Maintain your mission

Quality and quantity,

Despite others' spite.

Those who are insufficient at work shall always blame the person who maintains their Q's mostly above and beyond what the bosses' desire as well as under budget. This continuous and unrelenting effort by a singular person amongst slow paced workers does create much hostility in one direction. That direction will be from the many toward the one. While the one will most likely be oblivious to the whining complaints of the many, the bosses need to be aware of that one singular sign, which is the many all at once complaining to the bosses while the one is silent. The many will look very bad if the one hard, efficient and smart worker remains employed. If the bosses offer a deaf ear to the complaints of the many, then the many will most likely begin to terrorize the one through sabotage of equipment that one person uses and sabotage of final products, jobs and missions. Also through subtle means will the many terrorize the one - through social exclusion of all kinds, through the spread of never ending rumors that the one will not hear anything about - until the point comes when no one will want to work with the one person any longer.
I tell you this truth: it is better for the bosses to rid themselves of the many instead of the one. If the bosses allow this kind of professional terrorism, sabotage and social ridicule to continue, then those immediate bosses need to be released from their own duties, to be followed by the release of the offending many.

In anything and everything you do, you should want to maintain the 4 Q's because you want to, not because you have to. The Quality of your work should always be easily seen and Quickly known by all. The Quantity of your work should be of a sufficient number as to tell those you are a smart, efficient and hard worker. You should always be Qualified above the minimum tested standards for general acceptance. You should have the desire to be a part of a Quintessential team.that also desires to maintain the Q's.

Never Fear Water: (Unedited): 05 May 2015:

The fear of embarrassing ridicule can cause a person to never begin.

Fear we think of as those negative feelings that tend to prevent us from doing most anything. Putting our hands on the stove or sticking our tongues onto frozen poles up north or swimming with alligators in Florida. These seem like very reasonable fears of self protection and of course there are many many more.
BUT, There are those other fears which seem to be pressed onto us from society and from our peers. Your peers may not have the best regards for you and may only see your mistakes or accidents as instant sources for their own amusement. This very rude and selfish behavior can easily be seen in those YouTube videos where people go out and have those embarrassing accidents or do those things which were not thought out very well. In which you can hear their own so called friends in the back ground laughing while taking video of the stupidity. Any friend not even a good friend would stop another friend from doing any physically harming thing on purpose. I guess today in this modern world there are few friends while there are many who only associate with others who bring amusement and entertainment.
This same kind of attitudes can also prevent a person from ever beginning a thing. Even if that thing could be their thing of future perfection within their own lives.
To be laughed at no matter what the reason or cause. Seems to be more than enough to cause those delicate souls from ever taking that first step towards a wonderful dream or goal which can be manifested. I see this as one of the greatest thefts and cruelties in modern society today.

I'm an INFJ. As an INFJ I'm not immune from ridicule from my peers as there are not many peers in my world or this world of 7.2 billion people. I'm not a very good writer and yet I still write. I would suppose if ridicule affected me to that degree of stopping I would have several thousand quotes ago. But, The message seems to be more important than proper writing style and you do have to really think about what you read from my uneducated writing style. Can you just get over how I do not use the word There, their or the other one incorrectly from time to time or is that most of the time. Because if you cant it's like staring at the finger and missing everything else. aha, Bruce Lee mix "Be water my friend".Yes copy and paste, go watch it.

Think about Bruce Lee. I do not know if he was an INFJ . But, he suffered ridicule and death threats from all of the Asian martial arts community. Yet, today his vision can be seen in the mixed martial arts which is very popular today. Except for the obvious absence of wisdom and understanding which has been associated with martial arts in their recent history. I guess that is a great sadness in martial arts. Where any person can achieve great skill and knowledge of any art and yet be so unaware of it's history, wisdom and understanding. This is emptiness or a cup with no water and you have an unquenchable thirst for something which seems to be that unknowing thing at the tip of your tongue.
We should all be like Bruce Lee and not like him at all. In other words be yourselves and be unyielding in your endeavors, even if you have not begun them yet or even have a clue as to what endeavor actually mean. Because , be water my friend.

This isn't about fighting and yet it is. Can you fight with yourself?  Can you fight the Bruce and Chuck which is within each of us at once? We all do and we all must. Those who do find there thing in life. Had to fight many internal battles to get to where they are today and we each must fight many more unknown battles just to see tomorrow.
The statistical and logical conclusion of my childhood dictates. I should be dead more than once, I should be homeless, I should be incarcerated, I should be forgotten. This is my reasonable truth. This is not showing off or up for comparison of bragging rights. I'm pretty sure I may not have been able to survive the life you have lived. This is just a proof that we all must fight our own fights from within and from the outer world. Just the pressure from the outer world can be enough to keep you within your own inner world and that may in fact be a crime. Because, you may be that one person who changes the whole of the world. Can you see how you could be that water flow of change. The avoidance of stagnancy should be within us all and become our outward expression in this life.

One should always listen to the mentors and prophets. Especially, if their words are more than plausible.
The mentors of the world seem to be those who want to steer you into the best kind of life which is possible for you. If you so choose to heed the mentors wonderful words of probability.
The prophets are also the same as the mentors. except they are the bringers of warnings. The prophet wants you to stop doing what ever it is you are doing. If not then the very probable doom and gloom shall come to you and to your people.
The mentor and prophet are one and the same. The direction of message is the same. Just spoken differently. As a matter of fact. A mentor can also wear the hat of the prophet.

