Prayer basics: (Unedited): 02 March 2013:

Absolute basics of prayer. I'm using the word prayer as an all encompassing word. Because, it is an all encompassing process to however you define the God/Divine.
1): Prayer is essentially you speaking. Just like when you verbally speak to any other human person. The understanding of prayer is that simple. The respect and honor when speaking to any authority is very similar.
2): Meditation is essentially you listening. Just like you do when you are intentionally paying attention to any other person who you are supposed to be listening to. The respect and honor when listening to any authority is very similar.
3): Contemplation is that quiet time spent trying to understand what the authority has spoken to you. Again when any person or being in authority has given you words. Your focused intention and attention to those words is respectful and honorable.
4): Taking Action is that very real action you take in your whole life in respectful honor of God/Divine. This is done in your private and professional life. This is done from within your physical actions, mental thoughts and spiritual existence.

So, basically we all already know how to pray and meditate. You just have to begin to apply the time in a quality environment. The quality environment is often times defined by God/Divine. You must remember we are not the authority persons. We are the children of God/divine and currently have not earned the right to speak with authority unless back up by God/Divine in some action pushed upon you by God/Divine.

Empathic Slave: (Unedited): 01 March 2013:

The Empathic Slave. Some of us are unfortunate to have been born in undesirable families. The degree of undesirable can be from mild to wild. As an empath you do have emotional, physical and spiritual connections. Which no matter where you are in the universe. You are going to feel what they feel, with intensity. It is you who must learn how to change the channel, re-direct your empathic antenna, to squelch the signal or to unfortunately turn them off forever. Turning them off forever isn't a permanent solution as if they have made real life changes which is beneficial to all. Then you can re-program their channel back into your empathic radio.
Some people are incredibly negative and hateful. Yes, this includes your own family members. I'm sorry about that. But, you the claimed empath must protect yourself, just to save yourself.
Have you ever noticed that you get sad, angry, or hateful when your mother does? How about that aunt or sibling or father? Especially, when there is absolutely no valid or reasonable reason why you should have negative emotions? Especially, when your not even involved with their continuous drama anymore. You may have even moved across town or to the other side of the country. Yet, The negative emotions, the angers and hatreds are still there. Most of this could be from a life of psychological training and conditioning. You have to do that hard psychological work within your own self to change and stop all of your stinking thinking. If not you will remain a slave to that life training of stinking thinking. You cannot ignore the psychology of you and blindly pursue the way cool powers of being a super psychic hero. If you ignore your defective psychology and we all have our own defects in our own psychology. All of the skills you learn in being a psychic or empath will only magnify your specific defect(s) in your psychology. Which means if you think your miserable now. Just wait til after you begin skill development of your gifts. Without addressing and correcting your psychology. You may be a car wreck now, but you will evolve into a train wreck later. So, fix your stinking thinking before and during your empathic growth.

The Empathic Slave Part 2. Being an Empath may be a genetic part of your family. Guess what, It doesn't matter if they believe in the spooky gifts or not. For you who have just made the realization, That you have a history of knowing things without ever being taught them or without ever being communicated by any acceptable method. Right now it just sux being you. Your a helpless slave to your gifts and those gifts are quickly becoming a curse to your life, if they aren't already. What do you do? As a slave, your typical action to get someone to fix it for you. That is the slave mentality. All a slave does is to do as they are told, without having to think or do for themselves. A slave must be taken care of by an authority figure. Who are the spooky authority figures here is this Journey group? The needy slaves will seek out those slave masters (The Journey authority figures) to take care of all of their problems. The Journey authority figures must not feed the hungry slave but rather teach and empower the hungry slave to go and feed themselves. It is a tough lesson to learn by the slave and the slave may even consider you as mean and cold hearted person. But, The slave who learns how to fish, how to plant their seed, how to tend the seeds growth and how to harvest. Will never be a hungry slave again. As a matter of fact they will never be a slave again. The new realized empath is the hungry slave. The new realized empath must be taught that the journey is not the place for needy slaves. But, It is a place for those hungry needy slaves who desire to learn to fish and to plant their own seeds. So that they may choose their own righteous journey as free thinking gifted individuals as designed by God.

