Americas Sadness Prophecy: (Unedited): 12 Nov 2021:

 For Americans sadness will come for them all. So as long as they remain away from God. So as long as they choose their lives of sin and evil doing. Everything that you try to do will become problematic. Every fight you take up will be met with unfortunate and unplanned circumstance. This is while knowing that a single bullet will kill a man so to can one EMP detonation can kill the United States and yet the Americans continue to go forth in harms way without ever a single consideration of a retaliatory murderous strike. From those so called lesser nations. For now because of Russia and China all of those lesser nations now have NASA technologies which include guidance and they have had those things for more than a decade now.

The nations of the world have begun more than two decades ago, to modify their militaries and economies to be able to survive without an existing America. These nations are not exactly there yet. But, as time goes on it will not matter what the Americans and former Americans do. The world will survive without them/us. The world has already committed to a world without the USA and they see it as a necessary occurrence to further all of their own individualistic plans. For many of so called Americas friends have already conducted their own treasonous acts which to include Canada and many European nations. The USA can no longer trust those nations they once did trust and protected, still do.

What will Happen to America? Total loss of everything with only a minimal loss of infrastructure and assets. But the killing of Americans can be known to a tune of about or more than 90% of the entire civilian population. While at the same time those politicians and their families on both sides of the spectrum/aisle will not know the coming suffering to their own families. Except for the disabled family member or the family member considered a failure who dies for some valid reason. For they all have been in collusion to the murder of all aspects of America for many decades now. That sad suffering which will come for all Americans has been planned and will be orchestrated. There will be a singular conductor who will relish in Americas sad suffering. There will be profound joy as Americans die in real time viewing. I know you cannot understand this. But, it is true. For there is great wealth to gain and profits to be made from the enslavement of the former American survivors.

This great American sadness will happen all because "We The People ..." choose to leave God and the ancient contractual agreement with God. So all of the benefits in which God has given to the people and this land will become forfeit. All things which happen will happen to everyone and not just those evil doers. All Americans are all "We The People..." and what happens to one happens to us all and it will. Regardless of which side you have been conned to fight for.

So how can you avert the coming and planned disaster? The purple words below is a start. The Jesus Christ thing is actually only way, but you cannot just say the words, become baptized and go forth in life as you always have. You will actually have to do your part.

If you cannot and will not abide by the purple words or the Jesus Christ thing. Then I highly suggest that you leave this country ASAP. Because what comes will enslave you assuming you survive. But, you cannot just leave this nation. You must wholly disavow all aspects of the American ideal, dream and way of life. You must surrender all aspects of your American citizenship and identity. You must do so ASAP. Because, as I have told you the American citizenship as well as all of the foreign nationals in this country will perish if they remain here. Yes, your nation will make attempts to rescue you and your corpse. But those gestures will be for their own political and propaganda gains. 

This also means that if you own assets in this country(USA) and do not have any power and authority within your home nation. I high recommend that you sell and get out. Use your wealth to bolster your families real assets in your own home nation. Zero out all of your debts.

The denominations and the churches must flee from all sins which includes tolerating sin. The denominations and churches must force all all leaders who maintain their prideful sins and forcibly disallow them to stand in the holy places. While at the same time honoring the purple words below. Any truly devout Christian which is in those fallen denominations and churches. A time will come when you will need to express all manner of holiness and righteousness. For you remain in those evil places for a reason. You are their last expression of hope. Before God comes as their Holy Judge and speaks those words "...I have never known you...". You already know and do not fear. That those evil denominations and churches will do some very ugly things to you. They will beat you and throw you out. Some will visit you to cause you even more harm and physical death. Find joy in this for you're worth and do not defend yourself in any way. Just praise God and give all glory to God. Do not allow fear to enter into you. Become and be joyful that you are worthy and God knows it of you. God knows it of you.