How can you tell  the difference between the two grown teachers? One teacher will be good and the other evil. One teacher will administer compassion and mercy towards any who are deceived. The evil teacher who believes those who do not agree with his or her teaching should be ridiculed, harmed and or killed in a public format.
The differences are there for anyone who is willing to see.

A good teacher cannot preach love, peace or harmony and then encourage the youth to hate THEM, go off to war or to create chaos.

A evil teacher will mix good and evil philosophies. He or she will use one to support the other. He or she will promise wonderful benefits for all when the evil deeds are completed. The evil teacher will always have common sense responses to anyone who begins to question their authenticity.

The good teacher who is infused with love, peace, harmony and life can easily see the evil teacher and has much compassion for the degree of unknowing deception within the evil teacher. The good teacher knows the degree of deception that is within the evil person. The good teacher even knows that the evil ones have not their freedom to do anything other then the evil they do and they no not any other way. The evil ones may not even be able to choose to alter their own belief systems or evil deeds as they may already be in reprobation as assigned by GOD.
The evil teacher who sees the good teacher will only express hate and condemnation. The evil teacher will continually profess just how stupid and ignorant the good teacher is.  The evil teacher will also continually express just how discriminatory and full of hate the good teacher is.

The young are crucially important to both the good and evil. Both know in order to perpetuate their perspective ideals. The young must be taught from an early age. Since this world is controlled by Satan so to the entire worlds educational system. Which teaches only knowledge without wisdom or understanding. Those students who desire to know more than knowledge will reach out for themselves for wisdom and understanding. It is Satan who has put into place those evil teachers who will teach contaminated wisdom and understanding.

The teaching of absolute love, peace, harmony and life is the purest form of honor at all levels. Physical honor, Family honor, national honor, Spiritual honor and humanity honor. These teaching of the purest forms of honor will result in zero wars and conflicts with one another. The rulers of the world would come together in unity instead of using world organizations for their own selfish gains of wealth, power and intelligence. This is easily seen in how the common peoples of the world live and are educated.
When a young farmer dreams a dream and wakes up knowing all they will ever be is a farmer is not freedom. When a young woman who desires to know more than she is allowed and yet knows all she will ever do and know is to have babies is not freedom. Any person who is confined to be less than anyone else is worse than being placed inside of prison walls and bars. Self empowerment is a fundamental right of humanity. Any government which denies this right is not one of God. Not speaking of the god of this world which is satan. The GOD of love, peace, harmony and of life is the one i refer to.

 Then and only when the established authority finds a use for Rudolph. Do all of the other reindeer begin to accept and love Rudolph. This only happens after the authority has a use. So in order to be accepted by the authority and by other people. You must be of use to the authority.

Who is the defined authority is in accordance to your own belief system. The political or religious authority. Either way it works for a child to learn and for adults to mindlessly pass along this Rudolph to their own children.

The public proclamation from the authority to Rudolph. An invitation to use your odd gifts and different abilities for the benefit of the authority.

Then one foggy Christmas Eve

Once accepted and invited by the authority. Only then does Rudolph become happy and the other reindeer begin to love and accept Rudolph. All of this can only happen through those who are in the established authority.

I've driven all over this great land we call The United States of America. Everywhere I see apathy. people who no longer care about their jobs. Like any terrible air borne disease, Apathy spreads to everyone. Like any new disease which enters your being. It gestates, grows, multiplies and evolves. All within you. So, If a fellow employee doesn't care about doing a good job. What do you do? Work twice as hard or say and do as this apathetic person is doing? A good person will work their own job and jump in to complete the apathetic persons job. Because, most apathetic people just do not last long. Except for now, with the reward of unemployment compensation. Free money for sitting at home.
What happens if your in an entry level position and filled with pride for the company and job. Only to have an apathetic person as your boss. What do you do? Because any genuine complaint or communication of a problem, you may have will be twisted into by the apathetic boss in a negative fashion against you. While if the apathetic boss sees merit to your complaint. They will twist it for their own benefit and reward. When they take it to the supreme all knowing bosses. Then when there is a fix and you approach the apathetic boss about the idea. The apathetic person will ridicule you as they and he/she knows way more than you and this was in there awareness for some time. In other words you wasted your time. Which you didn't, But, you will never know the truth. because the apathetic boss person will erect a shield to anyone above their position. Not because they are all controlling but rather they are protecting themselves.
The same goes when you have that great wonderful idea. The apathetic boss will see your idea as an opportunity for themselves.
The word peoples can be replaced with Companies, corporations, nations, planet.

I guess a good person will walk away. While the bosses can and will fill your position. Who and what kind of person will they get. They will get people who match the psychology of the apathetic boss. Which in the end means what for the company? A never ending stream of stupid problems which no one will resolve. Why? not because of training or the lack of training. Because, of the attitude "If no one cares why should I". So, if you are a caring supreme all knowing big time boss man and your experiencing a never ending stream of stupid time and money losing problems. Look down your chain of command. Have a personal conversation with your entry level people with reassurances. Those who by record are always early and are always getting the job done above your own defined standard. Find and locate the apathetic disease within and cut it away. Cast it or them into the symbolic fire and remember them no more.

... Facebook note #1500. I'm at the end of the Facebook world. The inspiration for this is Flying J truck stop. On I-81x77, exit #77. A yellow truck was dripping diesel fuel. Not a stream but a steady drip. Hours of dripping and not a single driver who entered or exited cared enough to voice a concern. No flying J manager has even went around the property as they arrived to work. Now there is a 50-100 gallon fuel spill. The J guys were successful in preventing the fuel from actually getting into a drain pipe. No one cares anymore. People only care if you bring it to their attention. This is very real evidence of a people self destructing. C.J.MacKechnie