The Logical Empath. Can it be possible for an emotional empath to operate on their other side? Yes, If they want to remain sane. Go into your closet a get your detective hat and pipe. This is important especially for the new empaths or for those empaths, psychics who desire to get to that newer level.
Before, You go any further in this message. Please read the empath materials in this group. This is from the Journey group on Facebook. It is invite only or closed or secret or all of the above.
Your an empath. So you say. What does that mean really and is it really a gift, a blessing or a curse? Did you get your detective cap and pipe out yet. Are you ready?
Every single emotion that you feel must have an intellectual thought for each individual emotion. If there is no intellectual thought for an emotion. Then it is not your emotion. So, you have to train yourself like an analytical detective like Joe Friday. "Just the facts Ma'am". Are you feeling angry? well why are you angry? Suzi stepped on your toe three times? That is a very logical reason. So, your emotion to the stepping on your toe is justified.
Very recently you have developed a very real spiritual connection to a kindred spirit named Heidi. On a soon to come Saturday your watching a very funny movie and then become incredibly worried and then begin to smile. You go through your logical detective process and ask yourself some questions. What am I worried about? You logically conclude "nothing". What am I smiling about? "The funny movie"? But, you have a certain unqualified doubt about that. So, you begin by meditating on each family member and friend. Nothing really stands out. But, what about that new person I met named Heidi. So you send her a generic message "Are you OK?" Heidi responds " I accidentally blew up a mean old X-boyfriends hair and he didn't even recognize me. I loved every minute of it-oops, I mean poor guy. He should be out of the hospital in a few weeks.
It's race time. Go get your favorite NASCAR racing shirt. I know some of you have at least one shirt. Your brain is a wicked trickster. The brain just doesn't like to have stray emotions just racing about.
This is a timed event. The time is solely defined by your own brain and it is a very real race. So, you suddenly have a bad and sad emotion. You think to yourself. I'm not logically thinking about any bad and sad thoughts. Then suddenly boom. You are now thinking about a bad and sad event which happened to you. So, is now everything OK in the world of your empathic brain? Nope, it taint. Your logical part of your brain searched your own memory to find a bad and sad event which matches your bad and sad emotion. Pretty cool. Nope, your brain just coped with a stray and unknown emotion. There is someone out in the universe who you have a connection to that is having some bad and sad emotions. But, now your brain just muddled it all up. This is of course bad, but it really isn't because the brain is trying to protect itself. So you must train your brain in being responsible with your gift so that you can be a blessing to others. This is the empathic protection system (EPS).

Warning! Warning! Warning!

Whose thoughts and emotions are in your head? 1). Are those thoughts and emotions in their from an expressed need by a sender? 2). Are they in their by accident? 3). Are all of those seemingly random thoughts and emotions being created by an undisciplined and untrained mind? 4). or are they in their, to influence your will by some design which greedily benefits someone else?

1). When you make connections or connections have been genetically or spiritually made on your behalf. You are tied to those persons until those connections are severed in some way. But, you do not need to be connected to send and receive messages in some fashion. The first message you will typically receive are those from those persons who are in need. Sometimes they will just think you were there with them. Thus, those logical and emotional messages are instantly sent. Faster than the speed of light. Which means Einstein is in error to a degree as his formula is not complete. The signal does not lose strength or intensity over distance and space. Typically the emotional signal can be much stronger than the logical portion of the message. This is because the logical portion is often time internalized where as the emotional portion of the signal is externalized. This is the same thing as when a person is sad and in tears and you do not know why. The person is expressing the emotion and internalizing the logical aspect of the problems. Sometimes this is why a phone call/text/IM or some other instant messaging is necessary.

There are natural security barriers to this which of course protects you and your sanity. For instance if an untrained and undisciplined empath gets involved with social work. This can cause that empath to lose them self. You know that caring person who loves everyone and who just wants to help all creatures great and small. You have to discipline your mind. The best method to train your brain is through 2 avenues. #1 Effective meditation and #2 the avoidance of any mind altering substance. Both are crucial and yes I also include cigarettes and mind altering medications. For others certain sugars and caffeine's.

2). Some people send emotional and logical messages by accident. So do you and so do I. We all are at fault in this regard. It's kind of like leaving your house with the lights, T.V., Radio or computer on. Except with humans we are on all of the time and transmitting are on personal signals. So within our own minds we do need to learn how to find our own on/off switch within our own mind and then learn how to use it. This can be done with directed meditation and over time. You can turn off or De-tune yourself from random incoming thoughts and emotions. Ask yourself this question. Is an empath bipolar or is a bi-polar an empathic? Just think about that one. What about the use of mind altering medications? Are those mind altering medications helping the bipolar person while harming the empath? These are very tough questions. Especially when the empath has been medicated for so long and their own brains have chemically altered themselves and become addicted.