Think about this. People within the denominations and churches will come for you to kill you. They will think of themselves as holy and righteous as what they do unto you as true and right. They will do unto you as falsely knowing they are justified. This is more than just duty and a sense of protecting the church from you. For they do not know that the purity of loving one another means to cause no harm -ever - and in any way. They know not what they do unto you. For you may very well have been their last hope at repentance, holiness and righteousness or the purple words below.

The denominations and churches which have become most like or exactly like the ancient churches of Philadelphia and Smyrna will begin to do these things. In conjunction with themselves and with other churches. Even if they have not become like Philadelphia and Smyrna. You will begin exclusive club like memberships (COSTCO, Sam's, Eagles clubs). You will each establish your own micro economies. 

You will each start planting all manner of edible and medicinal trees, bushes and plants for your region. All debts must be zeroed out by all persons. A society similar to the Amish and Mennonites must begin. You may need to inquire of them for their long historical knowledge's, wisdom's and understanding's. These things must be done ASAP. 

You will also need to continually encourage all persons. To plant those edible and medicinal trees, plants and bushes on their own properties. Even if it means removing all ornamentals. While at the same time doing the math for how plant life will have to endure in Revelation. Just because I do not and have not stated very much about an agrarian lifestyle in totality. This is what I mean. The development of skillsets like welding, electricity, plumbing, A/C, Heat, Refrigeration and all aspects of mechanics. Which should include robotics and fabrication of every kind in the near future.  All of these things should be directly tied to the established micro-economies.

The coming woes of great sadness to the United States of America can still be averted and or delayed as was seen in Nineveh by Jonah. Even though Nineveh was destroyed some 60-100 or so years later when they forgot again. Thus becoming Mosul, Iraq today. Only The Holy Bible and actual history remembers Nineveh. This will be done when the bulk of all Americans genuinely repent of their evil ways. When all Americans begin to choose to live their lives without causing harm to any other soul. Causing any kind of harm is a sin as you are not loving one another. 

When as they vote and they lose the election in 2022 or afterwards. Super majorities are achieved in the Senate and the House. All the while holding the seat of the President. The USA ends. That they all actively show up in their own city centers to quietly and peacefully protest. Remember, you cannot cause any harm at any time and this does mean something as littering. If this election cycle is stolen and maybe once again. Then a hundred million people must flood their own streets and force the vacancies of all house, senate and even the president to vacate their offices, immediately. When and if those who hold all of the power and authority knows their end is to come. They may exercise their own planned dead hand. Which means up to or more than 90% of all Americans will die within the first year o the event. So Yea, There is that.

Vision: I saw a warplane flying as high as it can. Armed with an EMP nuclear device. The time must be exact as that so called satellite will pass over at a specific time and place. The fighter pilot who is foggy, blurry and shady or some kind of out of phase or pixelated(?digital?) to me is undiscerned. He points his fighter plane towards the sky and launches his nuclear tipped EMP missile. The missile has a proximity or timed fuse. As the missile gets close to the offending satellite it detonates. All technologies dies and so does the American people in a single year after this event. 

The politicians publicly perceive this as an attack by either Iran or North Korea as they each have satellites knows as or something similar to a bright star. Satellite tracking confirms the placement of the satellite as this is seen as absolute evidence.

As an American leader, You should not ever go to war or attack any other nation without informing the American civilian population. In this modern age of warfare. Most nations can now attack from any place on the planet or use the Freedom of navigation laws for their own military benefit. The decision to attack any other nation while still fully vested in MAD is not wise.

President Donald trump has attacked Syria. It was stated as a one time attack.
It is unwise for any leader of any nation to promote war without encouraging his/her civilian population to prepare for any eventuality of attacks on their own homeland. The threat to the homeland of the USA from Russia and China is very high as they each are not a part of MAD while the USA and NATO are still both fully vested in MAD. This will make them both SAD or Singularly Assured Destroyed or Destruction.
I think it is strategically important for the American civilian to transition from a dependent society to self sufficiency society. Especially if the USA is going to perpetually be in a war footing. Because, eventually Someone is gonna use an EMP in that magic spot. Someone is gonna park a destroyer or a battle group off of the coast of Tampa or Houston or both and there is nothing you can legally do to stop it. DHS should also get more guns, missiles and anti ballistic ships. Especially in Alaska and Hawaii. Also California, Oregon and Washington State.

