You as a manager must first be able to assemble a team and grow that team with a singular unity and goal as defined by you. Our modern world has become a throw it all away culture. Especially if that person or thing appears to be outdated in any way. We place our elders far away from our lives. Into facilities which we think will make them happy. When in truth placing our elders into facilities is for our comfort and ease of mind. There is a great loss. The loss of wisdom and the loss of history. The loss of wisdom and history is crucially important for the younger generation to have those stories which will guide them and assist them in making the good decisions in their lives.
Think about it. If your children knew all of those good, bad and ugly stories about you. Then you taught them all of those stories in a way which helps them to make better decisions than you have made. Your children will have that choice to actually make wise decisions in the time they have to make them. Without any of those stories. The making of decisions based in wisdom is no longer an option or even a part of their thinking processes.
A person becoming an elder. Should not mean they have attained an age where they suddenly become useless. An elders important duty is not to permanently go on vacation until they begin the physical process of death. But, that is what we do now and it is a crime to the youth of the next generation. In which the youth of the next generation are living their lives without any wisdom from the elders whom they are supposed to learn to respect. But, from the actions of their parents the youth learn that it is OK to disrespect their elders. The elders have not helped any by purposefully being absent in the lives of the next generation. So the elders become strangers who do not need to be listen to.
What has become important in this modern day society is the technology which enables all of us to engage in the social media sites of our interest. To such a degree that social media has become those cold unfeeling digital family members. Who are preferred over flesh and blood people. Which is supposed to be important?
The absence of elders in the lives of the next generation. Births the absence of the foundational importance of historic wisdom's.  For the elders do have a responsibility to teach the next generation. Even if that means if their lives become shortened. They should still teach all that they know in a written format which will have an opportunity to last longer than their own shortened lives. This shall become their evidence of love for the many generations to come after they are long gone into the Earth. The importance of wisdom needs to be expressed through every generation there after.

Those that do. May be the ones who needs the most compassion, consideration, love and forgiveness. As they may think of themselves as not worthy of any compassion, consideration, love or forgiveness. In doing so and without any expectancy of any return. You show the world just how beautiful of a rose you truly are even though the whole of the world will want to pluck you from the branch. This is OK. Because you being the rose is just a part of who you are. Which will grow a new. The rose is just a part of you and not the whole of you. The roses which come from you is like your love, mercy, compassion and all of the other good qualities of you. They are all limitless and without ending. True beauty is within you and from the spirit, mind and heart of who you truly are. The physical part of you is just the part of you which emanates that which is from within you.

Who are those that do? What have they done or continue to do? 
Some people have spent their entire lives making mistakes and errors in judgements for almost forever as it may seem to them. Their never ending bad living state to them seems impossible to get out of. They are in that downward spiral which seems to be going no where and they are out of control. They may have even given up trying to be in control over their own lives.
Maybe the those that do are your parents? Or just your dad or just your mom. Maybe, the person is a grand parent or both. It doesn't matter. You were born into the family and each persons history is not your fault. Nor can you fix them and their problems. They may never be who you want them to be either. So all you can do is love them and continually give unto them you compassion, mercy and consideration. That is all. Is it fair for you? Of course not. Those thoughts of fairness and unfairness are weeds which will choke the beauty and love out of you. So fight all negative thoughts out of your mind daily.

You can only do all of this when you are clean, sober and pure. 
Without any pride, ego or arrogance on your part. You are the humble gift to them. You are their renewed hope if they can ever choose to open their blind eyes and closed off minds to see and know something beautiful within them all still exists and is still among them. 
You are their fruit which is good, sweet and wonderful. Even though their vines are now barren of any fruit sweet or sour, healthy or sickly. You are a gift to them from a God who wants them to return to His family.