3). The untrained and undisciplined mind. I have already covered it and will restate it. Meditation is the best method for brain discipline. With all of the flavors and practices. With focusing on a singular thought or on no thought or opening yourself up to the Divine source. All three will be good or just one for now and then maybe another for later. How ever you think through your meditation plan. It all boils down to time. The smartest and most wise of humanity do 4+hours of meditation per day. No vacations. No days off. That's just the way it is. Am I that 4+ hour a day person. NO. Have I done it? Yes. Was it profound? Absolutely so. The quote writing that I do and the quality of my writing is based on the quality and time spent in prayer and meditation. So, when you see a dry spell. There you go. Did I sneak in the "Prayer" word. Yep. I did. Because Prayer is you talking to the Creator and meditation is you essentially listening. Which is more important?

4). The most troubling part of being an empath. As an empath it seems that your spiritual receiver and transmitter is always on. Which means those things in which you may know nothing about can hear you think as well as speak to you. Most of the time this is not a good thing. Because, many of those spiritual beings will imitate exactly how you think to yourself and speak to you exactly how you think to yourself. So being a newly realized empath or even an empath with experience under your belt. How do you stop them? You have to define them. Spirits, Angels, Ghosts and a variety of other beings. Maybe, even some of those human beings who have achieved secret skills. How do you defend/protect yourself from outside influences? Again, This is through a form of silent the mind meditation. In which any outside or any uncontrolled thought is silenced absolutely. In the beginning of this practice. It may seem like a fight for your own mind. That's because it is. You may have been some other entities human remote controlled person. Now that your aware of their influence over you. They are getting frustrated. They just lost their human toy. This is an obvious childish explanation. Never the less it does seem to be so. Over time some of these entities will just leave you and find another human R/C toy to have their fun. It can be that simple while others are much more dark and evil in their control over your body. To influence you, to re-train your brain, so that you automatically become a self controlled human robot doing the masters will. All of it psychologically conditioned to do. This isn't so fun anymore. Well, you can use your own imagination. Essentially, Your mind controls the body. The mind can also disconnect from the spirit world. Which is easily seen in the modern world today. The outside influence will want to alter your psychology to become more apathetic. The less you care the greater the outside control. Are you still following me. Do you often think? I don't care in more and more situations than you did a year ago, a decade ago or even several decades ago? Are you inhaling Chemically added tobacco products which are designed to cause you not to care as much. Which is essential in calming people down who tend to care to much. Wow. look above and re-read. Empaths tend to care to much as defined by worldly and anti-spiritual people. Those empaths who are said to care to much are actually those advanced persons that all of us lower humans are supposed to attain to become as well.

Common people seem to always look towards the politician for physical leadership and to the religious leader for spiritual leadership. The evidence of their collective evil can always be seen in their glorious buildings and in the impoverishment of the people. Every time.

It is easy to see a godless Church, Mosque, Temple or Synagogue. Look inside and witness their self prideful glory. From here on in this blog the word "Church" is all encompassing.

Look at the physical location of the church. Was it planned in the affluent neighborhoods? Where is the teachings of the actions and life of Jesus Christ "Friend of sinners".

Look inside of your church. Is their exclusion, separation and division within. A club member mentality. Such as all white, all black, all Latino, all Jewish, All Islamic, All Indian.

Look outside of your church. Is their starvation while the religious servants are fat and happy. Is their wars. Is there the lack of responsible freedom via through the threats and fears.

Look outside of your church and see the level of educational freedom, quality and equality. Is there only educational freedom, quality and equality for those accepted persons and their families? While those who are unaccepted must learn only which is told to them by the church. How to think and what to believe. False teachings begins here. To love one another but to hate those who merely appear differently than you. To live in peace but go forth in war. To rejoice in every life born but to seek out a death which involves the murder of your brothers and sisters, which have been identified as infidels by the religious authority.

Look inside of your church. Has it become an entertainment mecca? Where the tithe plate is really admission paid. Are your performing church members paid professionals? The actual unpaid volunteer members of your church, do they number less than 10%, 5% or even 1%? Yes, even if the membership of your church is greater than 1000, 2000 or even 5000. The evidence of each individuals faith is in the works they he/she does.