The entire civilian population must make and implement plans for their own self defense and survival. This is a natural right for every human being. A wise person will prepare the best they can.
The blindness of the American civilian to think we are invincible. Is a serious error and most likely do not understand MAD or Mutually Assured Destruction. Especially when the American civilian still buys all things made in China. China is becoming a more heavily defended land mass every year. China is building very modern and very capable war machines of every kind with dollars coming from the American civilian. The American civilian doesn't even know or is even aware of this one thing. But, The American will, one day when China uses those weapons against American military, industrial, political and civilian assets. Every American will then say to themselves " I paid for that, which killed our most honored and brave young men and women". Think about that the next time you buy something made in China.

A lot of preachers and pastors think that President Donald Trump is like Cyrus the great. After what the President has done in Israel. To solidify this comparison. President Donald Trump will need to make a way for the Temple to be rebuilt.
Also, Recently Russia has successfully tested their new S-500 Mobile Air Defense System. It was the longest successful engagement in the world. This mobile air defense system is very real evidence that Russia is fully out of MAD. This is news that no one is talking about other than the fact it is awesome for Russia. No one is saying anything in regards to MAD. Think about this. This is not a ballistic missile silo dug into the ground. This is a mobile systems on wheels. It can go anywhere at any time.

The loneliness you may feel in life isn't from not have a loving and ever present spouse who supports you and is on your team. The loneliness you have is from not genuinely knowing God. By thirsting for any love by any human being. Is you through your own independent action.  That the love from God or from Christ is not enough to quench your thirst for more. It is really that simple. All things come from God including life and love.
You may feel like your missing out and are starving for a loving human relationship and those feelings are very real. They are also a sign about you and your spiritual condition with God. You can joins all of the clubs and groups you want to. It won't matter if they are operated by the church or by the world systems. The end result will be as it will be.
Go and find your love in Christ and in your Heavenly Father first. Learn how to become a good righteous son and daughter first. Learn how to become clean. Ho do you do this?
1) Be willing and wanting to read the word. The word is Jesus and the word is the Holy Bible.
2) Always be in prayer. prayer is usually where you are talking to your Heavenly Father.
3) Always be in Meditation. Meditation is usually where you are listening to your Heavenly Father.
4) Fast and create a very real history of fasting on a regular basis.
5) Always Reject and Always flee from all manor of sin.
6) Spend quiet time in contemplation on the word of God.
7) Go out into the world and show yourself to be a humble son and daughter of God.

This is Prophecy:
 Ye Christians hear these words and understand them. The god of the world is coming for you in a overt, very angry and hateful manor. You will suffer and lose every manor of battle until the savior comes. The LGBT Community has cause a great defeat to anyone who is righteous, religious. A great offense to any religion which disagrees with the LGBT community. The LGBT Community has won a major legal hurdle.  There will be more victories. Until all of the rights and freedoms are stripped away from anyone claiming to be Christian and then when their political will is set in stone. They will go after Islam for in that time. The LGBT community will own the Judges, Law enforcement and military. Any established religion which is not in total agreement will be severely punished by the coming power which is the LGBT community. The LGBT Community will have their total victory.

Of course all of these things will not happen over night. It will take about 7 more years +/-. To insure these things. President Obama must retain all of his powers and office for the next seven years. Or the election of the coming prophesied Babylonian Queen in the body of Hillary Clinton.

