When your focus of decision and of emotion is that of expressing as a physical act mercy, kindness, compassion. Providing for a person who is thirsty or cold or hungry or sick or some other need. These things are good and should come from the depths of your love for your brother and sister and who is your brother and sister. All of humanity. or your inner focus can be based on distrust and hatred for them and those who do not appear as you do. from this distrust and hatred leads to anger, accusations, taunting and violence and then to destruction, death and suffering. The good and bad thinking and the good and bad emotions. Do lead to actions which will have corresponding outcomes.

It is important for each of us to know that we each can be a positive influence or mentor to anyone else. If only we each of 7+ billion inhabitants of this one little blue marble floating in the heavens of this universe, would just freely do so. All aspects of life on this planet would improve for the benefit of everyone. If all of the common people would just refuse to go to war and to refuse all manor of violent acts. The entire world would become a peaceful place. There would be no one to shoot a gun in anger or defense. There would be no one to man the war ships and boats of the world. There would be no one to pilot any war plane to fire missiles or drop bombs. War horses would be used to plow fields and swords reforged into peaceful machines or tools. 
For I tell you the truth. There will be that last drop of blood spilled in anger against that last chosen innocent soul onto the soil and that will begin the extinction process on this entire planet. No one will be saved. Not even those in their deep underground bomb shelters. For they to will not survive. For their shelters for their own personal safety built off of the backs whom they would sacrifice as worthless citizens. Those places shall become their coffins.

Empathic Time Waves Concept: Thought Concepts: (Unedited): 03 may 2016:

Note Form:
For the most sensitive of empaths. They can smell smells which have not been made. They hear the words of people who have not spoken them yet. They can see things which have not even become into action.
Sometimes I wonder why so many who know not the gifts they have been given seem to always know them all as curses. Medications they consume until their brain is numb and dumb. Maybe even chemically burned up.
An empath can see, feel, hear and smell those things which only ride the top of a profound time wave which like a stone tossed into a calm lake. Sends it's ripples outward in all directions. The empath being on top of the water can only see that which is facing them in the on coming wave. The closer the empath is to the source of the wave. The more clear and stronger their picture will be.
Think about it. In our natural state of being we see, hear, smell and feel everything? or do we? Think about that. Our human state of being is very limited as compared to other animals and in some cases at a distinct disadvantage.

If I'm not being clear. Try this. Go out into a safe place.  This is realized humor.
Here is the test for you. Go and just sit and then begin to focus on everything and everyone all at one single time. Try to see, hear, smell and feel everything and everyone all around you all at once. No excuses. Don't immediately accuse me of being silly because your defective human form has only given two eyes at the front of your face and you cannot see all around you at once.  Get it. smile.
Then travel to the beach. Go and enjoy yourself except for about 15-30 minutes. Be sure you know how to swim and watch out for under toes or is it under tows. Go out into the water to that safe place where you are comfortable and safe. Face the incoming waves and keep only your eyes above the water at all times. Yes, breathe occasionally if you have to. (More humor).
Imagine the waves covered in real time news feeds. With those family and friends the most highlighted. Imagine again but in truth. As each wave approaches what can you see, hear and smell? You can only see the front side of the wave as it approaches. The back side not so much. The information deep/dimensionality in the unseen wave can only be seen when you yourself go deeper into the information within that wave. The wave is more than the seen surface. But, once the wave is gone so to is that information. Coming at you quickly is another wave with additional information. If all you know is what is on the front side of the incoming wave. You begin to notice that all you know is bits upon bits of information in real time.
 But, if you can body surf or dive into the depths/dimensionality of that one wave of interest you can stay in or on that wave and know more actually, spiritually, and mentally.

The speed of thought is greatly superior to the speed of light. The difference between the speed of thought and the speed of light. Can be equated to comparing a baby walker and a rocket ship or maybe one of them ultra cool UFO ships on the T.V.  Because if you can think of a person or place. Then you can actually be in that timely presence mentally, spiritually and maybe physically. But, that can be very hazardous if you do not have total control of every thought, emotion and desire. This includes knowing which are your thoughts and which ones are not.

The word beat within the culture of music. Keeps the intelligent listeners mind at the frequency of the thump. The actual intelligence of the word thumping beat keeps the listener in a constant state of animalistic emotion.

Growth, development and evolution of the person is stopped when constantly listening to music which forces you to remain in a mental and emotion state of a basic animal. An animal only knows immediate rewards. Animals do not plan for the future. Animals do not purposely grow, develop  or evolve themselves. 
The music you constantly listen to listen to the words. Are the words good or bad? In the basic sense? Is there honor, respect, in the music? Does your music demean or lessen human value of a human person of equal value?
Have you felt the sudden sense of anger and the need to strike out against something or someone? What was the music  you have been listening to.
The continuous play of hate music, violent music, devaluing music with headphones over and over is brain washing your own mind without your awareness or permission. You just sheepishly listen to the cool music that everyone else is listening to. Just pull your pants down below your bottom and walk in public like the unaware slave you have become.