We are tied into our physical and mental worlds. All that we naturally think we are is wrapped in the incoming information of our external senses from our eyes, ears, skin and nose. Then through the creativity of our own minds. We can create whole new worlds, universes, existences and even new identities.
To further our separation from knowing our true selves (Spirit) and from God. We delve into external fantasies through media. Such as books, music, shows, internet, Television and etc. This continued separation is far worse than the minutes our hours spent engaged in the media of our choosing. Because, our minds are very susceptible to reprogramming or brain washing. Most of humanity isn't even aware of just how easy it is to alter their own way of thinking. So when you listen to that awful music which is deemed ultra cool by the culture you live in. You automatically assume there is no harm to you. But, there is and it is very subtle. The key to the severity of the harm is in the repetition and it your active participation in the content.
Other subtle ways to transform a mind away from your internal spirit and from reconnecting with God. Is to really like music, shows, characters and to only find out that they are very offensive people in their real truthful lives. Then deciding it is OK because you like the character or show they are acting in.
Even to the degree. Where your pastor of a religious church comes out as gay. Yet you remain present in that church and or religion. Yet you continue to attend your religion even though they have decided to accept all into their clergy even those actively engaged in sinful lifestyles.
You cannot ever approach God when there is sin in your life accepted and addicted sins of any kind.
It doesn't matter if the government has legalized sin. in which if your religion and government has legalized and accepted any kind of sin. Then it is they who has separated themselves from God. If you continue to participate within their accepted sin. Then you shall also be separated from God. No matter how much you want the connection. Through your continued participation. You shall share in the consequences of allowing the abomination of desolation into your holy place(s).  You shall become like one of the fallen angels, religions, churches and countries and human beings.

Through quietening of our own external world and our own internal mind. Can we then reacquaint our physical self with our true spiritual being. Then from there reach out to touch God.

To disconnect yourself from both the outside world and the running's of your own out of control internal thinking processes. Has to be a choice of yours. Do you really want to disconnect from all of those entertaining outside influences? Do you really want to have control over the absolute free flow of thoughts? Do you want to acquaint yourself with your true self? Do you want to reacquaint yourself with God? These two things are your first choices to make? The simple or not so simple method of meditating helps and assists you to gain control over your own mind. Turning off the media devices and spending some very quiet alone time is the other.
For many humans beings they have already been self conditioned to automatically turn on the cell phone, computer device, television, radio. To be ever surrounded with noise. All of these sounds only distract you away from the truth. The truth of who you are supposed to be. A child of God with full awareness of your own true state of being. As defined by God and not by the rulers of the world. The rulers cannot control you or have any real authority over you if you are governed directly by God. You become a free being who loves everyone, who lives in peace with all, who exists in harmony with all that surrounds them and who cherishes all life.
But before you can reconnect with God. You must first begin to live your life in righteousness and holiness as directly seen and known by God.

When you are finally are able to truly reach out to God. Do not be surprised to discover. That you have always been in His loving hand.

After much time praying, meditating and contemplating those things of God and of quietness. After, you have eliminated all of the sins from your life. After, you have begun to live your outward life with love, Peace and harmony. This is not by duty or because you have to in order to prove it. This is an out expression of who you are and what you have become. This is the evidence of your life's journey so far. Which can only be seen and judged by God. Then is when wonderful things shall happen in it's time.

To express the wonders of God is impossible for the human mind and physical body to fathom. let alone express. This is something in which you have to seek out for yourself. This is your journey which is only for you as we all are individual living beings who cannot share directly with any other. We are just not made that way. We can communicate to the best we can. But, that will always be lacking to some degree.

 How many corporate officers or corporate employees do you know of who have much pride and ego. I have met many who walk as if you approach them they automatically know you are not worthy of their presence or time. Even in those organizations where doing good is the business of daily life. Yes, in deed they do good daily and help other they do daily.
Even a heartless person or even a team of heartless people can do the business of doing good for the community. But, in the end for these heartless souls. it only matter what they can get out of it. While at the same time keeping those below them from gaining in any way.
In the corporate business of doing good. Your payroll is set at a certain percentage of cash flow. The only way to gain more for yourself is to control all aspects of total expenses. This also includes payroll. So by keeping your employees so poor that they must depend on government welfare in order to survive. All in the name of more money for you. Well, that is just heartless and inhumane.

 I have always wondered why some people can continue to fight even though when it is absolutely useless to continue. When all is lost and that any resemblance of victory is not to ever be seen by the one who fights. On the surface of what it is you see. Is where the impossibility resides. But, deeper within the human spirit is where you can see the expression of self identity in "I'm Possible". But, you as a person must get past your own discomfort and thoughts of how superior you are over those who suffer greatly. You may even see some poor soul so completely genetically messed up. That you say within your own mind. That they should not be in the public and remain in some institution out of view and out of memory.
For you who have thought and felt these self centered things. Have just missed an opportunity for bettering yourself, For improving your humanity with empathy, love, compassion and mercy. Those precious good qualities of whole human beings. Because, of your rejection of those good qualities you remain on your journey into the darkening of your own soul.