Stop The Rain: (Unedited): 15 March 2015:

For many souls, life has only brought them rain storms. No matter how far they travel the rain storms seems to always follow. No matter how long they journey, the rain is never ceasing. So they continue their journey in the hopes of out running the persistent rain in their continuing lives. They assign blame and plead for the sun to finally shine on them even if for a little while. The rain just kept pouring.
In my younger days I identified with songs of persistent misery and sadness. Like this song by Credence Clearwater Revival https://youtu.be/lIPan-rEQJA.
It was safer for me to stay out of my house even after the bad kids had to be home at their predetermined time at night. Leaving me all alone within the sad rain and wet misery of my life.
A lot of times if not most of the time. We are responsible for the rains which comes tomorrow and all of the bad moons in all of our evenings. Sometimes if not most of the time when all that we know is bad and sad. We begin to expect it and actually want it. Because, for many there is that deep down fear if they didn't have all of the doom and gloom. Then there would be nothing.  Something like that bad negative phrase in which I have myself stated many times in my old and dead self. If it were not for bad luck. I would not have any luck at all.
I have often told many people who have endured much. Many more than I and some on going drama and abuses. You just have to have that courage to walk away and leave it all behind. That is tough to do and is not the whole truth. You have to leave your old self behind as well. But, How can I do that? It is like some old guy(Jesus) saying you must be born again. To be born again your old self must die. Because, If your old self does not die or is left behind. Then all of those material things, those bad friends and awful family. Will just be recreated by you with different faces. So leave your old self behind and begin a new life with a new you. Far away from all of that bad and sad. As you are now a new person you must only put into your new self those things which are good and true. By adopting good and true things. Your life from hence forth will be one of meaning and purpose. The only person who can stop the rain is - you(King David).
Then the rains shall always be beautiful and welcoming. Every moon shall enlighten your nights.

From a different vantage point. I can see myself deep asleep under the tigers and lions covers. Laying on my back. My mother walks in quietly. Gently Sits upon the edge of my bed and places her hands around my neck. I can hear myself gasping. With only little movements of slight struggle. Then I awaken and speak "mom" after hearing how she loves me. I end this vision of torment and reject it wholly.

Spiritual Gifts within each of  us manifest differently and with great variety. For any of us to limit ourselves because some established religious authority claims much goofy-ness in your claims. Unless you get a direct Email from God himself or some neon lighted sign hanging from the stars above. Then I wouldn't listen to them nor should you take their pills. Many problems and much confusion arises when the gifts of the spirit manifest. Especially, if you no nothing about any such thing called the spiritual gifts. Then that person may begin to think what is wrong with me? Which of course is the wrong question. The real and more positive question is. What is going right with me? If you think that positive question sounds weird. Then your own psychology is revealed. But, It's OK. Knowing your thoughts and discovering the realization of your own emotions is a growth and developmental process. It's OK and so are you. Even if your gifts will never profit you in a world of absolute spiritual rejection. They will profit you as well as profit those to who you positively inspire to make that effort to look towards the divine light and to take those essential first brave steps of a new journey which has already begun. A Journey in which you have been both gifted and burdened. You gift shall help and inspire many with wisdom learned all along the journey. The burden of the gift(s) can be difficult. But, you were chosen for a decisive victory and not for any kind of failure. Find your strength and solace in the wisdom of truths all along this journey.

