life, your energy, your hope, your love, your compassion, your kindness, your light, your heart is all being drained out of you. Soon very soon even your very identity will be gone from you as you become a part of the valley of death. The end is at hand and yet it is still your choice. Which song will you sing? C.J.MacKechnie

 Mentoring one another is the same as a prophet who positively speaks words of a wonderful world to come. If and when each of us can purge from ourselves the apathy which contaminates our sickened hearts. We will discovered a sudden healing and a restoration of our full humanity. The ability to care and love one another no matter their position, the family name or status in life. To lift up your fellow human being without any expectation of any accolade or reward.
 Just think about this.
To positively inspire your brother and sister no matter their parentage. Uplifts and improves all of humanity. To teach why it is important to do the right things in life, without fear or intimidation. Improves all of humanity and not just yourself.
To care for all children, even if those children were unfortunate to be born to bad parents. By taking up the mantle to instruct, raise up and to love these unfortunate children. Not only do you improve one life but you improve all of humanity. To push away and reject one unfortunate child only seems like you are affecting only one person. But, in truth you are affecting every human life with the spread of the apathy within you. Just look at the mentally ill, homeless and crime which seems to surround you and is everywhere. Who do you think is a contributor to all of the evil you witness in some manor? You are and all of the people who think of themselves as being good without doing any actual good works. A good person will do actual good works is truly a good person. While a person who deceptively believes they are good will do nothing except maybe write a minimal check for some cause from time to time. A bad person is not so dis-illusion-ed as the self deceptive good person who does nothing. The bad person knows they are a snake and cares not for whom ever they may choose to inject their venom into. Why do I use the word venom. Because unlike a simple bite which has a beginning and an end. The venom continues to work it's poison long after the bite is gone. Apathy is a poison. 
Will your gift today to your brother and sister be joyful or one of venom? It is always one of those choices which must be made continuously and often.

When you begin to care again. You become reacquainted with your humanity. Even if  the strongest emotions is anger and hatred. From there you can evolve into those more healing and calming emotions of love, compassion, mercy and forgiveness.

When you begin to care about the self. This will also evolve into caring about other peoples needs as well. You will eventually begin to lose the desire to hurt and harm other people. This is assuming you allow yourself to think and believe that love, caring, mercy and compassion is not weak but a strong emotion. Strong enough to prevent extinction. Where as the disease of apathy spreads itself throughout the entire population of a planet and then the extinction process begins. The whole people are unaware and cares not. They just have the thirst for more anger, more hatred and more violence. maybe even welcome death as a preferred event.

 Fleeing from sin and dirty minded thinking is always a beginning to your new beginning. Putting away all of those nasty addictions which introduce impurities and contamination's into your whole being is a first step in your healing process.