The fight is deep within the whole soul of the true warrior. Physically born into a genetically defective body, created by pharma vaccinations, or even by severe accidents. It matters not the how or why. The true warrior which is within already knew this to be the outcome for deep spiritual learning. The truest and most powerful forms of inspirations in life that you will ever witness. Is from those spiritual warriors who continue to fight ongoing battles in multiple war fronts. That they already know they cannot ever win. Can you fathom that? Fighting a physical war, Mental war, social war, family war, Friendship war, identity war, spiritual war, Health war and whatever else war all at the same time. Where all of these battles are raging against you at all times. Day in and day out. Non stop and never ending. Where all of these raging battles and active warfare are absolutely impossible for you to win. Can you handle that?
and yet, the beautiful gentle soul can great you with a genuine smile as her squeaky wheels come closer and her contraption holds up her weak legs. You embrace in a hug with her weak one good arm. Somehow That hug was more meant for you than it was for her. The power of her spirit is without any weakness or flaw.
It isn't because of curses or sins that people become defective. Their purpose and meaning in life can be much deeper than any person can ever know if all they do is look at the surface.
This is where your inspiration can be found. Can you handle it?

If you never begin anything you desire to do. You will never have an opportunity to grow, develop or to evolve. Fear, intimidation, a false sense of how things will end up. Which is basically all fear based. Overcoming fear and all of those other negative emotions which is holding you back. You may think it is to hard and impossible. But, those are just illusory excuses which are only real inside of your own mind. Overcoming all of those illusory excuses is a simple logical decision away from you.
By switching to the other side of your brain for dominant action. You switch away from being controlled by your emotions to logically controlling your emotions. This is how it is supposed to be. You have a very real logical thought and then you have an emotional response. This is the correct way of thinking. Having and obeying your emotional side of your brain and then creating a logical response is just backwards. On the spiritual side. Thinking emotionally first and then logically second opens you up to easy demonic attacks. It is easy to control how any human feels.

The fear of failure without any logical fact is illogical as to why you should never begin a thing.
By doing, by learning, by developing skills, by growing wisdom, by gaining understanding all of it proves your fears wrong. Even a failure proves your fears wrong. Because out of your failure(s). If you just sit and analyze (contemplate) your mistakes. You will still gain more knowledge, wisdom and understanding then if you had accidentally succeeded in the first place.

The fallen angels were not happy with our creation. We were made to be above them. Which means they had to and will have to destroy us before we can evolve higher than they. So the fallen angels know the power of emotions as they themselves had very little control over their own emotions. Falling in lust with human women. Which I think is worse than incest with a child. This is what makes the fallen angels so evil. Beings so superior than any human being in every way. Yet, they fall victim to their own pride and sin.
I think their easy destruction by methods which is still beyond human understanding is how those falling ones are trying to destroy all of humanity. By psychically influencing the emotions of all of humanity is their key to the logical control of any human beings logical mind.
The fallen angels are really close in influencing the world leaders into self destruction and extinction. Those human leaders will know not what they have done until afterwards. Where political thought and manipulated human reasoning becomes superior to divine and holy wisdom.

We now live in a society. Where it now requires two college educated people to raise their families outside of poverty. Since 2008. Those two college educated parents will need to obtain advanced college degrees just to either maintain employment or advance within their perspective careers. Of course no one can this this as of yet. But, as the old guard retires. They will be replaced with those people who have superior educational records.
Where eating healthy foods also requires a certain level of wealth within the family unit.
Where a high quality non-free education also requires additional wealth to obtain.
Where a gifted person in the arts or in sports also requires additional wealth to obtain the necessary training to become more than competitive or skilled.

For those who have or are disadvantaged. It will become nearly impossible for any of them to obtain or achieve something more than the lower class of humanity they were born into. The disadvantaged young ones must work smart and hard. While at the same time ignoring cultural and societal expectations. Then and only then may they be able to rise up and out of their disadvantage.
There is hope. There is always hope. No matter how deep within the enslavement you are. There is still hope so as long as you continue to believe. Do not become like those hopeless and helpless who chase after any sort of mind altering substance or animalistic sins of the flesh. To do so will most certainly guaranty your everlasting enslavement.