Studying, prayer, meditation and contemplation. I have done and continue to do.
What is baffling me is how God can imprison those fallen angels upon the planet in which his creation resides. Then allow another 200 fallen angels to also come here in humanities ancient. Then allow those very same fallen angels to enslave humanity and to contaminate our being. Even if it is just by simple observation. Which it was not by simple observation. Humanities genetic may be so contaminated that the purification process is mandatory and that the remnant to be save as has been prophesied may only be in genetic material. You have to define the word remnant and then who defines how the word is actually used? Then try to understand how the remnant is to be decided.
I do not know where it is. but, in the Bible if i remember correctly, The saved select will receive new bodies. What does that mean and what could it mean? Will the selected spirits be saved while only genetic material is to be gathered?
Note: Just tried to quickly look for the new body prophecy. i was unable to find it.
So, what hope is there for the living? Not very much at all. Only God knows for certain. The hope is in our individual spiritual survival. It may go well for those who live under spiritual control? then this leads to the question. Which spiritual control? Those who are controlled physically are completely back words. If this is confusing let me explain more
Typically, it is supposed to work this way. The spirit is in control of the mind. The logical side of the mind leads the emotional side of the mind. The mind controls the physical body. While in agreement the spirit, mind and body chooses to be holy and righteous as defined by God.
In the modern world which was most likely created by the 200 fallen angels and who will influence humanity to free the imprisoned and bound fallen angels, deep within the Earth, most likely unknowingly. Humanity seems to operate backwards. The physical body is dominant over the mind. Birthing Extinction: (Unedited): 26 March 2014:

Through popular song and dance. 

The coming prophecies are declared and celebrated.

Expectant and excited is the worldly mother who embraces her babies kick.

The birthing process is both greatly painful and joyful.

Water shall flow and blood shall pour out.

Sad tears and joyful shouts shall be confusing to those who witness the great birth and not know it.

As the great birth begins a new life. So to comes extinction for all of the old lives.

Those of the world sing and dance within their joyful ignorance. Never realizing that which is about to be born is of great evil and the extinction of the old world shall come by fire which shall encompass all, even the most devout followers of the world. For that is the plan of those evil ones. To destroy all that humanity has created, including the memory of it all. But, it is not enough to destroy their human enemy. To get their human enemy to destroy themselves is far more satisfying for the evil ones.

The actual birthing event(s) may also be those events which minimizes the USA. By water, by fire and by blood.
Blood can still  flow even after the birthing process is complete, Thus, killing the host mother.

Ever wonder why the gods (fallen angels) who intermingled with human women allowed those women to die in child birth. Giving birth to those giants of Noah's day was a death sentence for human women. Those gods (fallen angels) had/has the power to save the lives of those human mothers and they did not by their choice. This is because there was no love within them for humanity.

In the days of Noah. The gods or fallen angels came to this planet. In the final days of prophecy those very same fallen angels will become known to all of the common human. Even though right now they have made themselves known to the rulers of the world and to the elites.

 My childhood story may sound bad and sad. But, there are a large number of children who have survived more abuses and tortures than I have. Then there are those children who died at the hands of their evil parents and relatives.
If you are reading this now. You have survived your awful past and stand victorious. Be thankful. Yes, thankful for your past. Because, your enduring strength is proven. Even though you may feel like the damaged victim. You survived it all and hopefully you are now in a safe place.

I am today, very thankful for what I have endured. I am very thankful for my wife and children. I am thankful for the life I have and had. I have experienced much and evolved from all of those negative experiences. This is important. So is the life you have had and will have. I hope you can find the positive in your whole life. Even if it does seem like that golden needle in a sea of golden hay. Your search for the positives in your life is well worth it.All of the abuse and tortures you have had to endure. Was never about you. It was always them, those who did those terrible things to you. You were just the body present.

Everyday is a Thanksgiving. I hope everyone can live everyday of their lives in a joyful celebration.

I went out exploring the other weekend and found my way into the middle of a small forest/abandoned citrus grove in a rain and lightning storm. Not good for a guy who has issues with lightning and other electrical products. I came across an area where some homeless reside. No one was around. Then I came upon a citrus tree with still ripe oranges. I noticed an ingenious tool up in a branch where the oranges were. They were to high to be reached in any natural human way. There was a dead oak branch which could be easily pulled upon which lowered the branch where the oranges were. I thought very smart and very wise of that homeless person. No harm to the tree and the fruit is still alive on the branches until he/she was ready to eat.
When I got home. The family was upset and had gone out to look for me.