End poverty through education and housing. This idea is much more meaningful than the handing out of Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. Having your food and clothing pantry open only a few days per week.
In the wealthy churches local area. They can purchase duplexes and triplexes. Then house those promising young people who have been unfortunate enough to be born into undesirable families and placed into the foster care system. As a former foster kid. There are relatively few options for them. except for the pursuit of immorality and crime. Study the F.B.I. Statistics for yourself.
Pay for their schooling with a level of expectancy.
Counseling within the church.
and other necessities as required.
Also, expect a number of hours to work within the church each and every week.

I have often wondered why some people often have so much death in their lives. Yet, they are the ones who must suffer through the memory of each one. Maybe, it is the school of "JOB" that they have to work through in this life. I do not think most of the people who have outlived family and friends ever realize it. Much like me. I always thought that death, misery and suffering surrounded me. I was the cause of it all. I even thought that I had the power to kill. Just by wishing it on a person. After all, My mother died two weeks after I called her every bad name That this once 13 year old could think of. Then I said; I hate you and I wish you were dead. My very last words. Then there was all of the foster kids that died in various ways or just disappeared. It took me a long long time. To realize that it was not me who was surrounded by death. It was my life that was experiencing all of the death, misery and suffering that was happening to other people around me. Even to the matter of me not dieing. I have come close to death many times and each time I survived in an logically unexplainable way. So, why must you and me continue to witness all of this death, misery and suffering? I think there are many reasons mostly related to you individually. I for myself have left those who are creators of drama of any kind far behind. Those of you who still are witnesses of death, misery and suffering. You to have control and power of your own life. You are the authors of the very next chapters of your own biography. Go and do what is positive for you in the here and now. Then discover what rewards will manifest for you several chapters later. Verbally spoken thankfulness is not good enough. Genuine gratitude from a caring heart is a blocking mechanism from any gift becoming a curse. There are of course many other pathways in which a gift/blessing can become a curse. The first one is the lack of genuine gratitude.

The love and compassion from a giver will always be rewarded by God because their heart and their intention were correct and true, no matter how the gift/blessing was received or it's end result.

For instance, A giver knows of a single woman with children. The giver is a witness to her struggles and plight. So, the giver gifts her a car as a blessing for her and her children. She expresses her thanks and wonderment of the gift. But, in the eyes of God she is only a member of the church in order to get what she can. Yes, she is desperate and she is in great need. For some reason she cannot get past her desperation and a life which seemingly is full of perpetual curses and set backs. The gift of the car will become that which is intended for her. The complete lesson from God, which is a great mystery novel. Will the desperate mother become a genuine Christian or will she remain like she is? We or you can only watch and witness. Maybe she will surprise you. Maybe the gifted car will become a financial burden or curse. Maybe the gifted car will remain that gift which becomes the catalyst for life changing miracles to come for the mother and her children.

Suicide drill: (Unedited): 25 Feb 2013:

In Basketball there is a conditioning drill called a suicide. The word suicide in this explanation is not a negative term or a word used to mean self death. For this blog post, The word suicide is that descriptive word which can mean anything as defined by you. A Suicide Drill exercise for you can be that thing which must be done in order for you to achieve a particular goal.
When a basketball player correctly does the Suicide Drill exercise. He or she will feel like they are about to die and that their coach wants them to die. This is of course far from the truth. The coach wants you to break through your own self created limitations and to exceed your own low level goals and personal expectations.
The Suicide Drill is necessary and crucial for your growth and positive development. The person who does the Suicide drills on their own time and at their personal level of personal conquest. That person will achieve a greater break through in that specific area of interest. Than the person who halfheartedly does a Suicide Drill while complaining under their own breath.
So, what is a suicide drill? Watch the YouTube basketball videos as provided below. Know this, to merely watch as opposed to experiencing a suicide drill as commanded by an evile coach is not the same. (I recommend watching the movie "Coach Carter" and focusing on the Coach and the lessons he is trying to teach). It is more than Basketball. The life lessons learned in Basketball and other sports is greater than the sport itself. The value of which cannot be calculated. So as long as respect, integrity and honor is taught.

The word use of "evile" is an attempt at humor. That is until the coach forces you to do more Suicide Drills (More Humor).