Impossible Sin: (Unedited): 14 Oct 2014:

It is impossible to have a peaceful and harmonious life surrounded by love. When everyone around you has accepted sins darkness as a rightful freedom.

The arrogance and selfish pride which is expressed from those who rightfully believe they have a right to sin as they will it. God Himself as declared that humanity has free will as do many of the angels.  So on the surface all men and angels have the free right to do as they will.
There is a logical consequence to sin. Which shall embrace in the finality of death, Conflict, chaos and hatred. Those who sin hate much and express their hatred. Just look in the jails and prisons. For all of their sins.  They logically endure what they endure today. Those with STD diseases also endure what they do because of their free choice to sin.
This is a logical formula. Death= Hate + Chaos + Conflict.

It is really very simple. If all of humanity loved one another. There would be no wars. Period end of subject. By loving one another and treating each other as you love your brother or sister. Crime would become non-existent.
This is a logical formula. Life = Love + Harmony + Peace.
These 2 inversely related formulas are an absolute.

Just as in life. You must have a living egg and a living seed in order for life to continue. The question of when life begins is already answered when humans were created. That is when our lives began and not at conception or at birth or even 3-5 or more years after birth when some insane professors claim that humanity begins for a person to be officially real.


Even in the heavens there was war. The fallen angels lost that war rather quickly and have become imprisoned on this planet. All because of sin which grew within them.

 Even if you and your family are righteous and holy in the eyes of GOD. While everyone else around you were in sin. Because, of the absoluteness of the logical formulas. You and your family would not be able to live in peace, harmony or maintain your lives.  It is impossible to mix in any way the two logically inverse formulas. For a positive outcome.
Just read the news on Christian exterminations in the middle east today, Read about John the Baptist, Peter or the other disciples who died horribly. Then there was that innocent guy who walked this earth only to serve and save mankind. His name was Jesus. Read about his life.  

God also has the free will to do His own will. Which includes causing you to never even consider coming out of your self chosen sin. Once you have sinned to that specific degree as defined by God. He will cause you to become deaf, blind and unreasoning to the true words and meaning of the ancient holy texts. You will become fair use by those fallen angels on this planet and they will use you without you even being aware of it.

 It matters not how many average minded persons there are. Even if you are the only one. The collective minds of the average will demand average minded compliance from you. Which is an impossibility for you to become. For the gifted to become average means for you to become less than who you are and is self destructive. Do not fall into the average trap. To be like everyone else.
While the average minded people look to each other for acceptance and empowerment.
The gifted is forced to look up into and through the great beyond. The gifted looks deep within the core of their being to become self empowered and self motivated.



Be warned. The average minded person will cheer your success. They will rebuke you and accuse you during your failures. So just brush them off like dust on your work boots.

To be free. What does it truly mean? If you look below. The definition seems to be only about physical restraint. But, what about mental restraint or spiritual restraint? or coming soon to a life zone near you, genetic restraint?
We have today, mental restraint through legal and illegal chemicals. Restraints through various addictions. Drugs and addictions are restraints and are not something which enhances or magnifies your awareness.
There are also, those people who have been so psychologically traumatized by their past, they continue to live in it. Thus are uncontrollably enslaved by it. Psychologist and psychiatrists of this modern day often time replaced minimize one form of enslavement with a chemical enslavement. Now that person has two and then eventually more form of chemical enslavement. This of course assuming the patient has zero forms of any brain damage which can be seen in a variety of active brain scans.
It seems the old tried and true method of logical reasoning is no longer a useful tool when it is so easy to prescribe a mind altering medication and thus keeping a patient forever. This is an evil marriage. Til death do you part and if you the patient happen to commit suicide. The doctors can claim that they were right all along, you were insane. No one ever questions the doctors and the pills they hand out. Of course assuming there is no conclusive medical test to prove any brain damage. Those doctors should be held accountable for all of the suicides and heart attacks of children who are medicated.
 