Yesterday afternoon as I was on my way home from work. I noticed the community Banana tree had been broken down and it's fruit taken. I was sad. I felt the greed and selfishness. I felt the anger which was needed to harm this tree. Thus, The writing of this quote today.

Our histories are woven into today's reality. So if your one of those unfortunate souls who had to endure a history full of traumatic bad and sad. You may want to change your past as much as I do. You must know to change or alter your past in any way, will fundamentally change who you are now. One thing is for certain. You will not be the strong and determined person you are now. Those who are survivors of intense bad and sad events, are fundamentally different souls then those who had a life with much fluff. All of those bad and sad memories of your past is very similar to the memories of warriors who return home.

It doesn't matter if you were born into an awful family or like me adopted into one. I've resolved myself into thinking this. Better for me to have been adopted by them, then for someone else. If this gives you any comfort, then use it. Because, you survived as I have. Your abuse and torture may have been much worse than mine. You survived it all. many of those who are like us do not survive. So, be thankful with your heart of compassion.

Empathic Slave: (Unedited): 01 March 2013:

The Empathic Slave. Some of us are unfortunate to have been born in undesirable families. The degree of undesirable can be from mild to wild. As an empath you do have emotional, physical and spiritual connections. Which no matter where you are in the universe. You are going to feel what they feel, with intensity. It is you who must learn how to change the channel, re-direct your empathic antenna, to squelch the signal or to unfortunately turn them off forever. Turning them off forever isn't a permanent solution as if they have made real life changes which is beneficial to all. Then you can re-program their channel back into your empathic radio.
Some people are incredibly negative and hateful. Yes, this includes your own family members. I'm sorry about that. But, you the claimed empath must protect yourself, just to save yourself.
Have you ever noticed that you get sad, angry, or hateful when your mother does? How about that aunt or sibling or father? Especially, when there is absolutely no valid or reasonable reason why you should have negative emotions? Especially, when your not even involved with their continuous drama anymore. You may have even moved across town or to the other side of the country. Yet, The negative emotions, the angers and hatreds are still there. Most of this could be from a life of psychological training and conditioning. You have to do that hard psychological work within your own self to change and stop all of your stinking thinking. If not you will remain a slave to that life training of stinking thinking. You cannot ignore the psychology of you and blindly pursue the way cool powers of being a super psychic hero. If you ignore your defective psychology and we all have our own defects in our own psychology. All of the skills you learn in being a psychic or empath will only magnify your specific defect(s) in your psychology. Which means if you think your miserable now. Just wait til after you begin skill development of your gifts. Without addressing and correcting your psychology. You may be a car wreck now, but you will evolve into a train wreck later. So, fix your stinking thinking before and during your empathic growth. 

The Empathic Slave Part 2. Being an Empath may be a genetic part of your family. Guess what, It doesn't matter if they believe in the spooky gifts or not. For you who have just made the realization, That you have a history of knowing things without ever being taught them or without ever being communicated by any acceptable method. Right now it just sux being you. Your a helpless slave to your gifts and those gifts are quickly becoming a curse to your life, if they aren't already. What do you do? As a slave, your typical action to get someone to fix it for you. That is the slave mentality. All a slave does is to do as they are told, without having to think or do for themselves. A slave must be taken care of by an authority figure. Who are the spooky authority figures here is this Journey group? The needy slaves will seek out those slave masters (The Journey authority figures) to take care of all of their problems. The Journey authority figures must not feed the hungry slave but rather teach and empower the hungry slave to go and feed themselves. It is a tough lesson to learn by the slave and the slave may even consider you as mean and cold hearted person. But, The slave who learns how to fish, how to plant their seed, how to tend the seeds growth and how to harvest. Will never be a hungry slave again. As a matter of fact they will never be a slave again. The new realized empath is the hungry slave. The new realized empath must be taught that the journey is not the place for needy slaves. But, It is a place for those hungry needy slaves who desire to learn to fish and to plant their own seeds. So that they may choose their own righteous journey as free thinking gifted individuals as designed by God.