A penny is just a penny. It does not control how it lays, heads or tails, shiny or dirty. But. You who discovers a discarded penny is the one who assigns either a positive, negative or apathetic emotion to it. C.J.MacKechnie

Even the conclusion that a penny is good luck or bad luck. It is you who emotionally decides if something is good or bad. Your acceptance of false belief systems, taught to you as a child from other people defines even today how you live. A penny is neither good luck or bad luck. But, A penny found means you now have more than what you had before and that simple fact may be just enough good luck, you need to jump start your positive life changes for the better. Heads is good luck and tails is bad luck is the false belief which takes away your freedom to choose if any such thing is good luck or bad luck to you.

Letting Go Empath: (Unedited): 18 March 2013:

Let go of those emotions which has no logical content, before you create them from memory. Let go of those emotions which were never yours to begin with. Let go of the memories of other peoples hurts and torments. Let go of those fears and anxieties which may grow within you and cause you to avoid human contact. Let go of those internal uncontrolled feelings of being cursed by this great empathic blessing. Let go of your own history of faults and failures. Let go of those feelings of being overwhelmed and over powered. Let go of being owned and controlled by your empathic gift. Letting go of the negativity has always been your choice. Just as embracing the positive feelings of others is a very relevant side to being an empath. Letting go of the undesirable will leave an empty space within you, which is to be filled with that which you deem desirable. C.J.MacKechnie

 By maintaining a direct connectedness with the divine. A better balance of individual control can occur. The mind becomes better at making the good and just decisions. The passions of ones own heart is properly tempered in the righteous direction. Then when the spirit, mind, heart and body becomes unified into oneness. Miracles as defined today, become average and commonplace.
The sinless body can then evolve to the degree to become what ever that may be.

 The control of the hearts and minds of the common people is the only sure fire way to achieve power, authority and wealth. Those who thirst for absolute control over the common people, Must separate each common person from their divine connection. Once the dis-connection happens. Then can the logical mind be educated or re-educated with the information the controllers desire. The emotional heart needs it's own direction and when the mind is directed to pay attention to a certain thing. The passions from within can ramp up. When this happens to any person. They can be effectively enslaved without ever using any form of the "SLAVE" word.

Negative Options: (Unedited): 28 Dec 2011

If you have only contemplated a negative option. Maybe, it is only the surrender into the dark nothingness is what you believe will become your finality. C.J.MacKechnie

There is always other options. Which will include the positive ones. When you choose a negative option, choice, opportunity. What will be the result or reward? Of course more and better negativity, more and better suffering and misery. More losing, more failing, more defeat. 

Search and find the positive options, choices and opportunities. They are there. They always are. Their rewards are ...well... Positive... Positive logic and emotions. This is very simple logic. Even when dealing with the complexity of emotions. Search and find the positive. Reject the easy negative. Reject all negativity. In the absence of any substance, a something will naturally fill it. So, just by continuously rejecting any and all negativity, What do you think will fill and flow into that empty space? Something positive. 

Something positive will flow in. Even if you have only known the absolute negativity of life and recognize nothing positive. Positive things will eventually begin to flow into you freely. This positivity may even be alien to you and cause you some fear. Just know you will be OK and it is OK for these strange positive things to occur. Just do not chase them off and reject them. Because, something must fill in the empty space. If you flee from positivity then negativity will always want to flow in like a tsunami. Your life will always seem like a never ending war against negativity and the alien. The alien is represented here as positive, positive thoughts, positive emotions, positive actions in your favor.

Self Perpetuating Misery: (Unedited): 25 Dec 2011:

Each layer of a foul smelling onion. Is like each individual negative thought and emotion you have. Which in the beginning has minimal effect upon you, your family and your friends. As you progress through life. The accumulation of each negative layer you build upon and apply to the exterior of the last negative layer of negativity. Will begin to trip you up and slow you down. Until, finally your unable to move forward in your now former evolving human development. Your loving family and friends. Try as they may remove each layer of negativity off of you. With encouraging words of positive inspiration. But, your own awful out gassing leaves a stench on your caring family and friends. They continue to positively encourage you. But, your emanating foul odor of negativity becomes to much for them to handle. So your loving and caring family and friends. Leave you to your own self perpetuating misery. As you declare to anyone who will listen. NO ONE LOVES ME. NO ONE CARES ABOUT ME. EVERYONE HAS ABANDONED ME. WONT ANYONE HELP ME? C.J.MacKechnie

 If you think about this as a negative post and see how the negative person was abandoned by their own former family and former friends. Then you should re-think your own thinking process. It was not the negative person who was abandoned. It was the negative person who abandoned their family and friends. The family and friends chased for a time after the negative one whom they all loved. The family and friends could not follow the negative person into their place of self perpetuating misery. Can you understand this. Good people will not follow bad people into sin. The bad people who embrace sin, selfishly and wrongly think the good people abandoned them. Which is incorrect? 

When the bad person or the negative person, begins to see the light and the error of their ways. Then repents and flees from it. Can in time regain a healthy relationship with those former family and friends who they have abandoned.