Your freedom is your to have right now. You just have to let go of that which is keeping you down. The lies of racism. The abuse and tortures of your past. The failures in your life. No matter what ever it may be. Just let it go. This has been a hard lesson for me to do. To just let it go. Even if it is all I had or all you have. You just have to let it all go. I have done that.
 It was after the realization that all of the abuses, the tortures and etc. They were not my fault or even about me. I was just the body. If my bio-mother had that abortion in Mexico. My adoptive parents would have adopted someone else and that innocent child would have had to endure what I did.
It was also after the realization that all that I had endured was in fact not God's fault. The fault solely lies in the hands of my adoptive parents, certain foster parents, certain shelter home parents, counselors and etc. There lies the blame. This led to the further realization that all of the problems we have on earth are all the faults of the humans who reside on this planet, throughout it's long histories.
God is a wise and loving God. However you name him within your own culture. He will not strike you dead if you commit a sin. Why is that? To be fundamentally brief and very fundamentally basic. So, that we can learn from our own personal experience and to choose correctly next time. So, that we all can learn from our collective history as human beings. So, that we do not become slaves but a spiritually wise people whom the great Holy Father (NOT A CATHOLIC TERM) can be proud of.
It was also another realization. Do i continue to live with all of that finger point or just get on with my life and the lives of my wife and children? Blame was stealing a life worth living from me.

After you let go of all that is and has been holding you back or holding you down. Sit and quietly think about what it is you truly want out of this very short life we live. You must do this away from everything that you know. Find that peaceful and quiet place. A place of harmonious solitude. Just be with yourself. No music either. No books. Just you and you and you. What do you want? Allow that to be your new focus. Hold onto it. Work smart. Work hard. Work without cessation. Never ever go back to that place or those places which enslaved you or harmed you. Look forward to the new life you will earn for yourself and maybe your new family as well. Become both the end of the old and the beginning of the new. Allow you own children to only know first hand what continuation of the new ways of life are from you. Uphold love, peace and harmony. If you do and your children can see the wisdom, knowledge and understanding of those truths. You will truly become the father or mother of nations.

Mental Freedom

Therefore a mentally free person should be more individual, more diplomatic, more self-expressive, more patient, more analytical, more responsible, more placid, more objective, and more understanding of others. Greater mental freedom does allow for a greater freedom of dealing with people without judging them. One can learn from every experience. If people see things differently, it is either an opportunity to understand why and learn from them, or try and explain your own perspective. A logical perspective should elicit reasonable responses from most people. In association, the great lesson is to learn to merge ideas without loosing one's own clarity of concept. Mental individuality is a higher level of mental freedom, and represents a state of complete self-mastery where the mind is an individualized instrument with a free expression of the inner potential. This generates a greater power of logic and analysis, because emotion is under the constructive control of the mind. Many people suffer the consequences of a lack of mental individuality, being swayed by propaganda and mass-minded influences. Therefore, in theory a person with a degree of mental individuality is a more controlled and positive mind. No one is perfect, and we recognize that mental freedom is a growing and evolving attainment that comes in steps based upon effort. There is no magic involved...just a study of mathematics and an application to evolve the mind to be a more balanced instrument. The fear of another can cause you to make many sloppy mistakes.  When you become more concerned with the better player than you are for how you are playing. Your defeat is more assured as well as the long lasting psychological affects of the defeat. Which was made worse through your own unprepared and undisciplined mind.

Prior to the game. Improve your power and speed. Improve the perfection of your skills. Improve your ability to focus and your ability to pay attention to the details. This is the best you can do. So do the best you can do.
Even if the predictions are that you wont score even a single point. Score that point and then the next. In doing so. You have attained victory by doing that which was formerly impossible for you.

All was Impossible,

 as you begin to think about yourself as

To hide and keep secret your sins is impossible. Becoming angry and upset over the discovery of your sins, does not change your heart when you only correct the errors of discovery.

You must know or become aware of that all humans are empathic in nature. Which means the discovery of your sins by caring good people who care for you will be possible. Your only recourse for the prevention of discovery. Is to rid yourself of all of the good, caring compassionate people in your life. Especially those persons who have your back and look out for your best interests. After you have become alone, Then you can embrace all of the heartless, apathetic people who shares in your sins. You shall find them hiding and living within those dark places of sin. You know where they are. So does everyone else. They reside within the hells torment of their own lives. A hell created by them who are willing to mutually share their place with you.