The suicide drill and KungFu is closely related to one another. Even if your specific area of interest is not Basketball. Your suicide drill is a fundamental part of your Kung Fu. The word Kung Fu is not tied to any specific Martial Art at least here in this blog post.
Your Kung Fu is your police officer badge, Your fire fighter uniform, Your medical doctor PHD, your retail store of employment, your welding shop, or your captain of a great ship. No matter your field of interest, it is your KungFu.
The suicide drills which you must do in your KungFu is directly related to your specific area of interest. The suicide drills is your homework which must be done in that class which you see no value or purpose in. The suicide drills for the military man, lawman can be Martial Arts, firearm training and memorizing laws, SunTzu and boring theories of strategy.

The Suicide drills that you do is going to be uncomfortable for you and very challenging. Even to the point where you decide that quitting is a very real option. Which quitting is never an option unless you desire for your future to become a quitter and consider yourself as a quitter. Yes, This is a part of the hero or zero mentality. In which many psycho-ologists believe to be an error of thinking. It is not an error of thinking it is a driving force in the area of achievement. Which must be coupled with Honor, Integrity and Respect.
Your greatest achievements in life will come when your are the most stressed, uncomfortable and that which you are doing doesn't seem possible for you. The thing that you which you consider as impossible is impossible. That is until your thinking and belief systems changes into "I'm Possible".

I also recommend watching the Movie "Rudy". Keep focused on his life. Walking into an unknown and homelessness. keeping focused on the goal, even after continued rejection after rejection. Even when he gave up he still could not.

This is not a message against those who are the genuinely disabled and who will always be unable to do certain things. There are those who are born who will always need assistance and friendship from a person who has the means. The assistance and friendship should not be separate from one another.

This is directly a message for those who seem to be able to beg for money while being capable standing all day on a street corner in the hot sun. (I'm not able to do that). Or any other person who does nothing for themselves and yet expects you and anyone else to help them over and over. This is their con over you. Using guilt and other negative emotions to motivate you to decide to choose to do a thing which benefits them.

Have you ever approached someone and just began giving them directions? Of course not. A lost person or any person who needs help. Must first ask and be motivated to take corrective actions on their own. You can of course remain close but you cannot do the overwhelming majority of the work. Even to ease their suffering or misery. The difficult and hard work is a part of the lesson. To remove a lesson will interfere with the learning process. Suffering and misery can be a part of their lesson. But, not to the extreme where the possibility of life is extinguished.

Government and security related cameras becomes the targets of snipers. The when and how this begins is uncertain to me. Probably, when the American government bans firearm ownership. While the politician will declare they have not banned any ownership of any firearm. The multiple layers of taxation and restrictions is in fact a n ultimate ban on ownership.
The increased taxation of every single gun related product will make ownership and usage of any firearm prohibitive to about 90% of the entire population.
The limitation of firearm ownership will also be a prohibitive factor in firearm ownership. Such as any crime committed by any family member, will prevent those other family members from owning any firearm. The Sandy hook will be cited.
This will also include any person who has ever been under the care of a doctor for psychiatric reasons. It will matter not if it was a simple one time counseling or if mind altering substances were prescribed. Time will not matter either. This part will be used against any military and law enforcement person who refuses immoral and inhumane orders.

The American Government will have to consolidate all information so that the status and history of every American can be easily seen and known.

The judiciary at every level will begin to force medicate troublesome civilians. Beginning in childhood. This will prevent more school shootings such as Sandy Hook.

The spy cameras and automated spy planes used against the population will become worrisome for the entire population.

The American government must have absolute control over the Internet and internet access. Lets say the John Smith who has always been a law abiding American citizen. Refuses to surrender his guns. All because of some minor event involving a relative or as some reason stated above decades ago. The law men come. The shootout begins. The civilian dies. The neighbors begins to voice decent of the government.
A person in the government can ban all internet access to that city, county, state, region or country. They can select to delete any message which contains the words John Jones, guns, death and etc. With a simple keystroke any rebellion is prevented and secrecy is maintained. If there is no communication coming out from the atrocity. Then no one will be able to react to it. No one will be able to prove it. No one will know.

Early Americans had their Tea Party. Will the soon to come Americans have a camera party? I'm sure someone will coin a better term than I have.

Cameras being targeted will only be the beginning. The American people must stop thinking themselves as Republican or Democrat. We are all Americans. We must vote in the Politicians who will exercise righteous wisdom and restore our country to it's former luster.