The Logical Empath: (Unedited): 01 March 2013:

The Logical Empath. Can it be possible for an emotional empath to operate on their other side? Yes, If they want to remain sane. Go into your closet a get your detective hat and pipe. This is important especially for the new empaths or for those empaths, psychics who desire to get to that newer level.
Before, You go any further in this message. Please read the empath materials in this group. This is from the Journey group on Facebook. It is invite only or closed or secret or all of the above.
Your an empath. So you say. What does that mean really and is it really a gift, a blessing or a curse? Did you get your detective cap and pipe out yet. Are you ready?
Every single emotion that you feel must have an intellectual thought for each individual emotion. If there is no intellectual thought for an emotion. Then it is not your emotion. So, you have to train yourself like an analytical detective like Joe Friday. "Just the facts Ma'am". Are you feeling angry? well why are you angry? Suzi stepped on your toe three times? That is a very logical reason. So, your emotion to the stepping on your toe is justified.
Very recently you have developed a very real spiritual connection to a kindred spirit named Heidi. On a soon to come Saturday your watching a very funny movie and then become incredibly worried and then begin to smile. You go through your logical detective process and ask yourself some questions. What am I worried about? You logically conclude "nothing". What am I smiling about? "The funny movie"? But, you have a certain unqualified doubt about that. So, you begin by meditating on each family member and friend. Nothing really stands out. But, what about that new person I met named Heidi. So you send her a generic message "Are you OK?" Heidi responds " I accidentally blew up a mean old X-boyfriends hair and he didn't even recognize me. I loved every minute of it-oops, I mean poor guy. He should be out of the hospital in a few weeks.
It's race time. Go get your favorite NASCAR racing shirt. I know some of you have at least one shirt. Your brain is a wicked trickster. The brain just doesn't like to have stray emotions just racing about.
This is a timed event. The time is solely defined by your own brain and it is a very real race. So, you suddenly have a bad and sad emotion. You think to yourself. I'm not logically thinking about any bad and sad thoughts. Then suddenly boom. You are now thinking about a bad and sad event which happened to you. So, is now everything OK in the world of your empathic brain? Nope, it taint. Your logical part of your brain searched your own memory to find a bad and sad event which matches your bad and sad emotion. Pretty cool. Nope, your brain just coped with a stray and unknown emotion. There is someone out in the universe who you have a connection to that is having some bad and sad emotions. But, now your brain just muddled it all up. This is of course bad, but it really isn't because the brain is trying to protect itself. So you must train your brain in being responsible with your gift so that you can be a blessing to others. The next step in the growth of your gifts is the knowing of intellectual information. The detective work is similar as are the questions. Such as are these my logical thoughts are someone else? This is the empathic protection system (EPS). 

Warning! Warning! Warning!

Whose thoughts and emotions are in your head?  1). Are those thoughts and emotions in their from an expressed need by a sender? 2). Are they in their by accident? 3). Are all of those seemingly random thoughts and emotions being created by an undisciplined and untrained mind? 4). or are they in their, to influence your will by some design which greedily benefits someone else? 

 1). When you make connections or connections have been genetically or spiritually made on your behalf. You are tied to those persons until those connections are severed in some way. But, you do not need to be connected to send and receive messages in some fashion. The first message you will typically receive are those from those persons who are in need. Sometimes they will just think you were there with them. Thus, those logical and emotional messages are instantly sent. Faster than the speed of light. Which means Einstein is in error to a degree as his formula is not complete. The signal does not lose strength or intensity over distance and space. Typically the emotional signal can be much stronger than the logical portion of the message. This is because the logical portion is often time internalized where as the emotional portion of the signal is externalized. This is the same thing as when a person is sad and in tears and you do not know why. The person is expressing the emotion and internalizing the logical aspect of the problems. Sometimes this is why a phone call/text/IM or some other instant messaging is necessary. 

There are natural security barriers to this which of course protects you and your sanity. For instance if an untrained and undisciplined empath gets involved with social work. This can cause that empath to lose them self. You know that caring person who loves everyone and who just wants to help all creatures great and small. You have to discipline your mind. The best method to train your brain is through 2 avenues. #1 Effective meditation and #2 the avoidance of any mind altering substance. Both are crucial and yes I also include cigarettes and mind altering medications. For others certain sugars and caffeine's. 

2). Some people send emotional and logical messages by accident. So do you and so do I. We all are at fault in this regard. It's kind of like leaving your house with the lights, T.V., Radio  or computer on. Except with humans we are on all of the time and transmitting are on personal signals. Look for my writings with the comparison with radio theory. Found it.

So within our own minds we do need to learn how to find our own on/off switch within our own mind and then learn how to use it. This can be done with directed meditation and over time. You can turn off or De-tune yourself from random incoming thoughts and emotions. Ask yourself this question. Is an empath bipolar or is a bi-polar an empathic? Just think about that one. What about the use of mind altering medications? Are those mind altering medications helping the bipolar person while harming the empath? These are very tough questions. Especially when the empath has been medicated for so long and their own brains have chemically altered themselves and become addicted. 

3). The untrained and undisciplined mind. I have already covered it and will restate it. Meditation is the best method for brain discipline. With all of the flavors and practices. With focusing on a singular thought or on no thought or opening yourself up to the Divine source. All three will be good or just one for now and then maybe another for later. How ever you think through your meditation plan. It all boils down to time. The smartest and most wise of humanity do 4+hours of meditation per day. No vacations. No days off. That's just the way it is. Am I that 4+  hour a day person. NO. Have I done it? Yes. Was it profound? Absolutely so. The quote writing that I do and the quality of my writing is based on the quality and time spent in prayer and meditation. So, when you see a dry spell. There you go. Did I sneak in the "Prayer" word. Yep. I did. Because Prayer is you talking to the Creator and meditation is you essentially listening. Which is more important? 

4). The most troubling part of being an empath. As an empath it seems that your spiritual receiver and transmitter is always on. Which means those things in which you may know nothing about can hear you think as well as speak to you. Most of the time this is not a good thing. Because, many of those spiritual beings will imitate exactly how you think to yourself and speak to you exactly how you think to yourself. So being a newly realized empath or even an empath with experience under your belt. How do you stop them? You have to define them. Spirits, Angels, Ghosts and a variety of other beings. Maybe, even some of those human beings who have achieved secret skills.  How do you defend/protect yourself  from outside influences? Again, This is through a form of silent the mind meditation. In which any outside or any uncontrolled thought is silenced absolutely. In the beginning of this practice. It may seem like a fight for your own mind. That's because it is. You may have been some other entities human remote controlled person. Now that your aware of their influence over you. They are getting frustrated. They just lost their human toy. This is an obvious childish explanation. Never the less it does seem to be so. Over time some of these entities will just leave you and find another human R/C toy to have their fun. It can be that simple while others are much more dark and evil in their control over your body. To influence you, to re-train your brain, so that you automatically become a self controlled human robot doing the masters will. All of it psychologically conditioned to do. This isn't so fun anymore.  Well, you can use your own imagination. Essentially, Your mind controls the body. The mind can also disconnect from the spirit world. Which is easily seen in the modern world today. The outside influence will want to alter your psychology to become more apathetic. The less you care the greater the outside control. Are you still following me. Do you often think? I don't care in more and more situations than you did a year ago, a decade ago or even several decades ago? Are you inhaling Chemically added tobacco products which are designed to cause you not to care as much. Which is essential in calming people down who tend to care to much. Wow. look above and re-read. Empaths tend to care to much as defined by worldly and anti-spiritual people. Those empaths who are said to care to much are actually those advanced persons that all of us lower humans are supposed to attain to become as well.
